This hair is unlike any other hair Ive purchased. The location is near my house so I can just pick it up in person, which I prefer because you can feel the hair and make sure the quality is up to par. This hair is SOFT, barely sheds doesnt tangle. It feels really good and I definitely will come back for a different hair type.

I purchased the brazilian body wave two16 in. bundles and one 18 in. bundle. I cowashed the hair and waited a week to install it. The bundles were already shedding but I decided to give it a chance. I have had this hair in for less than a week and it literally has shed every where from my car to my job. This was my first time trying the company and will sadly be last.A member of the staff called to apologize and requested photos to show the shedding being that the hair had been installed. She went on to say that they had a hair replacement policy with their vendors. I sent photos to show the shedding after wash and just during normal day use. Staff said hair could not be replaced due to hair being installed. I wish I had returned this hair ASAP but just relocated out of state to start a new job and didnt have the time. Avoid this company by all means!
