We initially came to Western housing on February 2nd. We wanted to have ample time to get moved out of our apartment.We picked out the house we wanted the next day and started the process immediately.Lance assured us that there would be PLENTY of time to set the house around March 14th or so. Leading up to this we did as instructed, got insurance, contacted the estates. Mid March came and went and we contacted Lance. He said he still needed to file paper work. We assisted with this and were gracious when he said that it would now be near the end of March, almost two full weeks after the initial projected timeline that was given to us. We were willing to work with this.Then it was placed on Thursday and we were very excited to begin moving. we went and did the rest of our paperwork immediately and were told that the next day that the trailer would have skirting and finished up.Saturday and Sunday, now its Monday NOTHING is done and our home is NOT anchored or has skirting.It is also not level. Our electrician was supposed to come today, but requested the other work be done first. Also, now because it is not done, three weeks after we were told it should be, we have had to not only cancel our plans with family for Easter, but we have also now lost money over their negligence.

I went there today for a real estate investment question and they had the answers that everyone else seemed to be lacking.I have gone there in the past to look at modular home options and always been impressed. This time they truly knocked me back by saying yes they could accommodate the much larger project I am looking at doing.I would rate their knowledge and helpfulness a 5 out of 5!

We bought a house the end of 2016 and was delivered 5/17. There were many things that needed attention and needed repairs. Example- dented refrigerator door, dented range hood, some issues w siding, chips in counter top in bathroom, thin exterior doors, cracks in Sheetrock, the cupboard are poor quality- rough spots on the wood. We have called them many times most calls unanswered or not addressed. We didn’t get a screen door for the sliding glass door and have asked for one several times. There are a few places that it doesn’t look like tape was used to finish corners in Sheetrock. I would not recommend using this company to build your home.

This company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with . Once you sign the dotted line and pay them you are screwed. I have been in my house for over a year now and there are still a ton of things that need to be fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
