I was a bit hesitant about buying a new vehicle. I’ve got majority of my life either being driven around or riding the bus and train because I live in the city. As a mother with two kids I decided I needed my own car and we came to this dealership and Huxley Belazire helped me find the perfect car with everything that I wanted. This is my first car and my entire experience was wonderful. He helped me with pricing finding the different features of the car that I wanted and he made sure that I was comfortable with the car before I left. My transmission went out and I went to several mechanic shops and other Nissan Dealers . Martin Nissan was the only dealership that actually help me. I ran out of warranty but were able to cover 100% of the cost bc it’s a very common problem for Nissan transmission to go out. All I paid was the sales tax. They provided me a rental and was very transparent throughout the whole repair process . They even gave a discount for my towing . Highly recommend and would be going back for every service I need !

Second time purchasing a car from Martin Nissan and working with Dario and I would definitely go back for any future purchases but I’m absolutely in love with my rogue!! Dario was very patient with us when we couldn’t decide on color and model. He answered all our questions in full detail and even demonstrated the cool features multiple times until I felt comfortable doing it on my own. I was interested in a vehicle. Was told someone was sending a wire transfer ahead of me. The wire transfer didnt go through that day and I went to the dealer physically. I was told since I was there in person, I had first dibs. Next day, we agreed on a price over text. The dealer was going to come to my place of employment since I couldnt leave. A couple hours later Im told the wire transfer came through (remember, a day later) so they sold it to them. Absolute BS. They went back on their word and only reinforced the horrible reputation of car salesmen. I later get a text saying, since the funds came in by midnight we have to go with that one BUT I also have a prior text saying they were only waiting until the afternoon for that wire and THATS why I was told to come in. AVOID.
Always excellent service at Martin Nissan, I bought my first car from them when I moved here from San Francisco. Ive never had a problem with their Service.
After I had agreed on the price for the car, they tacked on two extra fees; $395 service fee for tires and $995 service fee for door guards, detailing and basic maintenance. A car that was advertised for $15, 500 on their website and car gurus, turned into $17, 000. Also, it was an electric car that they knew I was coming to look at from 80 miles away and didnt have the courtesy or forethought to charge before I got there. I would not recommend shopping at this dealership.

Experience based on interaction during inquiry .On 4/20/21 I contacted Martin Nissan in order to inquire about lease pricing for a vehicle. My sales representative was Julissa. From the very beginning, with words and the tone she was the opposite of humble and helpful. Interaction was started with how the cars are in high demand currently and how the dealership is trying to “hold on to their 2021s”. ( once again to emphasize this was done in a very arrogant tone as if she is doing me a favor by selling me a car).Furthermore she was badmouthing other dealerships and their sales practices which I found to be unprofessional. When she provided me with a quote later, it lacked transparency as she didn’t reveal all the factors for the deal as a trained sales rep should.General manager was contacted by me. Initially phone got disconnected by a person ( not automatically)after waiting . Second attempt GM was reached. Unprofessional behavior of his staff was explained. The manager responded with extremely nonchalant and lukewarm “ I’m sorry”. He seemed to lack interest in the issue.This review isn’t because of the fact, agreeable price was not reached. The review is to encourage sales representative to act humbly and kindly to their customer base. I have leased multiple cars from multiple dealerships with enjoyable experiences. I sincerely hope moving forward the involved parties would reflect and improve on their customer interactions .

My most recent experience at Martin Nissan was nothing short of amazing. The service and sales staff are always exceptional and answer any of my questions. I went for an oil change, and I paid less than I thought I would. They took my car in for service and finished the job in less time than I expected, and cleaned my car.
Found this place thru a mutual friend and was interested in purchasing a used car due to the fact my current one keeps giving me problems. The car i wanted was 22,900. I was gonna put down 3,500 and finance the rest. I was approved within minutes and was happy until I read the contract! My payment was 580$ for 72 months and thats without insurance!! Over 41k for a used car. Could they have came with a better deal, probably, did they, no. My credit is a lil over 660 so it might not be the best but unless you have 720 or better stay away or get hit with the same offer.

Dont buy cars from them. They are not telling you everything. they insist on exta insurance. They say to get a better percentage you have to buy additional insurance for around $ 3000. when faced with a problem, the manager laughed in my face and turned his back

I called to make a service appointment for a recall. I was told this recall was very fresh so they didnt have a solution, yet. This was despite the recall notice being weeks old and the actions were outlined in the notice. I was told that I would somehow be contacted in a few weeks, but my contact information wasnt verified until I pushed for it. I called Nissan North America Customer Service. The representative called this dealership and this time they were told this dealership didnt have the parts in stock to do the repair. So which is it and why the runaround?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI purchased a Nissan Rouge from Dario, and turned out he sold me a damaged car with the front bumper is being held up by zip ties. He provided me with some BS CarFax report and told me what great condition the car was in. TOTAL LIE!!!It doesnt end there... prior to purchasing the car he tried to tack on an additional cost for upgrades they made to the car. What kind of dealer tacks on an additional cost and not factor any upgrades into the sticker price. BE CAREFUL AND LOOK OVER EVERY LINE ON THE CONTRACT.It gets even better, the finance manager told me I needed to buy extra insurance in order to be able to get financed (mind you my credit score is over 800). I refused the finance offer, and she insisted that it was required. I took her word for it and agreed to it. Then upon arriving at I went over the finance documents, and called Capital One to find out that this extra insurance was not needed at all.I called the finance manager and told her my findings to which point she said she would cancel the coverage and issue a refund.... only problem is it took months to just the process started and the refund was only issued because I was persistent.This place has some shady sales practices... save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They are more concerned with their commission being made than actually being truthful to customers!
I was told the oil change would take about an hour. During inspection, I was asked if I would like them to address the engine filter, air filter, and rear wiper blade. I selected yes and signed off. After two and a half hours, I texted the service number (text us here with any questions during your appointment) asking if I could get an estimate of how much more time it would take. I never got an answer, but 20 minutes later got a text that my vehicle was ready. I wish someone would have communicated with me more effectively so I could set my expectations appropriately. An oil change ended up taking about 4 hours total out of my day.
Daniel checked me in. He wrote down everything I needed him to check and take care of. He did a great job. I was driven to Nordstroms while my car was fixed. The man who drove me has worked at Martin Nissan for 40 years. Very personable and I so appreciated his driving me to the mall. At the end, Victoria, as usual is a wonderful woman who is both very nice and efficient. The work performed was excellent! I have always been treated well at your dealership! My wife Shirley and I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Martin Nissan back in November that needed a front bumper and had heater issues. Chris Palmer, the finance department and the service department all went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thanks to Chris, the front bumper was replaced and we were given a loaner until the heater was repaired. We highly recommend Martin Nissan, and especially Chris Palmer for his professionalism.

We had the best experience at Martin Nissan on Saturday, August 22nd. I called to make an appointment at 1pm and spoke with a very friendly and welcoming person named Julissa. She confirmed our appointment via text. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two Martin Nissan employees, one being Joe L. who walked us in and Julissa explained he would be our salesperson that day. Everyone was wearing masks and were practicing social distancing guidelines! Right away, Joe was so friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Never once did we feel the awful pressure of buying a car from him that you get at so many other places. He let us look at a bunch and test drive anything we wanted until we found the perfect Rogue for us!We also had such a good experience with Chris, the finance guy. I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with Martin Nissan has been nothing but lies, deception, and constant blaming on other parties for their incompetence. I bought a car from them from my company, and they delivered the car in the wrong color that was ordered. There was no due diligence done on their part to even ensure that they brought the car that we wanted. No email communication that there was a color change, or that the one we wanted was out of stock.Next - When they finally rectified their mistake and got us a new car (which ended up costing us more $$), they messed up the paperwork to the bank, in-turn requiring us to re-sign 2 more times before they got it right. In the time it took for them to realize their mistake, the temporary plate expired. So now I have a vehicle for an employee with an expired plate, that she cant drive...They keep saying Its the states fault, go to the DMV, or The finance guy has more answers, etc., its always an excuse, never a solution to the issue at hand. After weeks of back and forth, we still have no resolution to the issue. We have no idea when the plates will arrive, no idea where we are in the process, and have gotten zero communications from them regarding this.Every time I call its always someone elses fault. I never get a solution. I work with vendors all day, and I very rarely get frustrated at them, because I know things happen that are unforeseen, but this is a blatant case of them not giving a damn.Im writing this as a plea to the management team to rectify the issue (still has not been resolved), and also to any prospective customers to BEWARE of they fact that after you sign the paperwork, and they get their commission, they frankly dont care anymore.
Tom and Joe really listened to us and let us test drive multiple cars and let us test drive the car I ultimately got twice. Tom was very patient and answered all of my questions. Their kindness, understanding, patience and we’re completely transparent. Which was a big relief after having a bad experience at another dealership. I ended up with a car I love and a great experience.

Went in for service. The service was fine. My experience inside was not. Out of the 5 sales reps that were on the floor, 1 was wearing a mask and he had it pulled around his chin. In the 1 year of COVID I have not been inside an environment that made me feel that unsafe. I spoke to the GM and he had little to no emotion. Did not seem to care at all.
