My water pump went out in my VW and they were the ones who told me that my car was still under warranty. The VW dealership would not even answer the phone or return my calls. Yet someone kept trying to sell extra warranty insurance. In order to find out if it was still under warranty; I had to go to Buford just to find out that the car was in fact under warranty, Eurofed were kind to me as well and took me home as it was pouring down raining. I am elderly, it was very nice to not be taken advantage of and be treated like a real person.

I was very concern about the cost of repairing a CL600. I was right it was very expensive and unfortunately other issues were found and the cost was outrageous. Nevertheless, the service was good and the staff was beyond professional. I hope I never need repairs in the near future but if I do I would definitely go back.

Truly amazing experience. I called at 8 AM today for a headlight problem, and the man on the phone said to come at 11 AM. I arrived there at 11 AM, and the front desk person took my information and keys. I asked how long it would take, and he replied that it should only take 30 minutes. I then sat and waited at the front.After an hour and a half, I went to the front to ask how much longer it would take. The man replied that they didnt even take a look at my vehicle yet but that they will soon. I was so surprised. At least tell the customer that there has been a delay. I was the only customer waiting at the front, and they couldnt even let me know. I said I had to go. He then gave me my keys and did not say a word. No reason for the delay and no apologies for the wait. He couldnt even look at me and stared at his monitor the whole time as he gave me my keys. I am so surprised by their apathy. If their customer care is nonexistent, I can not imagine how low the quality would be in their auto work.Are these past reviews fake? It baffles me. I cant believe how many 5 star reviews this business has. Save yourself some time and stress by going to another shop or even the dealership.UPDATE:Peter, who I believe is the manager of both locations in Snellville, called me about the problem I had and the service I received. He asked to come to the Stone Mountain location to solve the problem, and I came the next day. The headlight was fixed fast and the workers were kind! I am glad that I took my car here. My experience was most likely a rare occurrence for them, and I recommend taking your car here for their services!

I went to Eurofed about a month ago for what was initially a quote for an alternator replacement & then decided to use their services. They were able to offer me the best price & quickest return time of my vehicle. They have access to more parts then any of the other 4 places I went to for quotes which helped. They also had my car ready just when they said they would.But overall, my experience with them was great. They were friendly & listened to my concerns & my car is running great!

I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism when I bring my Audi in for an oil change. The waiting area is clean and there is room to socially distance from others. I had an appointment and Eurofed took care of my car on time and with efficiency. I am a huge fan of this location. I found them through a mechanics recommendation. That is telling in itself, when another autoshop (competitor) recommends Eurofed.

I had my brakes looked at last week at the Snellville location and returned today to have it worked on/replace while I wait. Pete was/is my point of contact and was phenomenal in handling my case (ordered the part, called me back timely to make sure I return). I have always had a great experience at this location. Dustin and everyone that works there are car people like myself who have a passion for everything car like I do. They do it all from recommended factory maintenance, extensive repairs, to high end aftermarket performance. They give the same level of attention to a VW as they would with a high performance Porsche. If Dustin makes a recommendation for maintenance or repair, I know its needed. In fact Dustin went out of his way to help me find a new car. He went well out of his way to give me pros/cons of multiple BMWs models I was looking at. He also knows my driving style, how I like my cars mods so when he recommended a certain BMW model I went and got it! He even recommended Travis at Global Imports BMW and Travis took care of me as well. I bought my M240i Friday and had this location install the M Performance axle back exhaust yesterday. Their so good I go out of my way to drive to them from my home in Decatur or from my office in Peachtree Corners.

I have been going to EUROFED for 2 years now . What makes the shop so great is the fact that they hire talent, most of their technicians have been there long time as well as their manager Wes. He is very professional and gets it done, they are very honest and knowledgeable. The Snellville location has people working there who are very unprofessional and show zero regard for your time. They also overcharge for minor issues and provided me with incorrect information when I went in for diagnostic testing. If it weren’t for following up with another mechanic after my visit with them, I would have never known what was actually wrong with my BMW. They quoted me over $1000 for a minor sensor fix (so minor, I bought the part and replaced the sensor myself for less than $100) and told me my transmission fluids were low when they in fact were not. I don’t know what kind of business they are running but dishonesty and overcharging people is bad business to me. I Will never go back here to get my car serviced.

Took my Mercedes CL55 in for an oil leak, once they pulled it into service they were glad to show me all the areas of leakage. They gave me a great deal and got the repairs done in a very good time frame. The engine bay was spotless upon getting it back. Great work!

It is my first time at this car shop and I am not happy with the service. I arrived at 8am and no one was here to open the shop. I was the first one in the shop and no one started servicing my car until 1 hour later.I came in on Saturday and I waited from 10:30am-3pm for the service to be completed but the part did not arrive as it was supposed to which is fine. I was told I could come back on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday but they did not seem prepared to have the service completed.They did successfully complete the service in 30 minutes once they started so I do appreciate that.

I went to the Dealership for a leaking water pump and they were charging me something very high. I asked the guys at EF Auto if they could do it at a reasonable price. I had the price cut in half and the job was done very timely. I recommend going to EF Auto if you want your car handled by people who know cars inside and out. I will be going here for any of my car needs from now on.
