Ryan and Elite were great. Professional and informative...answered all my questions..i had a bunch.hahaha..Got a great deal on a matching Kenmore washer/dryer set. I paid about $575 after everything and that included delivery, hook up, and they hauled away my broken washer. ( I do live less then 10 miles from store) The delivery was smooth and they tried their best to work around our schedules. They installed them very nicely and neatly. So far everything is working great. 2 month warranty isnt bad for refurbished items as well so that is appreciated. Thanks guys! Great job. Ill be back for my dish washer. Lol 😉😁

I love this place they always treat me like family I have been using them to get my appliances for the last 4 years since I moved from Kentucky and if anything breaks down they have always made sure they came and fixed it and or sent me somebody that will come and fix it right then and there Ive always got washers and dryers from them but I recently had to get a refrigerator everything was on point smooth delivery from beginning to end and I just love them.

Convenient location right off of the main road. Walked in and the sales woman was talking to two seated guests. She looked at me however she didn’t speak right away. I was greeted sometime after I made my video. I did not stay! Clean and great temperature in the building.

Bought a washer dryer 5 months ago it looked great but dryer stop working I went to the store they said I had to pay for there repair guy to have it fixed which I did ..repair guy came I paid him 100 dollars 10 mins after he lett dryer stop working again.. Now im just out of luck after spending 850 dollars with this place for a machine that last less than 5 months now I have to go purchase another washer n dryer this is just sad and not fair to take a person money for items they knew wouldnt work

Update: Roper washer still going strong after 8 months!The ladies were very nice and helped me get an old school Roper washer for a good price! One of the ladies even helped us load it up even though I brought someone to help. The washer works just fine and no problems so far. 90 day warranty but you have to bring it to them so please be aware. However I don’t believe I’ll need to use the warranty as Roper is a very reliable brand.

My experience here was great. I was in and out of there so quick. They were very friendly and the prices are beyond reasonable. If you need an appliance, be sure to check these folks out. And they deliver. I live 40 minutes away but they still were able to accommodate me. Very very satisfied with the service

ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY.I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND MADE MY PURCHASE,I GOT A GOOD DEAL,ANA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE,WE SET UP A DELIVERY AND REMOVABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY.THEY GAVE ME THE TIME FOR DELIVERY, WHEN THEY SAW THEY WERENT GOING TO BE ON TIME I WAS NOTIFIED THEY WERE GOING TO BE ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATE . I cam in and was greeted by very intelligent customer service. I was given info on how to properly use current day washer and dryer machines. I got a washer machine at a great price. When the item was delivered I was given a tutorial and best practices for the washer I bought. To top it off when he saw m dryer he taught me how to properly use it also. I didnt even buy that one from them!! This business is great. I am sending my brother to them today.

This is a bad place to get a washer and a dryer stay away from here my dryer went out im paying payments on it and they tell me i have to pay to get it fix who do this i had problems out of my washer and dryer since i bought it from here never again i will NOT NEVER RECOMMEND any body come here

I purchase a gas stove and a refrigerator from this place. I had just laid brand new wood flooring down in my kitchen. The delivery people were late coming to deliver the appliances and when they delivered the appliances they scratched up my new wood floor. They also brought the wrong refrigerator. And they brought a gas stove and said that they dont hook up gas so they just left the stove. They had to come back out later that day to bring the correct refrigerator. And I had to get someone else to come out and hook up the gas stove. Once the gas stove was being hooked up we realized they did not bring us a gas line for the stove which should have automatically came with the gas stove by default. The oven did not have any racks in it. Upon getting the gas running to the stove we realize that two of the eyes on the stove worked and the other two did not work. I called the company and they said that they had to do a service call. This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing appliances and I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I purchase the gas line on my own which was about $33 and then I asked him to give me the fund back because I had to get the gas lines while the person was here to install them. They said that they would not give me the funds back because they didnt install the stove so they didnt think to seeing the gas lines. Which makes absolutely no sense to me.
