These people were rude! Told us when our move in date would be and then kept pushing it back after we had already paid! The people he has working on the trailors dont know what they are doing! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Jimsco Homes is an amazing company to work with!! We purchased a double wide and we were able to customize to our unique needs. The excellent customer service did not stop after our purchase, Jeff was very helpful in setting us on right path for all the setup needs to follow and any needs we observed as we lived in our new house-minor needs as the quality of the house is great!(Ex-needing more siding, fixing a small crack in ceiling from transport, ect.) Jeff was very responsive to any questions we had along the way and we would recommend purchasing from Jimsco a million times over as the price and quality are superior! Worst service ever! Once we got our mobile home there were multiple problems and while they sent people out to fix the problems they were so shabbily done! Ceiling cracks, wrong window, trim falling off! And just found the water heater pan drain wasnt even matched to the hole! The place has been falling apart since day 1. Go somewhere reputable. Dont buy from here unless you are close by!
