This guy charged me for parta that he said where new and come to find out he didnt even order new parts he just used old parts. He lied about everything. My insurance company paid him 10k for parts and labor and he never ordered one part. This was in December and I am taking him to court for my money back.

Unique Auto came highly recommenced and they exceeded all of my expectations. My Ford SUV stopped on the road just before Christmas and I had it towed to a Ford dealership that was close by to where I stopped in Warner Robins Ga.The dealer told me they check the engine ($143 charge) and was unable to turn in by hand and told me it was locked up. They quoted me $8k plus for a new engine and $4k plus for a used one.Had it towed to Unique and they were able to turn the engine by hand showing it was not truly locked up. Ran a flush to unclog the oil pump and my SUV is back to running like before.HUGE savings and they will be getting all my future business. Love everything about them and what they do, real good people.Thanks Andrew your the best!

I was referred here through a family friend a few years back after another shop had completely over charged me and didnt even fix the problem. Andrew was able to not only fix the problem but he did it at a very reasonable price. He did more work for half of what a few other places were quoting me at. Andrew has great customer service and I go to him for everything now and refer everyone I know to him. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.

I have been taking my vehicles to Unique Auto for service and repairs for many years. Unique Auto has personally given me the service that I have never gotten any where else, such as allowing me to take my vehicle when I didnt have the whole payment at the time of service. Who does that? I recommend them for any automotive need! Love my local full service station! Would never go any where else

Friends and family referred me to Unique Auto Lab. I’ve never had one day of regret about my decision to take my car there initially—and to return several times since for excellent service I’ve not found elsewhere. Andrew is knowledgeable, as well as professional. More than that, he’s reliable. He and his staff stand behind their work. I’ve faced periodic issues with my 10-year old vehicle, but not once has Andrew given less than the utmost attention to service—yes, even to an older model car. Ill leave home without some contact numbers, but I always have Unique Autos number nearby! Unique Auto was recommended to me and because of its outstanding service, I continue to recommend Andrew and Unique Auto.

I was having problems with my truck and I was shopping around to find a reasonable mechanic and could not find one, I was frustrated. My neighbor told me about her mechanic that she have be using for awhile, she referred me to Andrew, I took my truck to him not only was he reasonable he was very professional, he explain to me what was going on with my truck and he was able to fix it the same day, my truck is running like new, I am happy with the work he did. If I have anymore problems with my truck I dont have to stress about finding a mechanic thanks to Andrew. I would not trust my truck with no one else but him.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY DID. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. IM DEALING WITH GETTING MY TRUCK FIXED AND ITS IN WORST CONDITION AFTER HE WORKED ON IT. THERE WERE PARTS FROM A DIFFERENT TRUCK PUT ON MINES. HE TRIED TO FINAGLE THE SYSTEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND CUT WIRES BUT NONE OF THAT WORKED. NOT SURE ABOUT THESE SHADY REVIEWS

2 years ago I move from Boston, I went to the an action here and bought a truck not knowing what I was getting into, the truck had a lot of problems, my sister referred me to her mechanic Andrew. Andrew diagnose the truck and told me everything that was wrong with it. Andrew work with me until everything was fix. My truck is running as it is brand new. God bless Andrew and his guys. My husband and I take our cars to them for everything and do not trust no one else to work on our cars. And we recommend him to everyone of our friends and family that are having problems with their cars.

Andrew is the best mechanic Ive ever had the pleasure working with. Ive been to alot of major mechanic companies like Good Year, Meineke, Etc... And theyve never worked as well with me as Andrew and his crew have. They will work with you and your schedule and finances also. I recommend all my family and friends to him and trust them with any type of car that my family and I have. We have a wide variety of cars from hondas to lexuss to jeeps and he has been able to fix all and any of them for an amazing price.

Mr. Andrew and his crew are hands down the BEST mechanics not only in the Snellville area but I can vouch for Norcross, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, and Loganville! I have used Mr. Andrews since 2008. The only reason I stopped was because I moved from the area and I will say it was the worst decision I made with my car! I ended up paying over a $1,000 somewhere else and ended up having to take my car back to Mr. Andrew in order to fix the other mechanics mess ups! I have always trusted Mr. Andrew and his crew and in all the years I have went to Unique Auto Lab I have NEVER been disappointed and have never had to go back and have something redone. I highly recommend them and will never take my car any where else!

2/16/15- I find it very ironic that Andrew/Unique Auto now has positive reviews on both yellow pages and Google+ all within the span of one week, by majority female; when hes went several years without any reviews at all. Andrew so conveniently choose to respond particularly to my review only, and not the other negative reviews that he received in 2013 & 2014. Great job on creating fake reviews. Once again, bad business practices. I DID NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND; only a partial (after I stated that I would take you to court). Youve even admitted to one of your business associates that you didnt do what you charged me for. You just making yourself look even more suspect. I am still within the statue of limitations to pursue this case, since you didnt cover all of my expenses that was your fault (rental car, day of work I missed, emotional stress, etc.). You really need to chill out Andrew.Andrew misdiagnosed & performed improper repairs on my Nissan on 1/21/15. He blamed the issue on another product that was installed on my car by Best Buy. Andrew couldnt provide Best Buy with the scan and codes that he supposedly ran on my car that revealed that Best Buys installation of an automatic starter was the issue. He claimed that he had the scan diagnosis report but deleted it. He couldnt provide me evidence on exactly what he did to my car either. He wouldnt return my calls or texts. I was stranded at work 2 times and missed a day of work due to his work on my car. Also, he placed a junk yard part on my car and took an original part off, that ultimately wasnt needed or even the problem. Over a 2 week period that he performed work on my car, I had to get a rental car. I got tired of his antics and decided to take my car to the Nissan dealership on 2/6/15. Nissan did a diagnostic and had my car in and out in less than 30 minutes; repaired an all. The work that Andrew did on my car was not even related to what the issue was with my car. Andrew misdiagnosed the issue with my car and performed improper repairs. Andrew charged me $590.90 and refused to give me a refund. Nissan repaired my car and it cost me nothing because the issue with my car was covered under warranty. Andrew has numerous complaints against his business on the web/internet. I doubt if he will even respond the complaint that I filed with the BBB, as another customer filed a BBB complaint and Andrew never responded.Update: On 2/7/15 I called my local Nissan dealership and inquired about the part that Andrew supposedly took off of my car and replaced with a new part. I provided Nissan with the code from the part. Long story short, the part that supposedly came off my car belong to an Infiniti; not my 2009 Nissan Altima. Nissan also stated that the part was an aviation skid steering part for an Infiniti; not the Body Control Module for a Atlima (which I was charged for). Andrew charged me for work that he didnt even perform on my car. I went to Unique Auto Lab and spoke with Andrew. After I provided my evidence, debated with him for about 30 minutes, provided him with my two cents on ethics, and threatened to take him to small claims court; I was finally given a refund. Be cautious if you are a woman and please do your research.

You should stay away from this place they will rob you blind, I bought a transmission from them, supposedly rebuilt, came to find out it doesnt even work! now they wont admit anything, stay FAR away from this shop.
