Got exactly what I needed at a good price. Brad was very helpful. I prefer buying in person because online I cannot tell if I will like the product. I would definitely recommend this location for a mattress/pillow

Brad answered my initial phone call about the items I wanted to purchase and delivery times. He was friendly, positive, and definitely on a mission to make my experience an out standing one. He bent over backward to arrange next day delivery. When I arrived, he immediately remembered me from my phone call. He showed me several mattresses in my price range that were also on sale. He wanted to find the best mattress according to the criteria that were most important to me, and he asked about my preferences. Can’t say enough good things about Brad; I will definitely shop at American Mattress again.

Brads the best. Nobody knows more about mattresses than he does. He helped me pick out the right bed, as I was very confused about it, but now I know.

I bought a great futon couch years ago but sadly I had to discard the futon after some pet mishaps. I am pulling the frame out of storage and needed a futon in a hurry, Brad at the Skokie, Illinois location helped in no time flat.

Brad was such great salesman.Told him what we wanted & he fixed us up with exactly what we wanted. Im sad to report that we were to receive our mattresss a week ago. Now were to receive them tomorrow but were last for delivery anywhere between 3:30 and 5:30. Not Brads fault. But we should be early delivery. Very disappointed!!!

So being an internet savvy guy I ordered a mattress online sight unseen for what I thought was a great price. My brother told me to go into the actual store and talk to Brad, the manager. I did.I didnt save any money by talking to Brad but I got a MUCH better mattress for around the same price.Knowledge is power and Brad has both. Also friendly, courteous and efficient. Is it against store policy to answer the phone from customers ?! Seriously every time I call no answer. Ridiculous I spend so much money for a mattress and there no service now that I need it.

I have been in different stores looking for a mattress that will help me with my back pain, in all the stores the sales people wanted only to sale me the most expensive mattress and did not hear what I really wanted or needed. But when I came to American Mattress in 9240 skokie Blvd in Skokie, Brad Spitzer, the sales person, was so nice, listening to my complaints about previous mattresses and my pain in my back and recommended me the right type of mattress. I also had another question after I bought the mattress and he called me right back with an answer.I hope everyone who needs a mattress should stop in the store and ask for Brad - he is THE man for you!!!
