My family was on vacation and I had an issue switching my phone number to a new Cricket phone from another location. After spending over an hour with Crickets customer service the day before I thought I had a problem that could not be fixed and had little expectations. I was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by Kayla and Tis customer service!! They were very thorough as to what my options were and how they could help me. They both helped me get my phone number switched over as painlessly as possible. I seriously cant thank you enough! I hope the right people read this because they are both AMAZING! Mother needed a new phone. The guy was very helpful and patient with my mother. Considering she had a lot of questions. And can be stubborn at times.

After having Verizon and paying hundreds of dollars a month I decided to look into less expensive ways to have a wireless phone. A friend of mine pointed me to Cricket Wireless. Ive never been more happy with my decision to switch over. Their service has always been excellent and extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone to switch.

I was fairly disappointed with the staff at this store. There was no sort of friendly service what so ever. They turned a customer away for not wearing a mask when none of the employees were wearing masks witch is extremely hypocritical. I would not recommend this store, with that being said they did provide me with what I was asking for and than forced me to buy a case and pay for a 8 dollar a month protection plan for a phone that cost 20 dallors. That seems like an extremely excessive amount when you could just buy a new phone every 3 months for less money.

Fast service in and out. Knew their job,. Answered all my questions. Very personal. I always like talking to customer service, they always make you feel family. They have great service plans,. People in every state should sign if its possible.
Not always the fastest place to go but they always take care of you. If you ever have questions about your phone they always can help. If your buying a used phone from someone on-line its a smart place to go and meet the other person they can run the IMEI and check if the phone is blacklisted(lost or stolen) whether or not its SIM or network locked and if you asked nicely what the current market value of the phone is. Plus a $100. For 4 lines of unlimited service is pretty cheap no matter how you look at it.
Insists on making you buy accessories and bogus glass protection, as well as insurance,y whether you want it or not!! They would rather turn customers away than give them just a phone! I refuse to be strong armed💪. What happened to the customer is always right? Apparently that attitude doesnt exist at Cricket on 41st in SF! What a shame! Im ordering online!
The service is great but literally i just had a lady helping me walk out in the middle of trying to switch services and leave a store full of people to one gal. Her customer service is terrible! Would reccomend doing anymore business on line!

Went to the store and mgr lied about insurance being free. She lied about having to have liquid glass applied to purchase phone! Do not do this !! It wipes out the warranty you would normally have for a yr! The phone did not work after a month it shut off and never turned back on again. $239 down the drain!

The staff in the store at the 41st location were wonderful and did their utmost to help me. The staff at the 10th st location were worthless and showed no interest in helping me or the lady ahead of me in line. He simply referred both of us to the cricket support phone number. My phone has been experiencing issues with signal and charging and while ultimately the lady at tge 41st st store was unable to resolve my issue she did try several avenues to fix the problem. I also found out that a different representative at the 10th st store LIED to me about how much it would cost to replace my phone with cricket protect. She told me it would be $10 to replace my phone when it is actually $75 (half the cost of the phone). I have NEVER had a good outcome with the 10th st location but have always had good luck with the 41st st location with manager Jason or associate Nikki doing everything they can to help me.
