I have always had the best experiences at this location. Everyone has always been very friendly and informative. They genuinely car about their customers. They were very supportive during the passing of my husband. They took the time to explain what services he used and they have been taking care of me since.

I’m Deaf and not the best lip reader but they effortlessly communicated with me by means of gestures, texting and writing. They maintained an awesome vibe the entire visit, always smiling etc. excellent service on oil change, brake check, all that stuff. I left 100% satisfied.

Went for oil change and emissions. Gerard and Rico were courteous and friendly. Gerard was sweet enough to drive my car into the garage because I really HATE driving into those oil bays. My emission didnt pass do to a gas cap issue, so I ran down to the auto parts place, got the cap, brought it back. The retest was free, and I passed. Its always great to come to a business that has friendly people working there. It was my first visit. It wont be my last.

I was very happy with my experience at the Centreville Havoline. We frequently use them because they are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and fair. Rod worked on my car and explained the work he was doing which made me comfortable since I am a female and there are myths that car mechanics try to get over us due to the possibility that we lack knowledge of car maintenance. I felt empowered with what I learned.

There was not a breakdown of tardive given to me before I asked and the representative that did give that to me after I asked was extremely rude. I slipped and fell in the oil change Bay Area and no incident report was taken nor was I offered any information regarding the insurance carrier. The prior manager who was a female with much better. I will not be going back! Ever!

I was acknowledged as soon as I drove up, the man asked what I needed and I stated an oil change-had never been to this establishment. Was told to drive around to the bay and into it. They started the service not asking me or explaining anything until right before the lady come out to ask for payment, she tried to sale me an air filter. Upon refusal, she came back out stating my total was $67. I’ve been told of different types and price points of oil changes, but did not intend nor expect to be charged this amount especially without prior consent or conversation. I won’t be back!

Came to Walmart and surprise I don’t have a head gasket leak like I told her and was able to get my oil changed. It’s cold outside I get it but it’s your job!!
