Hassle-free dealership. The salesman, Marvin Quinones, was very helpful and attentive to the needs of my wife and I. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We appreciate the fact he wasnt pushy and helped us get the best price compared to the other dealerships we went to. First of all, I had an appointment set at a specific time. We showed up and asked to speak w the person we had an appointment with. They weren’t available so we met with someone else. We talked w him for about 5 minutes and gave him my personal information. They ran my credit before even test driving a car let alone looking at anything. We sat there for an hour before they brought up a car that I didn’t even like. I didn’t get to walk the lot to pick anything out. I gave them models that I was interested in and brought up the first one they picked. We were already irritated at this point because of the wait and lack of communication. I then asked for my drivers license back so we could leave and they guy who originally sat down with us barely wanted to return it and had an attitude giving it back to me. Not to mention half the people who worked there dressed unprofessionally. If you have time to waste by going here be my guest but I will never step foot back here.

I have a long history of bad and low credit so I always thought it would be impossible for me to get a car at a reasonable price and rate, and one of my friends recommenced me to call this place. Now i had my doubts because the other dealerships just either flat our rejected me or gave me insane interest rate or made me get a co signer. But i decided to go anyways since it was worth the try.I called in and they were able to schedule me any day of the week even on Saturday. I sat down and was treated very respectfully and they were able to explain everything that they were doing and after a few hours i was approved with a reasonable rate and the car that I actually wanted. And the monthly payments were good!

In the past, Ive known this place to work with you and not against you. It seems like new owners have taken over this business. Dont be surprised if youre found to be disqualified for buying their cars. Their more interested in getting to know all about your finances and after youve given all the information at the end they ask you can you get a cosigner. This was a tell tell sign for me that another company has taken over this business. If you want a car from this company, have good credit, a cosigner and a thousand to fifteen hundred dollars and you could possibly walk away with a new car. Dont settled for less. Now the ball is in your hands, get new, nothing less or take your business elsewhere like napoleon dealership in the suburbs their hungry for your business.
