On pointOrdered a set of Dirsngo 07 windshield wippers only took 2 days . I t took me 7 days to get back up there. Wippers still there. Even clarified how to reattach

They usually have parts needed, store is clean but Ive been 3 times in the last six months and wont go again because the environment is so unwelcoming every time.

Store does not do Check Engine diagnostics. Using Covid-19 as an Excuse. They are not allowed to do Check Engine test on vehicles. Company policy.

Staff was extremely helpful and assisted me by installing not just the rather tricky single wiper blade I purchased from them that day, but also one I already had for the other side of my windshield. Thats certainly more help or even courtesy than I received from the competitor I made the original wiper blade purchase. Thank you Gentlemen.

I had a fantastic experience.10/08/19 Edit: Went back again today to get my other cars battery tested and replaced. 5-star service again! Albert did a great job.

Great location. The staff is helpful and attentive. They usually have all of the parts in stock. The parking lot is nice and big, rarely ever full, and the store inside is very clean. Nothing bad to say about my recent experience here. Its one of the best stores you can visit in the area, and there are plenty around. Their service tops the Autozones in the area.

I never leave bad reviews, but this time I can not remain silent. Im moving in my car across all states and have been in many advance auto stores and not in one have not seen such service as here. This is my worst experience with advance auto. Albert has created an appreciation of a non-professional employee, thanks to which the business loses customers. I was in the store half an hour before closing to exchange the item, he just did not want to... Having said that the warranty does not cover and just began to ignore me. I thought that he did not know his work at all, but as soon as I got out they started closing the store, even though they had to work for another 10 minutes, then I thought they just wanted to get rid of me faster to close. I went to another store, and there I was served very well, courteously and professionally, changed the part without problems. Draw your own conclusions, but I would not want to see a person like Albert working in my business ...

If you have questions why your engine light is on, they have a machine that will test it, for free and find out. There is a older short man that works there and he is real nice.

This is your standard Advance Auto. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is not usually crowded and as long as you are not looking for motorcycle parts, they have most common parts or accessories in stock. I would visit the Snellville Advance Auto again.

I bought an Optima battery from another location and it died, under warrantee. Went to this location and they didnt think it was still under warrantee, UNTIL the next shift came in and handled my issue properly. I understand, the previous shift prolly just wanted to go home, but so did I.

Do not go to this location, they are rude. Store closes at 8:Pm my Husband was there at 7:30Pm they said there were close. Really!!! 😡

I received very good service and knowledgeable sales personnel. Additionally, I saved almost 50%. They are not willing to act without specific requests but will inquire as soon as you walk in.

Employees were friendly, but didn’t pay attention to details - I asked if the wiper blades I grabbed would work on my car; they were the right length, so they said yes; unfortunately they were for the wrong hook. The employee was hesitant to come around the counter to help me, and I was very frustrated. Eventually, she took a look at my car and directed me to some of the most expensive blades there. It was raining, so I purchased them, but I was quite frustrated by the service.

The manager was extremely rude, waited till get got the car half way apart then told us we had to move the car, mind you we have sold idk how many auto parts for advance auto got a gold commercial account with them and been dealing with them for the last 5 years ever since we started our business and until today we have not once been told we couldnt change a simple part out in their parking lot then we go in to buy the part and dude doesnt even give us our commercial discount worst customer service ever
