I love my neighborhood and believe that this is one of the best Mobile Home Communities in Sioux Falls. I looked at approximately a dozen communities in Sioux Falls before choosing this one, and discovered that Hidden Meadows had one of the lowest lot rents, and yet was one of very nicest communities.

Great neiborhood, very nice, strict but nice place to live... one of the best locations I have lived... heard train but after a little while it grows on ya and you dont notice it anymore...Jeff and crew are easy to work with and very understanding... I would live there again if they let me

Clean nice mobile home park. Close to grocery, dollar store and 1 block from my kids school which is nice. I like my neighbors too, they have lived here longer then me.

Easy people to work with, streets are plowed in a timely manner! Easy to turn onto Rice Street. Close to downtown gas stations, stores, and 229.
