I recently visited this Home Depot and my shopping experience was absolutely marvelous. The place was very clean with great lightings and all the products were perfectly arranged which off course made my shopping much easier. I interacted with two associates both ladies were wonderful, they were courteous, polite and were willing to assist. Ms. Vlashti, who was one of the two women I spoke to, was amazing; I had some difficulty, using the Self pay machine and she gladly came over to help and her assistance made a world of difference, as I was in a rush to get someplace else.
Went to this store to purchase a tub and enclosure. No one in the area to assist. Went to the cashiers and ask them to call someone to assist. No one came. Approached an associate that told me they knew nothing about that area. Long story short, went to Lowes and they were happy to help me and take a sale of a little over $2000 dollars. Very disappointing . Home Depot had been my go to for everything.
This time we had some young guys helping and they were great..... also had self checkout staff that was helpful too..... often its hard to find help.... it was encouraging that the young men were so helpful.

Customer service section needs better trained members, not a boy and girl flirting while handling a line of customers,but this location has a well qualified staff of associates who help find the product you will need for projects. Very knowledgeable associates.

I am a contractor and shop at many home depot locations across Georgia. There are 2 home depot locations i dislike and this is one of them. The material carts are always limited even in the least busy hours. I spend 5-15 minutes each visit going down each isle, and back out to parking lot searching for a material cart. Home depot is a material store and should have ample types of carts for their customers. There seems to be plenty of flat carts for concrete, etc. But the type of carts used for lumber is EXTREMELY limited. And 90% of them are just holding returns or will call. I think i have seen literally 2 carts available in the past 2 weeks coming to this store. I hope management orders more carts soon. I would almost rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a different supplier than continue to search for carts every time i visit this store. Please get a handle on this situation.

Arlene helped me out tremendously. Normally what takes a man to make his cuts right with blinds, Arlene did it in a short period of time. Ive recently bought a home and fixing it up right before the holidays. I didnt have to go back to get it fixed several times to find the right cut. She did a great job the first time around. She is precise and she saved me a lot of time. She was very fun atmosphere person and great worker. Thanks! Wish there was more helpful people like her. Ive always had bad customer service at home depot until I ran into her. Thanks!

I have to wonder about the district and store management.Store is not as clean as other HD. Most of the lumber carts a in the back holding pickup orders, very few available for walk in customers. Apathetic staff looked at an isle blocked by a ladder and abandoned card, and walked on by. Plant department hasnt seen much water on a hot summer day, most plants wilted.Management, maybe start by supporting and encouraging the staff to see everything from a guests perspective? And while you are at it, you should walk the store and look at it from a customers perspective.I commented about the car problem months ago and others have commented here as well. Maybe fix the problem?
Home depot I find is a store for all. Almost like and everyday shopping place. It would not surprise me if one saw a coworker, old friend, or distant family there. Almost like a family reunion. I find it to be more and more a one stop for a large variety of items.With all this said Im desiring something a bit more specialized in a store that sells hardware, a bit uncommon; which if they placated my rare taste they might go out of business. No doubt what they are doing is wildly popular and what reason they have to change?Im wanting something more adverse to the taste of the day to day shoppers. Less bells and whistles more specialized without the toppings. Something a 30 to 40 year plus trade veteran might like wise enjoy. And that Ive not found in any store this far.
This Home Depot is always well stocked and has very adequate staffing to get you in and out quickly.

Dont use cash. Even if its there exclusive product. Bought a Ryobi deck cleaner. It did not work. Went right back to the Home Depot to exchange it but couldnt find the receipt. They would not exchange it or do anything. Even though the cashier remember me just buying earlier. MAYBE POST A SIGN NO REFUNDS NO MATTER THE REASON Will not shop here anymore.

This Home Depot was great. They had excellent and knowledgeable help. They even had representatives from an electric lock company that answered all of our questions.
Ethan from lumber helped me today. No wait time. He filled my request as soon as I arrived. Lumber cuts were time consuming but accurate. He provided excellent customer service and I will return to this location.
Their entire BOPS system can use some work… stood up front for nearly 15 mins for them to “pull my stuff from the back” only to discover it’s been behind the counter the entire time… and to add insult to injury, they pull it and completely forgot I was standing there… do better HD
That is my first choice for any home improvement project. By the way, I like this store. Floor employees are all around and ask if you need any help. They always have a special sale that is going on and I love that.

As an erstwhile contractor, I have spent hours (probably days in all) roaming the aisles of Home Depots from Virginia to Georgia. Our trip today for sill and brick moulding was the same as usual--easy and quick. The woman who helped us at check out was so helpful and friendly. I appreciated it a lot. I noticed this Georgia store had significantly more safeguards for customers at check out.
Had to pick up more items for my Reno job and received good customer service.
I made the mistake of purchasing three doors for $$$$ from Home Depot. Aside from Corona Virus wait times, which is understandable, they let the shipment sit for three weeks at the store without contacting me. It was very difficult to get through to Millwork as they are only open during business hours. Delivery was a nightmare. I had to continue to call and eventualy go into the store to get the status. They ended up taking off the delivery fee but even after two missed delivery days, they sent half the shipment at the wrong time. This is the last time I purchase from Home Depot and especially from this store.

Had a great experience today thanks to Rey!!!!! I had asked for help getting a key made and waited about 10min for someone to come. Rey came around the corner and asked if I needed help and he made them for me. He also noticed that I had other items in my hand and on the floor next to me as I waited. He said hed be right back and came back with a basket for me to put my things in. This was so sweet and kind and I really appreciated him for going out of his way to help. Thank you Rey!!!!

Just went to Lowes trying to replace bathroom faucet. their pro spent so much time telling me that I had an old faucet instead of trying to hear what I needed, I left to see if Home Depot could assist me.I visited this Home Depot. Their pro listened to and understood my concerns. Showed me product and options. I purchased 2 faucets which are now installed. not a large purchase, but a good education.

My curbside experience was very poor. It took 4.5 hours to receive 17 cleaning products & 1 small extension cord. A customer will do a lot better shopping in person. Curbside service needs improvement.

I’m an Electrician ... I have bought all my Milwaukee and Klein tools at Home Depot until today. The reason is they stop covering products with the Warranty.. at least that’s what the cashiers in the of this store told me. The thing is I have a friend that just exchanged his tape measure last week due to a defect in his tape in another Home Depot. Very bad for this store. WHERE IS THE HONESTY?

Lets start off with I have spent at least $12k plus just in the last 3 weeks at Home Depot.When I visited the Snevillve store to receive credit on this occasion for my military discount on purchases for home improvement. There was a young lady that was new working in customer service that did not know how to process the credit. Charles Fisher was called to assist because the manager said credits are only done the same day. I explained that Ive never had a problem in the past until that day. Charles requested to see the military card which I allowed him to see. My card has my Social Security Number on it which I protect for obvious reasons. Charles Fisher asked me to come to the side to speak with me. So when I came to the side he requested to see my Driver License and my military card again like if Im some criminal. I told him no cause I didnt have a problem charging $3600 just the night before without ID at the same Customer Service desk. He told the young lady to stop helping me until he get what he requested. No problem I said to to the young lady and requested his card so I can report this to Corporate.I will not be spending another penny at Home Depot due to the poor treatment that Ive received from your manager. I will be shopping at Lowes thats directly across the street. Damage is already done.

This 5 star review is exclusively for Arlene, the lady who specializes in flooring. After walking around the store and being ignored by every employee, including a supervisor, I was ready to leave when Arlene so graciously offered her help. I have been going to Home Depot for years and I have never encountered someone as helpful or kind as Arlene. She has knowledge in every department and even helped me to the car. With her professionalism and willingness to help, I thought she was a supervisor and was perplexed to learn she was not given the horrible and carelessness customer service from the actual supervisor. When you go to Home Depot, you must ask for Arlene!! I will never go to anyone else :)

Was looking for landscape brick they were out of stock went out and located them loaded the cart for me the only complaint I have is when we checked out we should have been asked if we needed help loading them in our car being we had almost 40 other than that service was excellent
Poor customer service. I was in the store in the plumbing section at 5:30pm on December 29 and I was ignored by two male workers when I asked for assistance. Very often when I visit this and other locations I usually cannot find knowledgeable indivuals who can assist. I was directed to these two men and I was ignored. Is this the kind of service I should expect from this specific Home Depot location each time I visit?
This location has greater selection of premium items, friendly staff and most items in stock. Great selection of plants, too.
Don’t order curbside. We sat for over 60 minutes, called several times and were told someone would be out. Other customers had been waiting even longer.When an employee finally came out after us and other customers calling, they came out with the wrong items. Waiting again now for who knows how long.Just save time and go to Lowe’s across the street, honestly.Just heard an employee finally arrive with the order for the car next to us who’s been waiting nearly an hour. She said “it’s been chilling in there for you the whole time!”That pretty much sums it up.EDIT: They returned with the same wrong item and can’t figure out where our item is (website says 22 in stock). So now we have to go inside to the service desk to get a refund for this item we didn’t even order in the first place.
Keem went out of his way to help us today with finding the sound transmission numbers on luxury vinyl. These numbers are not readily available. He then also helped us find carpet and hardwoods. We are selling two properties and building one. Dee had really helped us a lot last week also. This is by far the best Home Depot at least in Georgia!

I’m a veteran and it is indicated on my drivers license. I have been getting a discount there for several years. Now they no longer accept my drivers license l must show a disabled veteran ID or a retired ID. I will now do my shopping at Lowe’s.

A big shout out to Andy Brownwho is an associate at this store. I was looking for a specific type of ceiling fan. Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help me find the type of ceiling fan I needed. I have been to numerous stores where I was ignored, net with indifference and lady I just work here attitudes. BUYERS BEWARE......... Shame on you home depotHome Depot does not stand behind the quality of work that is performed by the installation company that the subcontract with. Every disappointing. On 11/7/2020, I purchase a GE dishwasher from them. A couple days later the unit was delivered and install very poorly. After several weeks, the dishwasher completely stopped working. I had a GE tech come out to trouble shoot the issue. During the investigation, the tech discovered that the installation team left the dishwasher wires exposed (major safety hazard) thus, the connection to the power source was not functioning at all. The manager gave me the run around regarding this unsafe situation to the point that I will never purchase another appliance from the company every again because they dont take responsibility or accountability for anything.

Had trouble finding large boxes. After asking for help manager and another employee look and find some up front. Mindvyou there are none on the aisle or even a sku for them but it says 410 in stock. For my trouble the manager says he will sell them to me for the price of a regular box. Which is .01 cent. When I go to pay they ring up .01 cent but Ned the Wino insists the price is wrong even after I told him what the manager said and pointed him and the other employee out. He even had the audacity to try to charge me for heavy duty boxes which was $3 more per box. Wont be using Scenic Hwy store again.

This store is crazy busy right now and service is poor. Cant get anyone to answer the phone. I placed a curbside order a week ago and it was still not pulled. I placed orders at other stores the same time and have received all f the other orders. We had to go into the store and pull our own order. It was ready but said they were too busy to pull it. I have been to this location before and service was good. I would recommend using another store if possible right now. Doing a home project and had placed orders with 5 different stores to get everything and this was the only store I had problems at.
This place is great! And we get recognized everytime we go in, probably because the employees seem to love our puppies.
I ordered one item for curbside pickup. When I arrived, cones were blocking the designated spaces. I parked near the pickup area and followed the pickup directions provided. Nothing. After 10 minutes, I masked up and went into the store and told them about the cones. Cones were removed. I reparked and followed the check in directions again. Again, nothing. I tried texting to the numbers on the curbside pickup sign. Nothing. It needs to be noted that I did receive confirmation of each of my check ins. After 35 minutes I went back into the store and the nice young man checked and he told me none of my check ins registered. He manually entered my info and I was given my order. The staff was nice but the history of store issues goes on.
Waited for long time for something that was in shock in their stock system and they were not able to find it.

Great Tool Rental experience this weekend. Round-trip rental small truck had to make two trips but customers service was worth it 👌
We went with my wife to buy a stove and there was no one attending 1.45 pm we waited for 18 minutes, we went to customer service twice to ask to call the supposed two people who should be there attending and they did not make the call we waited another 10 minutes. We CROSSED to Lowes fast and excellent attention there we bought what we needed.

Poor customer service due to being understaffed. The tool rental line was out the door and nobody cared or did anything about it. When it was mentioned that maybe they could get another cashier to come out all I was told was that 5 or 6 people quit within the last week like I have something to do with that.

Went to get more sand/concerte. We used to make a huge flower pots. Each time we went it was hard to find an employee near the lumber section. However after walking the alsie I was able to get employee to help us lift the bag into our cart. He was helpful and nice by maintaining friendly conversation. The garden is not as big as the one in Lowes but carries the same thing. Overall clean, organized, and good customer service.
Home Depot always has the tools or parts I need to make home repairs at a reasonable price. The staff, with few exceptions, are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Found everything I needed for my project
This is a good home depot. It is clean and well run. I have been going to this home depot for many years. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable about their respective products. It has plenty of well lit parking. Typically no lines to get in during the covid pandemic.
This facility has excellent service. I came in here to get some ceiling paint and Phil an older gentlemen was so pleasant. There were so many requests coming in and he was able to keep his composure. Given the current circumstances following the COVID-19 pandemic and the new social distancing rules of shopping. He did the BEST job to make sure all customers needs were met. We appreciate workers like Phil.
I went to this store to the electrical department. There was no one in the area to help me, I went to customer service to ask for help, there were 5 people in customer service and there was only one person on the line to be help. They told me that the person in charge of electrical department was in the bathroom and they would call her. Wait 10 min and that person never came. I went to customer service for the second time. There were still 5-6 people in customer service area and they told me that they had already called someone and that she was still in the bathroom. Wait 10 more minutes. I went for the third time to ask for help and the person who was going to help me was already in that customer service group and until then, they agreed to ask for help around 20 min after first time i ask for help. This person namedKe-ke seems to have been upset that she was interrupted from the bathroom and from her meeting, as her help was very bad. I was looking for an MC 10/2 cable measuring 70 feet, and the store only had 125 and 25 foot packages. The fact is that this person (Ke-Ke) apparently checked on her phone in which store they had that measure that I needed and she assured me that in the Loganville store (30min away) they had what I needed. I went to that store, I drove 30 min and oh surprise it was a TREMENDOUS MISTAKE, that item is not even ordered by the stores, thats what they told me in this store. So I called that one (Ke-Ke) asking why she sent me so far for nothing ? and she was very rude to me even over the phone. I went back to the Snellville store and looked for Ke-Ke, to claim his action and ask her about other things we needed and she was even more rude and she didnt even want to attend me and she ignored me completely, I told her I would talk to her manager and she didnt care. I spoke to the Home Depot manager (Dante) and he assured me that he would speak to her and I hope they do something about it. Wait 20 min to be attended, when there are 5 people in customer service, be attended in a bad way, make me drive 1 hr for nothing, return to the same store and be attended again in a bad way. That is a TERRIBLE SERVICE. Television and radio are full of ads from Home Depot showing you an attitude that does not match reality. ATTENTION: HOME DEPOT OWNERS, DO NOT DO THAT IF YOU DONT TRAIN YOUR STAFF, THEY JUST MAKE YOU RIDICULOUS.

They didnt have what I went there for. Rustoleum chalk paint in cream chiffon. The one in Athens doesnt have any, the one here doesnt have any, having a hard time finding it at any Home Depot and the ones that say they have it in stock do not
The store is festive! But Im disappointed that today there are still people coming into the store without wearing a mask knowing how dangerous this covid 19 virus is 😑. This makes me uneasy and definitely i make sure I stay clear of the non wearing mask people in the at the store.
