Quick and easy! Oil change under 50$ and took maybe 10 minutes. I had a headlight bulb out and not only did they have a new one for me they had it swapped out before I even realized the oil change was done very efficient and knowledge mechanics I will be coming here form now on! Definitely 10/10 would recommend!

Fast, efficient, polite and friendly. Not cheap, but the service is worth a few extra dollars. Just what I needed on a Saturday morning before heading out camping for the weekend. Thanks guys.

Jeff and the crew, especially Big Joe (AKA) and his other Co mechanic expert have saved the day for My Dodge Challenger RT 2015. Worked on it with speed and proficiency. I had my brakes changed at this location in October 2020 and I was charged $877 for pads and rotors on my vehicle. Today June 2021 I am getting my brakes changed not even a year later at another mechanic who informed me my rotors had never been changed and the original bolts on the car when it was assembled were still in tact. This means that I paid for a service I did not receive and being a woman I’m not surprised I was taken advantage of. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS and do yourself a favor and send your father, brother, or male friend. After reading other comments I’ve come to realize this location has a reputation for taking advantage of women.

Great honest Service! I followed a previous posters advice and came here to have a car checked out. I sincerely appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of the team that works here. They were a little busy, but thats to be expected for a Saturday afternoon.

Great job replacing all 4 tires and doing an alignment. Reasonably priced and gotnit taken care of right away.

I went in for an oil change and only had a lunch break time to get it done. Their team was quick, fast, cost effective, and had super knowledgeable service! What more could you ask for? Will be coming back next time.

I called to get information about a tune up and I spoke to Jeff. He was being very rude saying why do you need a tune up and how do you know. I know because I have went to multiple mechanics as well as got a diagnostic. If you don’t want the money that’s fine. I rather you have hung up in my face than try to tell me information I already know. I’m not saying he’s a bad person, maybe because it’s a Friday I’m not sure, but I’m not going back.

Jeff has always been professional, honest and helpful when it comes to my vehicles. I trust his team to keep my vehicles in great working order..

In and out..took literally 10 minutes like the sign said. They checked the fluids to make sure I was good, and then also checked all the lights to make sure they were all working.

I have been to the location in Lawrenceville and never had this issue. I’m not sure it’s because I’m a woman but Jeff thought he could take advantage of me. I explained to him I just wanted my brakes done only he told me that if I did that I would lose my warranty if I didn’t change my rotors. I just took my car to Nissan my rotors didn’t have to be replaced. This man was rude for no reason . I will no longer get services done with you guys ever‼️

I needed the back light of the car change and Xavier, Gene and Scott were awesome. Xavier was very pleasant talking to. He started off my day correctly thank God 🙂

Needed a tire fixed. Was able to get it done without much delay. They patched the hole from the inside as opposed to just plugging it. This way it lasts better.

They billed an extra $30 for Valvoline Full Synthetic however the oil they used was some cheap knock off brand called Duramax;

Quick and easy, but not such a great price. $44 for a basic oil change. My wifes car is a 1.5 liter.

I’ve been using Express for awhile but only recently switched to the Snellville location. These guys are super friendly, but always professional. Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! They waste no time, in and out time is usually 15 minutes or less unless they’ve gotten rushed by customers. They consistently stick to their safety protocol and they recommend additional services ONLY when it’s truly needed. Great guys over there that I hope have a very Merry Christmas!

Outside of my father, these are the only people I trust with my vehicles. I’ve been bringing my cars to them for 5 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and they will take care of you! After our most recent visit my boys and I are riding safe with new brakes and tires.

I have frequented this particular location for a few years and multiple vehicles. I have never had a problem although its expensive. I went for a emission and failed. I was advised to let them do a diagnostic test. I did that and paid 618.00 for repairs. They told me to drive and return within 30 days. The check engine light never went off, fast forward 10 days later when I returned, I was told that my problem is the catalytic converter. Whenever I get something other than a oil change, its always upwards of $600.00 with uncertainty.

My favorite place for oil changes because they are always friendly, offer recommendations without being pushy, and gets me in and out timely! Thanks for always providing great service!

I had a positive experience at this location, my only issue is all the employees need to wear mouth coverings during this covid19 virus. This place is located in a (low crime) nice part of town, the staff were very diverse which is always good to see. Ill be visiting again in the future.

Very little wait time to get my car in and it was returned to me without oil on the door handle or steering wheel. They did lose one star because I was left in the waiting room for almost an hour, no one provided an update as promised, and no services were performed (came for brakes). When I went looking for my car, a service tech, or someone for assistance, I found 4 workers sitting talking but none knew about my car.

They worked like a pit crew. In and out in 10. Didnt try to oversell anything. Ill be back

One of the guys here was hilarious and was cracking jokes the entire time. Very friendly group for sure. I will definitely be coming back to get more stuff done for my truck with them.

This was my first time here. I went to two other shops asking to get an oil change and they said they couldn’t fit me in until next week! Express oil change & tire had me covered from the moment I walked in. They are some of the most friendly and outgoing workers out there. I appreciate their help and will definitely be back next time.

I have been with them for 8yrs now 4 cars and recently or today they had Very awesome ladies but a very arrogant manger NOT Jeff... it was I think Zack who was supervising when I came there....he was getting in the car without a mask to change filter... when EVERYONE else was masked... that was not good.They are more pricey than the other express places it now sounds like a sales thing selling you everything... before it has been calm wheretheu advise you and give you options thats why I always used them but snellville when Jeff aint outside the guys take advantage... go to Mall of GA they are cheaper or come to woodstock(best manager and customer service) and not $112 for service...
