Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. The store associates were super nice and welcoming. They were all willing to help with any needs at all and were willing to stop any activities to help the customer. They didn’t hesitate to ask did I need help handling my bags either. The store was just about completely stocked up with everything I needed. This is one of the best publix locations and experiences I have EVER had. Thank you so much!

First time at this location. I hate going into new grocery stores because the layouts are all alittle different. Very easy to navigate and find items. Staff was friendlyband helpful. Will more than likely use this as my new store.

My favorite local local grocery as far as chains go.Meat, sushi, bakery are our main reasons for visiting and Ive never been disappointed.Chantilly 🎂 cakes are great! 👌Meat 🥩 cuts have always been good.My guy doing the sushi is a very accommodating employee. Sushi 🍣 is 👌 here

Very clean and you will understand when I say, its as close to Chick-Fil-A service in a grocery store as you can get.

This was our first time in this store. All of the employees were very friendly and the things we looked at were reasonably priced. We were looking for certain items and found all of them.

It is the same as other Publix stores. They have the meat counter in an Isle as you walk into the store. The only thing that I dont like about this particular Publix is that the cell phone reception inside of the store is not good.

First time visiting this Publix and it is the Best Publix by far. I felt like I was in a commercial. Everything was nice and clean. The associates were all friendly and attentive (in a good way, as I was not familiar with the layout).

I shop in store and via Instacart. The store is very clean, well stocked, most brands available and friendly service. Great parking, deli, bakery and pharmacy.

I usually go to the Publix on Fairview Rd. but when my sister purchased my nieces cake from here a couple of months ago, I was impressed. I ordered my birthday cake from here, the Oreo Hero Cake and it was beautiful and delicious. This is where I will order from, moving forward.

Its a decent place to shop and they have tighten the leash on the self-checkout attendants so they arent up in your face while you are checking out.

Great place to shop or to just grab lunch. Many fresh options. Friendly staff. Love Publix!

This is by far the best Publix I have ever been to, and usually they are all fantastic. The facility is very clean and bright, and very well stocked. I was juggling my kids, and every staff member was willing to help out with finding items, unloading groceries onto the belt, and loading my cart back up. An extremely pleasant experience, and Im definitely going to make that my main Publix. 👍

Publix always great! The friendly cashiers, the clean store, great grocery presentation, and always in stock. The prices arent the cheapest, but Ill pay a little more just because the experience is always great.

Love that they added this store on Georgia Rd. Not as big as Fairview Rd location but they still have just about everything we usually need and its a more convenient location.

Everything is way over-priced, and I mean everything. I believe in paying more for better quality, however name brands such as Coca Cola for example are the same quality wherever you can buy them.So why does Publix charge $7.58 for a 12 pack of 12 ounce cans which are $4.00 everywhere else.There are many such examples throughout the store. Why would I pay 50 to 75% more for the same quality?

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at a grocery. Did not walk by any employee that didn’t acknowledge me. 5 stars is not enough, should be 10 star. As a senior citizen shopping for my wife they made it very easy. When asking where a certain item was they would walk me directly to it. I hope the manager of this store is acknowleged for this stores excellence.

Always has what I need. The deli employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful the meats and cheeses. They’ll let you sample too. I also love their selection of Publix tea. Raspberry tea is my favorite. They always have a deal on them so I get them every time I go.

Great store. Makes grocery shopping less of a chore. Seriously needs more cart return areas, closer to the store.

At the bakery west Georgia Rd Simpsonville S.C. Publix September 25 around 7:20pm. The baker was cleaning the floor, we made eye contact several times while wife and I waited about 7 mins. Still no service. When the Asian man appears at bakerys counter the black baker says hello to him. She avioded wife and I, as far as we are concerned, the black baker doesnt help white folks.

Deli needs better management. Again today, the hot food selections were in UNCOVERED pans. Lots of flies are drawn to that exposed food. They need covers on all meals and open food on the bar. They did that for a while but they are not consistent. Its certainly a turn off.

They stand over you like you are gonna steal something. While I was using self checkout the lady was standing basically over me watching. I said I wasnt gonna steal nothing

The place is clean, employees polite and cheerful. Not crowded. Pharmacy is very helpful and accomodating. Salads are made fresh everyday. Prices a little higher but they do have 2 fors and an array of varieties. Shopping here is pleasurable! Cant believe I said that but it was.

Whats not to like about a brand new grocery store. Publix is on another level compared to the other stores in the area, the employees are helpful and friendly and the stores are clean and well stocked, but this store is even better, it seems roomier and spread out more.

I went shopping there the other night. It had the great customer service Ive come to expect. One of the workers, Robert, was especially helpful in helping me track down an item I needed for a recipe. From the workers in the deli manning the sub station, to Wendy greeting folks as they came in, to the cashier, all provided excellent customer service. Im so excited to have another Publix at which to shop!

Love the new store but it took me forever to be waited on at the deli counter. But love the Publix Tavern ham and Publix smoked gouda cheese with Boars Head honey mustard on Italian bread. The best sandwich 🥪 ever

Not up to the usual high standards typical of Publix. I used the online order system for subs. Arrived at 8:13pm for an 8:15pm order for 2 subs... my ticket was still 4th for online orders and behind 3 people in line having subs made. 2 people working behind the counter. Manager stated I was early... do you feel my order will be done in 2 minutes with so many orders ahead of mine? Early is on time ... on time is late. Whats the point of online ordering if food is not prepared?

Just discovered you can get salads made your way. So excited. As a widow I dont fix these at home because of wastefulness of just making one salad. Now I dont have to.

Nothing against Publix, bit if youre going to have an employee at the door with buggies when someone walks in, maybe find one that is slightly courteous and will at least say hello when greeted. When I make the effort to be nice and say hello, staring at me blankly and looking away is not going to make me a happy shopper. My visit was 1/6 at 8pm

I have to share this. Yesterday I went to bank took out $200. Then went to our Publix grocery store. Today I went to pull it out to split with my husband-it was a Christmas present.It was not there. It must have somehow fallen out -perhaps when I removed my phone which was in same vest pocket. I called Publix finally-thinking it was probably a waste of time-but someone had turned it my cash. A person found it in an aisle. So grateful and so thrilled that honest people do exist. Thank you!

Very clean store, well-stocked, polite staff, and an incredible beer and wine selection.

Store is very well stocked with everything you could want. I had 2 issues that I hope was because they were training new people. I bought a to go chicken meal but the chicken was not cooked enough . It was very pink. The second thing was a fresh piece of salmon bought by the sale date but on the day after was already spoiled.

This is a new store in Simpsonville. Nice and clean. Publix always has different groceries than other grocery stores. Wish I could afford to get all my groceries from Publxs. Great selections and top of the line on most everything.
