I had a bunch of work done on my truck and my truck runs absolutely fantastic I never thought in my life it could run as good as it does now!!!! they went above and beyond!!!! Greg at Your Favorite Mechanic was awesome. Had an emergency situation and had to have my sons truck towed there and Greg instructed me on how to drop off after hours and I did with no problem. Next day I was updated on condition of truck and told the problem and Greg solved it with my distributor being out of phase and a few other minor things he addressed whiteout me telling him. Real honest guy and not expensive and in a timely manor. Will use him again for any and all auto needs.

I’ve dealt with many auto repair shops, but Your Favorite Mechanic is light years ahead of them all. My daughter’s car wasn’t running so we took it there.Greg, the owner, worked hard to find the problem.When he did,he called and gave me the cost to fix the engine. He regularly repairs this type of mechanical failure, but because of his deep seated honesty and integrity, he wanted to discuss all options. The vehicle has high mileage, as Greg pointed out, would not be worth repairing. Most mechanics would not give that advice.I would recommend him highly and will always use his services.

These guys are incredible. I searched long and hard for a place that would repair my bumper and headlight without having to spend a fortune on parts. Brakes job on an SUV. Efficient, communicative, professional, quality work, no unwarranted upselling. Highly recommended. Call for appointment and ask them for directions, GPS may misdirect you during current road construction.

Solid customer service and expertise. This is why my wife and I drive 45 minutes across town to get our cars serviced. Very upfront and cordial. Never pay for more than you expect and all service is gone over with you before any work is done on your vehicle. Nothing but respect from them.

Greg is the best! I found out I needed new tires and was hesitant to take my car to one of the tire chains because they all had terrible reviews. I sent Greg the information for the tires I wanted and he ordered them that day and worked me in to have them installed the next day. My old tires were in bad shape (one had a nail in it and was losing air) and I was very hesitant to drive. He not only gave me piece of mind but also got the tires for cheaper than the other places I called. I would highly recommend this place.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! when they at first could not replicate the issue I was having, instead of making up some issues and charging me for it, they were honest and didnt charge me for nonsense. And when my issue happened again, where I could drive it right over for them to see, they were able to take care of it quickly and affordably. I wish I found these guys years ago!!!

They had my car sitting 5 days after the part arrived. I went to their garage to find out why my car had not been fixed. The owner said it was because the car would not start. I asked him when did they try to start the car. He said it was a week ago. I then asked him why he didnt call and notify me of this. He had no answer. I had my spare car key and started the car on the first try. To make matters worse, it took them 30 minutes to find my car key. This USED to be a good mechanic shop. Not anymore.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to my auto mechanics. I started having trouble with my car in the Spring. The problem was that the part needed to fix my car does not exist anymore. Ford does not make the part. No Ford dealer or auto parts place had this part. When I started calling dealers - they were frustrated when they said the part is obsolete, it does not exist. Family, friends and neighbors kept trying to find the part, and when they would find something similar it was not for my particular car. My guys at YOUR FAVORITE MECHANIC, here in Snellville, would not give up. Greg searched everywhere. In June he found the part in China and ordered it. My car is fixed and runs like it was brand new.We have sent several family members to Your Favorite Mechanic with awesome results. My husbands brother was told his car needed over $2,000 worth of work, by a dealer. He brought his car here and Your Favorite Mechanic fixed everything for less than $200.They are awesome and I am so grateful for them.

While the service is great and it is a friendly environment, they still have yet to fix my car. I have had an ongoing issue and this is the third time I have went to them for my car to be fixed. They have kept returning my car in a partial working condition and after they fix it this time (hopefully REALLY fix it), I will not be going back to them.

This place is terrible. I didnt spend enough time looking for reviews of this shop.I dropped my car off Monday morning to have a vacuum leak found and repaired, as well as having an air conditioning issue repaired.I was told Monday evening that the car should be ready by Tuesday late afternoon. Today is Friday, and my car still isnt ready. I was even told, when I had to call to check on my car after 2 days, that they had to break off from working on my car to help a waiting customer, even though my car has been a priority.Now, Ive missed several days of work, and lost around $800 in wages, as well as the repair bill of over $1200. The mechanic offered me a $35 discount for the loss of my car for an entire week, that according to my quote, should have taken around 7 hours. This is entirely unacceptable.Now, Im no master mechanic, but I could have bought the tools to perform my own repairs by myself for far less time and money. Im positive I could have done this for far less than $2000.Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else.If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
