Ill temper this by saying that all ended well, no fuss, and I got refunded immediately for a part which was incorrect. However the sales guy I had initially dealt with did not acknowledge his poor guidance, not a word of apology.Standing right next to another associate who pointed out the correct part on the monitor, who said there were actually two possibilities given by the system which were coded for the car. (Wish Id worked with him)What bites is that I had serious doubts on the *first* trip looking in the box, but associate #1 said it was all that came up and sent me on my way. This was flat wrong information. Today he had no humor, and wasnt going to engage with me. Napa parts are often fine or great. Salespeople usually try their best and things can go wrong, but I did not like the cold, blasé treatment. Check the contents to see it exactly matches the car. Check right there in the lot if you have doubts. I should have done this.

Much higher quality merchandise than your other big box stores. Sales rep was very professional and friendly. This is my new source for auto parts.

What no half star? Went to them for an old part. They couldnt figure out the exact wheel bearing that I needed. Guessed at the part and ordered it to test that it was correct. Went to OReillys and they used the part number stamped on the part and got the right one. Had to go to Napa 3 times for nothing.
