I was tired and annoyed when I walked in, and her friendly attitude cheered me up right away, along with her down to earth customer service mindset: SHE ROCKS!!! Two employees one in the backroom only. Only one helping the customer. I was the third person in line. Took so long I had to call my work from your store phone. You can check the camera. Another lady left because it took too long. Check the camera. Will not be using AT&T after this month...

My experience at the Skokie Blvd AT&T store on 5/23/21 was excellent. Sam personality, knowledge and customer service was 👏. I walk away with my new phone, additional service opportunities to considered and other account issues resolved...great person to have on your team.

I witnessed Tramaine work with an extremely pushy and difficult customer and never loose his composure or professionalism. He continued to explain the contract the customer had agreed to regardless to how the customer insisted it was wrong. Andy was another example of the professional team this store offers to represent AT&T

Had fabulous service at this store. All because of Samantha—she was friendly, interested in my tech needs, and set up the appropriate service for me—I can’t say enough good about Samantha— she was also patient and very efficient! She deserves a special reward !!

At&t costumer service is normally very good! They’re always friendly and considerate, however today it was my first bad experience that I’ve had with At&t, and it was at this store, Mihid or something like that I don’t remember his name, treated me like TRASH when I was trying to return an iphone, didn’t care about my complaint nor didn’t do anything to help, very rude and disrespectful, will never go back!!

I just want to say the manager there, Michelle, is hands down one of the BEST att employees I have ever encountered before. She has the best customer service skills and helped me and my wife with our accounts. Will definitely be back to see Michelle!

I do not believe that I have ever worked with a nicer person than Samantha. She was knowledgeable, patient and extremely attentive.

The employees are dishonest. They will steal your phone number by reporting your phone lost. Switch your SIM card data to a new phone then change all of your passwords. They try to ROB you. If you do not have proper security measure in place on your device they will steal all of your money, cryptos, data anything they can get. Clearly a criminal enterprise. Not sure if the manager is a drug addict but that would be my guess. Drugs make people to stupid things and try to cover their tracks. The employee told me the store got Hacked. What a joke.

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in. They acknowledge you and dont have you standing there like youre lost. All the employees were nice and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend att.

My note 8 stopped fast charging and I started getting the annoying moisture warning sound when I plugged my phone to charge. I took it to cpr and they replaced the port. They fixed it the same day and now my phones works like new! Very friendly, transparent and professional. Highly recommended, veteran owned business.

Every time I go to this store the staff is helpful, friendly, kind, courteous and honest. No problem is too small and they never make you feel ridiculous if you are not tech savvy like me. I loved my experience with AT&T and the store in Skokie. Michelle and Christine went to my Fire Department and talked to our crew about First Net, a network that AT&T has for first responders. I’m glad that AT&T has come out with First Net, and I’m glad that the store in Skokie sent two great employees to my firehouse to explain the services. They brought us brownies! Great touch. I went to the AT&T store after my shift and was met with great service. Great experience. I’m happy to be part of First Net.

Came into the Skokie Illinois store for assistance with my DIRECTV plan. I needed to upgrade 2 receivers and with the assistance of Mihir, I was able to complete the process in an efficient professional and friendly timeframe.This location is ALWAYS very service oriented and their staff is professional, kind, knowledgeable and most of all gets the job done.thank you AT&T for having a resource I can go to that I can depend on.

I was setting up service online and wasn’t sure about how to fill something out so I called this store to ensure I got my promotional $250 AT&T gift card. A salesman told me to come in and he would help me fill it out only to find out he made a sale for himself and disqualifying from the whole reason I was reason I was signing up.

Shopping around for a specific iPhone model and called this store for availability. Wilmer informed me that only one was left and he was kind enough to hold it for me until I got to the store that afternoon. This was the first time I visited this store. It was clean, open and the staff was very attentive from the moment you walked in the door. Wilbur was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in transferring all the information from our old iPhone to the new one and so quickly. He also assisted me to find the best cover to keep the phone safe. Before you knew out, I was out the door with the new iPhone in it’s protective cover and I couldn’t be happier Wilmer, thank you!! Michelle was incredibly helpful and patient while we worked through an issue that took over two hours. While the overall AT&T phone customer service left much to be desired, I would highly recommend this particular location.

I needed a new phone and I was afraid to go into the store during the pandemic. The store in Highland Park, Illinois was wonderful. They made sure to spread all customers apart by at least 12 feet and did not let the capacity exceed 10 people including employees and customers. Joe was my sales associate and he was wonderful, patient and very knowledgeable about all the phones, plans and accessories. He made the process very easy and he also helped to find a better plan for my phones which was much more economical and much appreciated. I feel he went above and beyond and he should be recognized for his outstanding customer service.

This store has deleted 2 negative reviews calling for action against hatred by an employee of theirs. I had hoped my posts would be taken seriously and with care for the safety of customers. Unfortunately 5 star ratings appear to be of more importance than handling claims of bigotry. No need to worry all all screenshots have been sent to corporate. Be better!

This particular store was recovering from a service outage from weather the day before I visited it. this made the service slow, but the people we worked with were persistent and managed to get done what we needed to do in the face of some pretty serious difficulties. Shopping at the stores is never a pleasant experience, but this was sufficiently good for a 4-star rating.

Been a customer of AT &T for many ears . We have a business account with many phone lines. I came in to buy a new I-phone as my current phone was old and not in great shape. I bought the new product and got all our lines on board. The service I received was very impersonal, at times it bordered on rude. I had to come back for explanations on the billing and my sales person was unable or unwilling to explain how he got to the monthly billing amount he quoted me. Prior to coming back to the store for clarity we called the national number and got a wonderful woman ( Sandy) from Florida who took time, explained everything, IN DETAIL, and saved us $46 per month on the monthly billing . When we came back in to try and understand again how he came to the number he presented he was unable/unwilling. mumbled some inarticulate double talk, refused to help us understand what he was doing and never apologized for the confusion and ultimately walked away from us without any professional courtesy to end the conversation.I dont know if I explained this well but this service person was way less than personable and professional and I hall do my best to never come back to this store againRegrets from Skokie

Tony was very helpful in migrating photos and contacts from my old phone to my new one, and he provided a helpful and detailed review of the service plans available to me. He even showed me how to install an SD card to expand my phones memory. Walk-in stores and great customer service like this are exactly what keep me coming back to AT&T. Thank you, Tony!

Aris was kindly and expertly able to fix my iPhone when Apple was unable to do anything without making an appointment for about 1 week. I am very appreciative!

In my many years as an AT&T customer I’ve never had such a great experience like I did a few days ago. I came in and I was assisted by Abby, calling her patient is an understatement she’s extremely kind and definitely took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my plan. Tremaine was so patient and nice to my elderly mom when she was topping up her old flip phone. We werent going to be his biggest sale of the day, but he treated us so well, and I really appreciated it. I went to the store located at 9725 Skokie blvd. I was assisted by the manager Wilmer and retail specialist Tony. I needed technical support on my Iphone. They both took several hours to help with my phone so patiently. It was the best service I have ever received at an att store. I would highly recommend this store.

Came in here thinking it was time for a new phone. Gentleman working in the store showed me I only needed to add a memory chip. Instead of a new phone a nice $35 dollar fix. Fast. Helpful. Nice store. Bought my other phones here too.

I met 2 angels when I went to get my new phone. It was a very long process that would have been very stressful without them. I had an ongoing issues with billing since the account was open several months ago. The only person that was able to resolve the issues was Mr. Joel Stanley after multiple trips to the store. The store gets 2 stars but Joel deserve 5 stars for great customer service.

The representative Abigail Mseih was extremely helpful, patient and had a positive attitude during our long visit to get two different phones upgraded, helped my 11 year old fix an issue with her old phone and then set up her new phone, while also getting my new phone set up and maximized our overall familys service plan, and provided great advice. I really dont understand this store. You go in to speak with someone face to face and they immediately put you on your phone with customer service. Their reply is often we dont do that in the store. The customer service you telephone will tell you about a promo and the in store clerks will not have a clue what you or they are talking about. We left and went to Verizon who has much better customer service.

I went in for an upgrade to iPhone 11. At&t rep Aris was patient respectful and well knowledgeable. He made me comfortable asking all my questions and never rushed his explains until I felt I understood completely. He was not pushing when it came to advising me on other additional accessories I should purchase with my new iPhone. ONLY downside to this visit is the 45 min wait we had. But the store manager did come over with an apology for the wait which was good CRM!

I would like to say Mihir is fantastic. My phone had died and would not turn on. He was able to get it on and resolve my biggest issue I was running with apple is to fix my Apple ID and password. He was able to backup and bring everything over to my new phone. Took my months at apple to fix the Apple ID issue Mihir fixed it in 2 minutes. Thank you for the amazing service.
