Bought a 2013 z06 while located in NYC. Jasin got all the paperwork started, and everything went super quick by mail and email. Got photos of the car later being loaded up on a truck, with photos of the underside after it was on showing there was no damage. Car got to me 2 days later. Great and fast. Highly recommend!

As he continued saying to me : price will not make you love the car but knowing what you want will make you love it . As we went through the details since it’s an old car .He showed me every single dent or rock chip and what he knows that has been done to the car . Anything he didn’t know, he told me straight up that he doesn’t know . Jasin was open to even have me get the car inspected by a third party and that made me feel secured and safe on moving forward to purchase the vehicle since I Live in Washington, Dc. The car has arrived and the car was as it has been described . He even called me and said to call him back if there is anything else that I may need to know . I bought my first car from iCars last year and I had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, very easy to talk to and accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Z who made my buying experience smooth without any issues. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy good clean cars.Z was very honest and worked out all the issues I was concerned with about with the car, which is why I ended up purchasing the car and would definitely work with him and his team again in the future when Im in the market for a car.The only issue I had with the car was that I agreed to let their detailer fix the scratches on my car, which Z said would be covered as part of the purchase. That was a huge mistake because when I got the car back, the clear coat and finish was in terrible condition. I didnt realize because I picked up the car in the evening and then the next day when the sunlight hit the car, you just see the left over haze from the buffer/compound in swirls over the entire car. Not to mention the left over white residue left all over the gaps in the cars body lines was terrible and not cleaned. I wish I had just decided to take the car as is instead of letting their detailer work on it. That is the only reason I am giving my review a 4 instead of a 5. The other cars the detailer worked on looked pretty good and I did see a haze on some but I thought it might be the lighting and I was more concerned about the car I was buying.I easily give the whole buying process and the dealer itself a 5/5 easily without a doubt. However, the detail job just ruined it for me and that is the only reason I gave it a 4/5.

I recently purchased a CLA 45 AMG at the beginning of the covid pandemic. Barry and his staff were really flexible with accommodations. They handled shipping for my trade in and shipping for the new vehicle. All on time as they had assured me it would be. If I could do it again I would test drive in person, but icars does a great job accommodating their customers. I would visit this dealership next time I am in the Chicago area.

Very happy with my new Audi Q7. Process was stress free and pressure free. Car is flawless for being 4 years old. Looks brand new inside. I got the extended warranty which i stuffed in the loan for a few dollars more. If they had pressured me i would have taken off so thank you for the relaxed sale. Only thing that annoyed me is that they forgot to ship my 2nd spare key to me but they were kind enough to next day air it on Friday.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Bought my s2000 here as an out of state customer. While searching through dealerships nationwide, I found iCars to be one of the few who were straight shooters, no BS, fully professional and flexible. I worked with Jasin, who walked me through everything and remained straightforward throughout all our phone interactions and in-person. I was in and out of the dealership in just under 1 hour or so. I would definitely consider buying future cars from this dealership.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sold a car with a broken engine. They claimed they fixed it, sent it back. When we got it back we found that the STOLE our baby’s car seat protector out of the car and said “we’ll call it even”. Drove the car for 1 day after getting it back and had to get it towed to Jeep dealership who told us we needed a whole new engine costing 10k. Now the dealership won’t answer or return any of our phone calls. They took advantage of an out of state client. Do not support this business

I had been in the market for a z06 for awhile when I found ibuycars they actually had 2 at the facility. I called and talked with the sales team and they were quick to send even more pictures and videos of the car. The facility was very nice and they had a very wide selection of sought after cars. The whole team was friendly and very helpful. They made the whole visit a great experience.

These guys made the car buying experience a pleasure. They are knowledgeable, honest, and really go out of their way from a customer service standpoint. I was iffy on the color of a steel blue 5 series i came to see but the price was perfect for what i could afford. To my surprise they talked me OUT of buying it seeing i wasnt 100% on the color. Black was my first choice but everything on the web was so expensive in black. Barry told me to wait a week to find me a black one at the price i wanted. He pulled through and met my price AND color. ICars Chicago is the real deal. Zoron took great care of me. I had been looking for a Cadillac XLR for over a month, finally found one in their inventory that I liked. I flew in from out of town zoran had a Uber pick me up bring me to their facility. The inventory was out of this world. In the distance there was the Cadillac XLR that I saw online and it looked better in person than it did in the pictures. I was sold on all the beautiful clean cars in their inventory,that I never even took it for a test drive. Paperwork and everything went so smoothly. My test drive was 500 mi back home. 4 days later I took a road trip 1500 miles. I am so pleased with the car and very impressed with the whole car purchasing experience with Zoron and his coworkers. I would recommend eye cars to anybody and everybody interesting and a beautiful car.

Beware of this dealership, its a house full of scam artists especially the Owner. ALL the cars are from junk yards or salvage auctions which are sold with clean titles and carfaxs then rebuilt in the most cheapest way possible to make a quick sale. The vehicle i purchased was too unsafe to drive when taken in for an inspection, what the others are saying about this dealership in the comment section is all true, its a place to go into debt and incredible loss. I lost basically $20,000 on the car and extra $4,000 on repairs, even after repairs the car was still causing extreme troubles because of how messed up it is. next stop, The BBB

I would say my car was a diamond in the rough, but all the other cars in their showroom were equally as impressive. Seems like they only buy and sell quality stuff.

The 1 star reviews are accurate. This dealership is a big scam. Theyll clear codes right before you test drive. They purchased troubled vehicles and then try to up sell you the warranty, so when your new car has problems after the purchase, which it will, theyll just refer you to the warranty. The over priced warranty is pretty much all commission for them as well.. Also take note of all the FAKE positively detailed reviews on here. All the reviewers are friends and family of the owners. Just check out theyre facebooks and youll see. This place is a HUGE joke. They look you in the eye and lie to your face. This place will be delinquent within few years. Avoid at all cost and save the trouble.
