The same guy is always in there so I am assuming he is the owner. Whatever he is, he is very rude.They have a very limited selection too.

Zero Customer Service, Rude & Violent Temper. The older man in this shop (with the blond hair & earrings,) is extremely rude. I dont know why I went inside the store - It was empty and Im sure hes the reason why. when I decided to leave the store because he was being obnoxious,(sarcastic, smart comments, & looking annoyed) he quickly followed me to the front of the store shouting at the top of his voice & picking up random products.. I just got out.............real quick because it then occurred to me that hes crazy enough to either thrown one of the products or hit me. Take your money elsewhere and get the customer service you deserve!

Horrible customer service. The man in the store followed you around with his eyes but never asked if I needed assistance. He made me feel very uncomfortable. There were no other customers in that store and I can only assume because they have horrible customer service. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to that place nor would I ever step my baby toe in that place again.

Don’t waste your money... Blonde Headed Man rude as hell... I tried the store because he was in the area but Never again.. I looked around the store didn’t find what I was looking for and told him Thank you.. He rolled his eyes and puff up and walked off..No other response from him. With an Attitude like that he will never get a dime from me!

There are a million of these places ! Save yourself some time and money and go where your business is appreciated.Fyi; call your bank for refund, they will refund your money if you not happy!

Over ratedcharge for Everythingif you are not gettingwhat they prefer doing you will wait. so if you want acrylic you are at the end of the service list.20 dollars for a 3 yr old no exceptions

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE! I said let me try this store since its in the area..why did I do that??? First off the man at the counter was disgustingly rude (The one with the blonde hair). Which was surprising, you thought he would be more customer service friendly since I was the ONLY person in the store (Should have took that as a sign, he probably ran away the rest of his customers with his poor customer service). I was looking for something particular, and he must have asked me 3 times what I was looking for as if to rush me out of the store. I actually had 2 items in my hand that I was planning to purchase however due to the man at the front being so rude, I placed the items back, and informed him that his customer service is terrible, and that he just lost a paying customer. Aside from the EXTREAMELY RUDE customer service, the store has a small selection of products..nothing that you cant get in Walmart. If you want a really good Beauty supply store go to Cherries Beauty Supply 3425 Centerville Hwy # 3G, Snellville, GA 30039. They are very pleasant and helpful, and there store has a large variety of beauty supply items and products!!!!! MEGA BEAUTY SUPPLY IS HORRIBLE..Youve been warned!
