Do you enjoy saving money? Professionalism? Honesty? Then this place is not for you. I’ve had a few issues with my car over the last few weeks, almost all of which I took care of on my own. Til at some point the positive battery cable ended up getting frayed and as a result, burnt and partly melted. I finally decided to have a professional work on it, as I was tired. They cable just needed to be extended to reach the main fuse. That’s all. I had it towed to their shop, and the next day they called and quoted me over $400 just to do it. I was flabbergasted to say the least. But I had called nearly every other shop in the area and they either didn’t do electrical work or were booked up so I was between a rock and a hard place.I went in and asked for a price breakdown and the nice guy at the desk wasn’t sure how to do that. Eventually another fella came in and told me it was just for the labor and I was told they were just going to extend the cable to reach the main fuse. I looked at this guy and expressed my confusion at the price. He said “Well…how much were you expecting to pay?” And I eventually got it down to $328 which is still nearly double what most others charge for for this job. But I was out of options.I looked at the job after I paid (mistake on my part) and saw they basically just stretched the cable and crimped an attachment on. I can no longer fully close battery box. I paid $328 for this.Ive posted this in an online form and many, MANY people are puzzled and shocked by the price. If you can go anywhere else, go there. Avoid here at all costs.
This has personally been one of the top experiences in the auto industry i’ve had in a very long time. I used to take my Ford Focus to the ford dealer by me but after them misdiagnosing my car I decided to bring it here. Within 48 hours i dropped my car off and got my car back. They communicated with me every single step of the way. They explained everything that needed to be replaced and even explained the full process. I will definitely be back. Thank You Service Street!
If it were possible to give negative stars I would. My wife and daughter took the car in because the engine was making a knocking sound, so she went in for an oil change. They priced $250 just for the diagnostic to check the car. Thats pretty high just check the car, not including the oil change. This was all around 11:30-12:00 on 4/29/2021 (Snellville). My wife and daughter past the time by walking around the near by shops waiting to be notified the car was ready. It was 6:50 and Brian was closing the garage doors. I met the m there after I got off from work and went inside to ask about the car and he had planned to call her in the morning about the car. How unprofessional is that, you have customers literally waiting all day for the car, if you were going to keep the car let them know in advance. Brian suggested that we replace the engine, priced out at $8000. We declined to weigh or options and check for better prices.Saturday morning after dropping our daughter off at work, we notice the car is sounding worse than before. Instead of a knock the car sound like its grinding. The engine seized up, causing us to pull over and park. I checked the oil and smoke was coming from the engine, and the rod looked as if there wasnt oil in the engine, and it was dark and dirty. When the tow truck arrived to pickup the car, when he put it on his flat bed and started to tilt the car, oil poured out the back of the car! When he arrived to the house, his flatbed was full of oil. I called the shop and told them that after the oil change, the technician did not tighten the oil plug completely causing this to happen. There is know way that I get an oil change two days before, and yes a new engine was suggested but to have a river of oil pour from our car isnt normal.I called the service center to tell them what happened. At first, the man I spoke with said bring the car in so we check if that was the cause and look into a better price for the engine and service and he would call his district manager and they would contact me on Monday 5/3. As the tow truck driver was pulling up the address for the shop, the man I spoke with called me back but angry this time and said dont bring the car to the shop. He said he hasnt heard from the manager and he didnt want to take any blame for what happened and that maybe my wife loosened up the oil plug! 🤔 Really!?He would not have anything to do with the shops working reputation being bad mouthed. Now we are at home with a car with a locked up engine and no resolve.Stay away from this place at all costs!!!Look at my driveway, no oil at all!
If you call being overcharged $150.00 a good deal for a misdiagnosis this is your place. Women need to be aware, they will lie to you and not fix the problem. Had good Mechanics before, their not it. Your better of going to Holdens garage or My favorite mechanic. Both are decent honest Mechanics that wont lie to you. If I could give Service street zero stars I would
We had to take my wifes car to a shop to replace the battery, as the contacts had become severely corroded. Service Street got our car in the late afternoon and were able to replace the cables and battery the same day. They were very friendly, helpful, and the work was done for a very reasonable price.
They checked my Jeep out free of charge and let me know I needed to go to the dealership for them to look it over. I’m so thankful they did. I had a bad instrument cluster and several other things. The dealership will have my Jeep for 7 days to repair it and $4000 later but it could have been more fees if I had waited any longer. Thank you Service Street for your amazing customer Service and professionalism!
I really like and appreciate the staff at Service Street Auto in Snellville. They take the time to listen to your needs and explain what can be done. They offer excellent service. I highly recommend them.
Good service. Oil changed and car ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Jamere at the front desk - very professional and courteous.
Whoever I talked to gave me a different information and confused me. When I brought up the issue to the store GM, he blamed on the new guy who were still in training. Im not a big fan of the management style and business style. It seems to me that this store only cares about their penny rather than the better customer service. I will not recommend this location if you are not familiar with your car maintenance and mechanics in general.
I used this company to get a long over due oil change. Since I had a coupon was thrilled to get my work completed for the amount on the coupon. Unfortunately when they found out why it took so long before having my oil changed...I had lost my spouse on Christmas morning, they started to see a lonely widow that they could scare into more money. They tried to get me to complete the upgraded oil change and then told me I needed a brake job to the tune of over $1000.00. I of course told them I had to think about this.I took to a friend who actually works for a company that supplies these types of business with their brakes and supplies. He pulled off front and back tires and said that they are full of it. I do not need brakes until at least the first of the year. His concern was my tires. I guess they dont sell tires or they would have tried to scare me on that as well.Absolutely SHAMELESS!
I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to this shop to fix my car that was not cranking/starting up. After running a diagnostic check they said they couldn’t find any problem with the car. After coming up with whatever they came up with they said I will need a new starter the part was around $200-$300, and after all the extra labor and stuff they added onto the bill it came out to over $1000 (which included over $400 in labor). So they went and put the starter on. And the car still wasn’t cranking so then they recommended that I get a new engine which was around $7,000 and me being a teenager I am not able to happily afford that. So I let them know that it’s fine and I did not want they’re service anymore. I went up to the shop the next day and had to have my car towed back to my house in a worse condition that it left in. I do not recommend this shop to anybody your better off going to the dealership. This will be my first & last time coming here if I could give them zero stars I would.
They wanted about $300 for a tune up, which included only spark plugs. I declined the service (I mean, no filters or anything!), but they were quick and professional. Id go back for something I couldnt do myself.
Didnt like the tone and how the tech said im going to just drive the breaks down to metal to metal because I did say yes to them changing them. I didnt like in anyway how they use a scare tactic with the breaks of a car to get more business . one of the other techs said the same thing to a customer before me as well. I have seen this when a service shops manipulate with fear if breaks to get more business. I know how it works you get an oil change and they then push this on you.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation, which was a packaged deal (5 services) that I had already purchased. This was my 3rd service. While watching I my car had not been lifted so, I asked why no tire rotation? I was told by the tech that the rotation had to be “requested”. Mind you this is my 3rd deal of the package. Never had to request rotation on any visits before considering I had prepaid for this deal. So, if I had not noticed they never lifted the car I wouldn’t have gotten the tire rotation that I had already purchased. Be sure you’re getting what you paid for.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE - BEWARE – DO NOT GO HERE – SCAM – STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE SERVICE - MISDIAGNOSIS IF NONE AT ALL – SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES - STAY AWAYOur mechanic of 17 years had retired, and we were looking for another mechanic and thought wed find that in Service Street auto repair (They advertise “Where Service Lives”). They list their core values and responsibilities as:- A Full-Service Automotive Repair Center that is committed to give honest & dependable service- Core values of Integrity, Respect, Initiative, Customer Service & Attention to Detail- An automotive repair center that you can trust. A philosophy that they will never perform work a customer never needs.- A service that performs vehicle walk throughs to enable their technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.- Where they know car products well enough to answer operational questions regarding customers vehicle- Provide great customer service, spending quality time building relationships with the customersMgr. JACK SMITH & Staff fell short on everything this company is supposed to represent. We were allured into thinking his integrity and setting a high set of standards in terms of what Service Street should represent for their customer turned out to be all Lies, Deceits and a Disaster. Our “Check Engine” came on in my wife’s Pathfinder. We took our vehicle to Service Street and Mgr. Jack said were the place and will inspect your vehicle and take care of you.We trusted that Service Street Auto would repair our Engine light yet it re-appeared multiple times after he said it was repaired. We brought it back to the shop twice. We ended up spending $400 and our “Check Engine” light is still on and our vehicle has still not been repaired. We were taken advantage of on many levels: no initial inspection, diagnosis, failed mechanic work, defective parts, not honoring 1 year /12000-mile warranty for the work they failed to complete.- Mgr. Jack Smith knew what he was doing all along as he lied on company values and took advantage with a Bait & Switch tactic after we asked and WAS ALSO ADVISED BY JACK HIMSELF THAT THEY ALWAYS PERFORM FULL INSPECTION DIAGNOSTICS TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE PARTS ARE ORDERED AND INSTALLED CORRECTLY AS THE INTEGRITY OF THEIR SERVICE AND COMPANY POLICY. Only to LIE failing to perform any of these initial standard service protocols, and retract to lying when their PARTS AND MECHANIC installation failed with “Check Engine” light reappearing. Mgr Jack then wanted to charge us an additional $189 diagnostic fee after the fact??? When he ensured it’s a practice of service they always provide for FREE??? Interesting and mind boggling how he already charges us $400 for work they deemed as complete, yet wanted to charge an extra $189 to recheck and run inspections they promised to begin with? Very ignorant and senseless on Jack Smiths part according to Street Service Auto Repair core values.- To mention we also have WARRANTY: PARTS & SERVICE GOOD FOR 1 YEAR OR 12000 MILE WARRANTY Yet he would not reassess their work for defective parts and their own faulty work.-WHO CHARGES YOU $189 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AFTER MECHANICS FAILED TO PROPERLY REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT BEFORE – SERVICE STREET AUTO repair!-We spent $400 while Mr. Smith said he’s not responsible, even not responsible to reassess their work under “Warranty” policy and he refused to give a refund or repair. Horrible Business Practices as we were scammed of our hard earned money. They are only out to get your money and drain you dry and use a switch & bait tactic to protect themselves when they are in the wrong. Going here to get your car serviced will be the worst mistake you ever make.
I took my car to Service Street and the gentleman at the front desk was really kind. My ac was blowing warm air and they were able to repair it. The air is now cold. Thank you
I went to this location to have my Jeep diagnosed as far as the AC goes. Both Jack and Hugo were soooooo kind, very fast, And informative. They were unable to locate parts for my Jeep but did tell me what all I needed to get to fix the problem. I was not charged a fee, and I will definitely be back when I get the blower motor. 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
Over priced labor. Over priced parts. Took back car a 3rd time for same issues.
Just got off the phone with them. I asked if they could quote me on brakes and the gentleman said Id have to bring it in for them to quote me. I explained that we live almost 40min away and have two little girls so that would be difficult to do and Id hate to show up and they charge me something outrageous (per the other reviews). He said he couldnt quote me over the phone for break pads even if I gave him the year make and model of my car.. very strange. Will not be using them ever.
Great customer service. Very quick with repairs
Very good customer service! Helped to make the repair job more affordable. My car was ready in a short period of time. I would recommend them and use them again.
They fixed everything I need in a matter of a couple hours. Gave me a payment options so I wouldn’t have to pay upfront, which was very helpful. Even had a shuttle service that with me where I needed to until my car was finished.Thank you guys for a great experience!
This place will over charge you. I questioned the price and it dropped by 100.00. They aren’t fast so be prepared to wait an hour for just about any service.
I waited 45 minutes to be told they didn’t have the filter - very unhappy when you can have data at your finger tips
Hugo and Jack kept me updated on the repairs needed, cost and estimated time my car would be ready for pick-up. Excellent service!
Everything that seems and look good isnt apparently good. Youre bound to have debt if they dont overcharge you. I have used this service and making the community aware.
Terrible service. Terrible salesmanship. They made it obvious that they wanted to to get as much money as they could. They would only do the repairs they wanted which were triple the price of the repairs that I actually needed and asked for
They were able to get parts and repairs done in hours so I can be on my way to pick up my kids.
Hugo is great. Go here for your repairs in Snellville. It’s like a family over there.
A technician misquoted me a service on the phone and Brian at the desk was able to work with me on the price. Got the service done quickly!
Nice people working at the Snellville location! Honest! Clean reception area & free COFFEE!!!!
Excellent Friendly customer service. I have used this service facility a few times now and they have always been on time, friendly, professional, courteous and respectful. Really appreciate having a place like this close to Home.
Great new guys there that know what there doing
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my many questions and was upfront with the cost(very reasonable). Will definitely use them again..TY
Bryan was absolutely amazing. Very professional and understanding. It is safe to say that my husband and I have definitely found our forever mechanics for our go to needs.
I had my vehicle towed here after it wouldn’t start. Service street did all they could to try and fix my car. They were even helpful enough to assist me with the tow since I didn’t have or know any tow places! Jack (I believe his name was) was super helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend, jus make sure you got your wallet! Lol
Absolutely amazing experience! On a SATURDAY I was in and out in 20 minutes! They’re amazing and professional and fast!!!
Performed the service requested timely and efficiently. They found an issue that needs my attention but did not pressure me to do it today. I will definitely be back to get the additional work done.
First time here, first impressions was 100% positive. Would highly recommend this place for oil change. Treated me like long time friend. The tech was very good in keeping me updated with where he stood on waiting for a oil filter to be delivered. Once delivered ten minutes later Im out the door. Thank you all for a JOB well done.
Wonderful professional treatment...Top notch
Professional and 90 day same as cash option was really helpful.
Great service. I was in a pinch because my car stopped working at the worst possible time. They took care of me late on a Saturday afternoon. The price was considerably higher than I expected, but with no other options, I went with it.
Best choice for car repairs in Snellville. Professional, Courteous and prompt service. Excellent staff!
I have been using this center for years and I am always pleased with the service as well as the prices. Honest and reasonable!
The Technician and Office Personnel were very helpful, honest and detailed. I would love to thank them for their help and time...
L been with this company for over 6 years now and have 2 other vehicles that l let them service on due to the fact that these people are honest reliable and professional. The managers will find a way to let you save on what you need service done on. And if you ask they will give you a price on the next major service you may need. l will rate this company 10 out of 10.
Tried to way up-charge me, after the work was done. I don’t mind being told what it will cost so I can make a decision, but games really stink. In fairness, I told the guy I wouldn’t be back ever as a new customer, even though I have lots of cars and work they could do for me, so he charged me the correct amount.
The gentlemen at Service Street Auto were all very friendly and professional. Without an appointment they were more than willing to find out what my car(white diamond) problem was without hesitation. As a woman I never felt pressured and they explained and showed me what and where the problem was located. I highly recommend them! Thanks James for checking White Diamond out and I wish you all a safe and prosperous New Year! I will recommend their services highly!
Very professional and very fast. Will be coming back. Thank you.
These guys are awesome and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs
I love this place, they treat each customer with great respect and friendly customer service. I recommend this place for car service.
I went here twice. 1 to remove and replace 2 tires and 2. For an oil change. The first time and first issue, I went I brought 2 tires in needing them to be balanced, replaced and old tires disposed of. I left the car with them and after awhile we were contacted asking which tires did we want replaced and if we wanted the tires rotated. A quick inspection of the tires would have suggested the the tires dont get rotated and the back tires are to be replaced since the front tires are a different size on the sports car. This left me wondering but we decided to continue to use their services.Second time, I took the car in for an oil change and for them to top off the fluids. Shortly after they completed the work, I noticed that the car was leaking oil and smoking from the passenger side engine. So I checked the oil and all of the fluids. All of the fluids were topped off past the max mark, oil was still dirty and now I have to take the car to a mechanic to figure out why its slowly leaking oil and smoking. Im very disappointed. The pandemic has already drained our resources and so has Service Street Auto Repair. I will not be returning.
As a frequent customer it is a pleasure and a privilege to get work done at service street. (In Snellville, Ga)They are very professional. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Their explanations and ASE certifications are very well combined. Their explanations are very explicit and can be understood by just about anyone. They have also been very attentive even through the pandemic. I will continue to go to service street for the smallest as well as the largest mechanical issues I have with my cars.Sincerely,Russell Fleming
There were efficient and saved us a lot of money!
I had the brake pads and rotary changed and fluid flushed.
This place is amazing! I will never go to another repair shop. I have been ripped off so many times. But they were different here. My air conditioner quit working. I took it in at 5 pm and by 6:30 it was fixed and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!
Never any hassle or needless up-selling with these guys.
As an auto technician 30 years experience I have never seen a shop overcharged customers charge customers for work thats not even done and when I saw them pouring the antifreeze down the sink which is a major major health code violation I was in shock never in my life seen a repair shop overcharged the customer the way that they do and they claim to be ASC certified and as I recall Im the only ASE certified technician thats ever worked at that shop
They were prompt and got the problem fixed in no time!!! I do recommend.
Very prompt explain clearly wo talking down or manspeak
They trick you with a free inspection coupon, once youre there they want to charge you $150 for an inspection so called diagnostic test. Its a bait and switch.
Excellent service. Manager Jack is very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business.
Very good prompt service. I love the oil change package/deal they have
This service station is a swindler who takes advantage of people who may be mentally slow. They have taken advantage of my husband several times. Do not use them. They are not honest people and will overcharge you.
I came in for an emission test and was out in less than 10 minutes. I had called the day before and talked with Brian to see if I needed an appointment. He said it wasn’t necessary and they took care of me right away. This is my only experience with Service Street and It couldn’t have gone better. I’ll keep them in mind for future car repairs as they provided excellent customer service on my first visit.
Great experience. I was in and out with two cars in 45 min. Completed oil change and emissions testing. Reasonable prices and packages available. Definitely returning!
Best service ever!! Everyone that I spoke to was super nice and very helpful. Repair was done same day and they really went above and beyond for me. Found my new service station for my car. Fantastic group of people! Thank you!!!!
This was about to be a 1-star review however one of the workers actually saved it from becoming that! Shout out to that man sorry I don’t know his name but he was very nice and welcoming after getting to this place at 755 only to be told that the emission machine has to be calibrated which would take 25 min. I was asked if I could wait that long and I’m like I chose this business because I thought they opened at 7 am.???? Why isn’t the emissions machine up and running??? So I go over to my tag office while they’re calibrating the machine and sadly I’m told well we need the emissions paperwork before we can do anything. Makes sense. I head back to Service Street and wait an additional 10 minutes before they’re ready to perform the emissions test. I finally get out the car and go in the office and talked to the worker in there. Thank you for taking the edge off because I was frustrated and just about done. Good job on emissions and good coffee. Thanks
Everyone is very professional and very nice. I am amazed at how nice they treated me, usually auto shops are never professional. I will make this my regular shop for car maintenance and repairs.
The service is very professional, detailed oriented, informative, knowledgeable, competitive, and exceedingly great outstanding workmanship. Always keep in touch with you if they are any changes to the deadline of return of vehicle.
I had placed a phone call with Brian at the Service Street on Scenic Hwy in Snellville, Ga. Upon speaking to Brian, I asked him if he had time to do a wheel alignment for me, being that they closed in two hours from the time of the call. He told me sure and to simply just bring my vehicle by. Well after arrival, Brian tells me that his technician has left for the day and that he’s sorry. Keep in mind that the shop didn’t close until a whole hour and a half later. This was very inconsiderate of him. Not only did I waste gas driving there, I also risked wrecking the car as it is swerving pretty bad because of the alignment being all out of sync. I really feel like this was bad business and an apology does nothing in this matter. Smh.
It was overheating F2 50 diesel truck and the seller didn’t know I was gonna take it to service Street he got nervous service streets provide me with information that allow me to say $5240.
Went here to get headlight bulbs replaced. Very happy with the service. One of the mechanics took a look at my truck right away and within minutes was able to order the bulbs to be replaced. The job only took about 5 mins once they got the bulbs shipped in. Very friendly and fast, thanks for the excellent service! We will be back : )
It was really fast and easy. And the staff were very professional and nice. I always get my oil changed from here.
The folks at Service Street were very helpful. I went in for an oil change and emissions test. Unfortunately, their emissions testing software was on the fritz, so I was unable to get that service done. The price for a synthetic oil change seemed comparable to the other businesses nearby. However, I could have paid the same at Four Seasons car wash and gotten a free was included, but whatever. The facility was clean and the employees were nice and hospitable. Id go there again if I needed something done on a vehicle.
The first time I went to this shop, they treated me with respect and took good care of my car. I decided to come back for my future issues due to the great customer service and effective mechanics. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again soon, but I will return in the future.
They lied about the price upfront and also lied about the extent of the service needed. I inspected the supposedly bad rotors after I discovered they lied about pricing and the rotors looked brand new. They did not need to be changed. Furthermore, the rotors they took off had 175k miles on them. They’ve been on for 35k miles or so and 3/4 are already shot and need replaced again. I’ve had multiple warranty issues with their work. Do not go to this place.
The customer service at this place is amazing, Steve at the front desk was more than helpful and I was in and out fairly quickly! Definitely will be a returning customer.
Steve and Jack provided excellent service!! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely spread the word about my experience!!!
Excellent Customer Service!!! My experience was the best from my first phone call to job getting completed. I came for a warrenty job and everything was handle and they kept me informed thru every step. They me feel as if I was family.
What an awesome experience. I really am very pleased with how thorough they are. The GM Jack is great. My experience with his excellent customer service began over the phone and continued throughout my service. Will definitely go back if needed. The other mechanics are awesome as well
I have no issue with the service or staff. The reason for only 3 stars is pricing. Labor charges here are outrageous. It cost more than the parts. I wasn’t expecting to pay more than $500 for brake service. I figured it’d be around $350-400 because I needed new rotors as well. This was only for the front brakes.I know I could have gone somewhere else, but I was in shock at the price, I couldn’t even think, so I ended up letting them do the job. Not so sure I’ll return for the rear brakes. It’s a shame because I really like this place.
Service Street was a great experience! I will definitely be back for more repairs and maintenance in the future! Thank guys!
Great service didn’t try to up sell me will definitely use again
Im very disappointed with this establishment. I came in needing a starter replaced. The part price was on par with the going rate, but the labor they literally doubled up on.a A repair that shouldve been no more than 500USD ended up being almost 900. I just moved to this area, so my back was against the wall and Im sure they saw my tag was not from around there and took advantage. They got me this time,it wont happen again. Better off going to the dealership
Service Street is the best, they were able to help me with a tedious-but-important maintenance issue. Even though I gave them no notice, they ordered the part & completed the entire repair/replacement the same day. 10/10 would definitely recommend !
These guys are the most honest trustworthy mechanics I have ever come across..Being a woman as well. I would recommend them without a shadow of a doubt..This is the only shop Ill be going to from now on.. Jack, Justin, Jay and all the others..Thanks!
They treated me professionally, did the job well, gave me finance options I did not know about. I believe it was Frank with whom I dealt, he was great.
Attempted to overcharge $300 for a basic service. Additional service charges were $425.00. Just 2 miles down the road paid 250.00 for same work to be done. Saved $475.00 getting my vehicle fixed elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and get at least 3 quotes before donating your money to the big name and location of this shop.
Everything goes up in price the more you use them
God Bless Service Street Auto Repair. They inspected the car I brought in for a visual inspection of the under carriage after it was hit and slammed into by a car that sped off into the night. Their professional opinion and skills set freed me from anxieties (especially since my grand-baby sits in the back seat). I deeply appreciate their professionalism and courtesy 10x more. I deeply appreciated the service and offered to pay but they said free of charge. Wow! They deserve the best Christmas and New Years have to offer.
Shade tree mechanics at best
The staff was very nice. And they have a 5 year 50, 000 mile warranty. They got me a Lyft home and back. The one thing I objected to was they charged you to tell you what was wrong with your car. And if you chose not to have it done or couldnt afford to have it done you still had to pay pay the fee.
Great service and quick turn around. Friendly manager .
Thanks to all the guys especially Jack Smith for your help this morning. Always great doing business with you!
Service Street has been great for our family: moving to Georgia and finding a great mechanic on the first try. Very trustworthy.
Needed emission. They were prompted and professional
Very happy with customer service 😀. They were interested in me as a person and wanted to earn their business and the have. Thanks jack. Brian andPatrick. I will be back.Eric Nilson
I had to get my starter replaced they did a great job at a fair price
