I love living at Country View. Everything about it, from my neighbors to the kind people who work in the office. If only we could have more than 2 dogs! Aside from that.. it is great. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Horrible management this is a warning to you now do not go here. The management is vindictive they are controlling they love to spy on you they love to break the rules themselves that they put in place for everyone else. They have large amounts of jealousy especially with someone who makes a lot more money than them and comes in improving the place making it nicer and safer for everyone. You don’t have to believe me ....ask the hundreds of others that have lived there that I’ve dealt with them and say the same things. Trust me. I since have moved on and own an amazing house....save money work on your credit and avoid this place. It seems great at first especially when you have kids but here it is not. God Bless!

Pretty affordable place, weve had very few problems living here and the problems weve had werent related to management. They are pretty awesome and helpful at the office, and often will work with you if you need it.

The neighboring empty lots are full of broken glass from evicted tenants creating a hazard for children dont know why they removed a fence already in place to avoid injury if the debri isnt removed with in an appropriate time frame i will remove it at a cost of labor i will bill you later 2.50 per sq foot i clean of an ajoining property to where my children reside in an unsafe manner clean it up .Isnt that how you kept me from putting up my fence?

Roads are bad and not maintained like litterally driving in the country off road not the experience i was expecting from the title. Complained to the city about road conditions its private property so the owners have a pile of complaints. My vehicle just snapped axel and an arm control thats a pretty big fix i wonder if any other residents having damage to their vehicles due to the managements failure to maintain property!!! Park roads in very sorryCondition. Doesnt stop people with ATVs and their friends from using them as a race track. I asked the folks in office couldnt tell me what the speed limit is in the park. Snow cleanup is nearly non existent. More issues, but an out of patience to write more.

Great mobile home community, my only issue is the employees could have been more friendly and understanding.

Roads are like.country unmaintained roads!!! City wont do anything about it either!! Now they harrass the tenants about posts and tennants guests this is retaliatory actions to question about tenants when the post is about road conditions this is harrassment and is documented

Living here is alright. Youd think for how much they complain at their tenants for any minor thing they could at least fix their roads. They charge an arm and leg for water. I mean Im paying double that Ive ever paid. They make it sound included with rent when you move in. The garbage pick up normally leaves half of the trash in the street for you to go pick back up. The amount of alcohol bottles people leave in my yard is a bit shocking. Other then that, its okay.

Do not in force the rules in the contract everyone gets. Price goes up in lot rent quality of neighborhood goes down. The manager speaks down to you like you are trash. It wouldnt let me give zero stars so I had to give one.

Ever since the new owners took over, the rules have sucked. We use to love in Countryview before and were allowed to have our 3 cats. All cats are fixed and declawed so no issues. Now we cant live there because we have 3 and the limit is 2.

Like a minitown inside the growing city of Sioux Falls....providing a calming experience for visitors and homeowners alike in the midst of the BigCity atmosphere S.F. is starting to obtain!! WONDERFUL for growing families...elderly and the single fresh out of school residents who want a budget friendly...safe...and caring park to call home!

Main manager is respectable honest and trustworthy...office staff are helpful...reliable and very friendly. The maintenance staff is also great at follow thru and being quick on repairs...i live in a competing park and can say i honestly wish i was in countryview!!!

Ok place. Leaves notes on your door to clean stuff that is visible in the yard but cant fix the pot holes that are every where in the court.

They revoked my animal rights and made me evict all of my dogs (3) within 4 days or they threatened to evict us. Our animals are companion animals but they are pitbulls. They made the decision to evict based on 1 neighbors complaint that our dogs are vicious which is a flat out lie. What they are doing is illegal and I will be hiring a lawyer if they do not follow his rules. By law they habe to offer an accommodation to remedy the problem and they also have to habe substantial evidence which they do not have! I have told them I will build a fence to solve this issue but Mark says my hands are tied in which they are NOT because what they are doing is illegal and unethical! I am buying the trailer. Four years deep on payments with 4 to go othereise wed be out of this hell hole! Its a nightmare living here and weve had nothing but petty stressful issues with Mark and Brian. They are liars, talk to you like youre beneath them and pick and choose who they target!!! Think twice before buying or renting on this property!!When I told them I was taking it to court they have now chose to do a non renewal of lease. Theyre a crock. From the management to the corporation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STRESS.

Property owners have a monopoly with a few towing companies, they randomly choose their victims each month. Vehicles towed in driveways suposely cause property management called them to tow when and who ever they feel. Our vehicles works fine NO EXPIRED TAGS, we use them for shopping, work, family picnics etc, the towing company stated the reason of the tow was because the property management said we dont use the vehicle ? I looked everywhere online, text, emailed to understand if this is ilegal, nobody replied, we have had our vehicle towed 3x @ $200 each tow . Its always in Holidays, Tax Season or Summer they play these games, we called the police they said agreed it is ilegal and to proceed with a court claim, eventually the Pros n Cons of this outcome will end being evicted and more problems to relocate my family and my daughters transportation to & from school, we had our vehicles towed among other neighbors same time Thanksgiving weekend before Black Friday, others before xmas for no reason, none of the vehicles have expired tags and again now cause of Tax Refund Season . Monthly rent lot is never the same goes up and down as they want. The disposal of trash is horrible sometimes weeks the entire street all neighbors frustrated cause of more trash stacked in driveways then property management has the nerve to leave penalty notes to dispose trash ? Horrible, Horrible new management they dont care very unethical. I strongly believe they profile their victims carefully once they know your routine when and how to call a towing company. New Buyers be aware of this and clarify these concerns, I suggest you document every situation and save any evidence on your favor !

Will not work with you at all. Say they will give you time to pay, than a few days later evict you.
