How could we ever support a place that has bars on the window as if that isn’t a dead giveaway to the mentality of the store owners???? I just walked into this store as a new customer and was in awe. Not one person out of the three (Asian) employees/owners greeted me. As I found my way around the store no one said a word. I made my way back to the front and still nothing. It made me believe that I had my invisible suit on😂. So that’s a no for me NEVER in my life will I patronize any business that doesn’t feel that I’m worth greeting. To each it’s own but I wouldn’t dare walk into there and feel comfortable spending my hard earned black dollars.

I have been shopping with them for years. Pleasant, friendly and always helpful. I have seen people be very rude to them and they still respond politely. They always say hello to me by name and I send my clients there knowing they will be treated well. Even my out-of-state clients love them! They have bad customer service. I’ve never went in this store and not experienced an evil stare or an attitude from the employees. I just stay away from this place

Honestly one of my top beauty supply stores. They have a large selection of wigs and hair care products. U can get everything u want and need in this store. The store is neat and clean, also the staff are very friendly and helpful. A+++

I went into this store because it was close to home. I wouldnt recommend it. The workers are not friendly or welcoming and they watch you as if you will steal from them. The man behind the counter has a bad attitude and a scowl on his face. I felt them staring me down as I shopped. Their drawstring ponytails are behind the counter and I had to lean over it to see them. smh He asked if I wanted to see one but I declined and left. They want our money but dont even trust us in their store. Ill stick with the store on Hwy 78 next time. I prefer to take my business somewhere where its appreciated. Ugh never again.

Be careful with this establishment. My wife had my cc to purchase some clippers in which she is an authorized user. But before the rep looked at the card to see that my wife’s name wasn’t on the card the rep swiped my card and charged me for the clippers and then refused to give my wife the merchandise. She then debated with my wife and gave her a hard time about giving us a voided receipt and the merchandise. Come to find out she didn’t void the transaction and we had to ask for a manager and now I have to wait 5-7 business days to receive my funds back and I have no clippers. My wife called me and I even sent over the transactions from my capital one app to validate my wife having permission to use my card and they still held my money and the merchandise. I will never go to this supply store again.

Amazing service Ive been to plenty of other beauty supply stores but this one treated me the best. they let me take my time they help me find that perfect wig and their selection is utterly amazing. so not only do you get great customer service you get amazing products if you need a beauty supplie store. this is the place you should go!!!

Ive tried their shampoo and conditioner products as well as their hair wax. I love the way it smells and makes my hair feel.

Terrible service...they stand behind the counter and watch you on camera instead of help you find what you need. They could knock out two birds if they just help the customer first hand. Very bad attitudes, especially the young girl there. Go to the beauty supply across the street by publix. Im a real Snellville customer, trust me!
