I would give this store a 0 if I could. Walked into the store with my husband, tried to exchange for new pillows because the ones that we got were too high for us. We bought too many high-end pillows and never had any problems before but Sleep Numberand The GUY who work there today (10/09/2021) are not helpful at all. My sister, my aunt and myself we all have Sleep Number beds. I will no longer give you a business anymore

Excellent experience and Corlett provided excellent customer service. She answered all our questions and made many many suggestions to make sure we found the perfect products.

My kids and I went into the store to look into buying a new sleep number bed for my wife. We went in on two occasions and the staff were wonderful and very helpful in navigating us through the process. We couldnt recommend them more highly.

Excellent customer service. Corlette Pierson was so helpful. I would recommend going to this particular store and talking to her about any needs in regard to Sleep Number products. From the pillows and pillow cases to the beds themselves she was extremely knowledgeable.

I think it is wrong and misleading that all models on display that have the adjustable base are not hooked up. (Old Orchard)You are not comparing apples to apples.Consumer Reports says that you cant tell the difference between the lower price models and the higher price models. Who knows if you cant try them on equal footing. Otherwise my sales agent was good, the store was nice and its easy to navigate.

The staff member Jon was very informative and concise with helping my parents choose the right bed for their needs before making a purchase. Even with during the COVID season, they allowed us to be able to test the models and disinfect after use immediately and the best of all had some great benefits towards deals of feasible payments to make within 60 months at the greatest interest rate! I would so recommend anyone to come to this store to find a nice bed that can last for you years and years!

My husband and I came in with no knowledge of how the Sleep Number beds work and the meaning of the numbers. Corlette was AMAZING! She was very informative. She explained and and answered all our questions. We will definitely go to her for any future questions or concerns.

I found the salesman at the Old Orchard location to be both knowledgeable and patient. It took two trips for me to decide what I needed vs what I wanted, and he kept in touch but didnt press. I felt well advised and certain about my decision by the time I purchased my Sleep Number.

Chip was amazing-knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He spent a great deal of time with us and explained everything thoroughly.

We went on a Thursday so it was quiet. Mark was very helpful and made the whole process great.

If I could give it a zero, I would. We walked in the store, ready to place an order and talking with the sales person-- another couple walked into the store and he walked away. He says, excuse me and leaves us hanging around while he goes through his entire sales pitch. Never comes back. Unbelievable, I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. We left. I guess the store and company is too good for us and our business.

Jon was wonderful and made my buying experience a good one. Can’t wait for my bed to be delivered.
