We came in to save money and leave the terrible service that we had been getting from AT&T. Oh my, Marla took care of all of our needs plus walked us through all of the steps that we needed to take for a succesful transition. We will be saving $130 a month for comparable service. She is delightful, efficient and charming to work with. We highly recommend this location, everyone there was equally wonderful.

Hands down beat experience I have ever had in a phone store.Even tho this location isnt the closest to me it was definitely worth the extra trip time to get this service.First of all no wait. I was able to get helped right away.Secondly Ive been dealing with an issue with my phone for 2 days. Hours and hours of back and forth with the chat department online with all sorts of guarantees that my issues were resolved. Few hours later the problems came back.I came to the store with a service issue that my service drops out and data shuts off and then goes back on. I currently have sprint service premerger.Stacy was super knowledgeable in this area and said right away that I need the updated t-mobile sim card and It will be back to normal. In less then 10 minutes I had both my lines up and running issue free.Thank You Stacy!

I recently upgraded my phone and also purchased the iwatch at this Sprint store in Skokie. Tiffany was very helpful in terms of pricing and also with syncing my watch to my phone. While I was waiting for the syncing to finish, I also saw how the staff at this store interacted with other customers and thought they were very helpful and professional with the customers. I would have no problem going back to this location and working with Tiffany!

Stopped on my way out of town to take advantage of a great iPad deal for iPhone lessees. The Sales Supervisor greeted me immediately and cheerfully handled all of my (probably stupid) questions. Most importantly, when he didn’t know an answer, he quickly looked it up and made sure he gave me accurate information.At no point did I feel like I misunderstood pricing, options or anything. The experience was friendly, professional, and I left feeling very positive about my purchase and that all of my questions had been resolved.He helped me find some accessories I was curious about, all while making sure to walk me through all of my options and not pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need.Add to all this that my very inquisitive 5 year old daughter was running around asking silly questions about everything. The supervisor never once showed impatience and was always very kind and gave her practical answers that even she was able to grasp.By FAR my best experience with any Sprint rep in my 10 years with the company, and this will now be my go-to location and rep for any problems I have in the future. Could not recommend more highly.

This place is full of idiots who don’t care about the service they provide and are just there because it is all they can do. Lack of knowledge and service makes it one of the worst sprint stores in Illinois. Also keep the store open until the closing time otherwise change the closing time because it seems that employees like to lock up the doors 40 min before closing so they don’t have to do work and can earn a free buck.. what a shame and the manager should be ashamed to have such ignorant people working there.
