Took my Pixel 4 in to these gentlemen to have it repaired. I had asked most other places for a quote on repair and RUNDAQ offered the lowest cost by $40. It took a week and a half for the screen to come in after order was said to be for overnight which seemed to be no fault of RUNDAQ but their supplier. Screen was repaired in about 2 hours and they stand behind their work once completed. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to help you out with a purchase or repair. Thanks again!

My phone wasn’t fixed properly and i did have issues contacting them and getting a response but when i did receive one they were very kind and understanding! they replaced the screen and cleaned the inside and all that for free! very happy

I took my phone in to have the battery replaced, I had to schedule ahead of time because its a unusual phone (Cat S60) and they had to order a battery. I took it in and picked it up a couple hours later, upon picking it up I was told that after installing the new battery that it was not testing up to specs. They told me they were going to order a new battery from a different supplier and replace it again at no charge. Today I dropped it off and they replaced the battery again. I have been using it all afternoon and the charge last 10 times as long as the original battery had gotten down to and 7-8 times as long as the first replacement.Very happy with the service and their commitment to make it right.They could have given me my phone and not said anything about the replacement battery and I would have thought the problem was with my phone and I would have had to get a new phone.I would imagine that between the cost of 2 batteries and the labor of replacing both they either broke even or lost money on the transaction. That is how customer service should be. I will return for future needs and I will recommend them highly.

The stellar retailer isnt just that they sell what you want at a great price. What makes a retailer stellar is what they do when things go wrong regardless of fault. Rundaq really shined here with a recent snafu was if anyones fault either ATT or Verizon because of their on going battle. Rundaq work tirelessly to get the issue resolved for me in an optimal way. They really went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Way more than any other place I have been where there was a problem. I, without any reservations, strongly recommend Rundaq for any phone purchases.

Had some problems with my Apple Watch, took it and my phone for about 25 minutes and managed to fix it and connect it to my phone. Works perfect now :) didn’t charge us anything amazing service!! Highly recommend!!

Really nice and looks like new brand one

I recently got a new screen put on my I phone. This was the WORST experience with cell phones. I spent over $200 and the top speaker did not work after they fixed this. They blamed it on the last person that fixed my phone before them and it’s NEVER been fixed before. I wish I never would have fixed the screen as it wasn’t a bother. I have sent several people there for there business and after this experience I would not recommend them to anyone. This is an unfortunate experience but if I did this again I would stop payment on my card and dispute this. Very very POOR customer service.Kent Burton

Holy crow! Absolutely amazing! I usually hate going to cell phone stores but Rundaq was so different from the rest.By far the most affordable place in town and a genuine care from their workers.Simply put it’s the place I’d send my grandma to get her phone fixed because I know they’d treat her right.

Excellent service! Went in with a shattered screen on my out of date phone. Found a great deal on a current model device. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had some issues activating service after switching between carriers. Went back in and they fixed the issue and called the carrier for me to be sure it was done correctly. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help customers get their device working. Best service Ive ever had in all my years with a cell phone. I highly recommend this company!
