I just wish I could give Kirstin 500 stars! Everytime I go she blesses this face with a set of brows so beautiful I could cry! Her work is impeccable and her customer service skills are unsurpassed! She makes me feel like a queen! But lets be honest....Shes the real queen! So much artistry and charisma!

I always go to this Ulta because of their great service but I just left the store feeling so uncomfortable. There was a guy working there I wish I got his name but he was talking about some company policies that I have never heard of and polices that have never been implied at that location before. I felt humiliated and left the store.

The girl with the pixie cut at the front is SO nice. The employees are all friendly, but her customer service is exceptional and should be recognized. That is all.

Clean store, mostly friendly staff members. Initially when we walked in no one said hello, a couple of the employees were in a conversation, they made eye contact but went right back to their conversation. I had to request assistance from them and they immediately assisted us. The rest of the experience was all positive, my daughter got what she needed and we left, but after visiting a few other stores she wanted to go back there (teenagers!).On our return the experience was different, we were greeted, asked if we needed assistance. After some browsing needed assistance and it was promptly offered. At one point my daughter was asking me if it was possible to get a total on all she had, an employee walking by overhead and immediately offered to help her. 👍

I had the best shopping experience today at this Ulta! I was there, probably like everyone else, to buy the latest TikTok foundation. My shade wasnt there, but I figured I would try to make a close one work, but I didnt have to try. Not only did the super nice ladies go find my shade in the back, but they also double checked to make sure they thought it was the best shade for me! This was my first time at this location since moving here, and I will definitely be back.

Please please please work on making sure there is not a long wait in line. Going forward will only order curbside pickup or get there when the store first open.

I came to this store to pick up an online purchase. My items were perfect and the associate who came out to bring my cosmetics was super friendly and very thorough in explaining all of my purchased items! Absolutely love this store and its merchandise. Never disappointed with Ulta!

I love that the store is neat and clean. Also the associates are usually very friendly and eager to help even when the store is busy.What I don’t like is that there doesn’t seem to be any kind of quality control with the products. There were multiple gift sets that had been opened and had product missing from them. One set had an entire palette missing!I would chalk this up to it being the holiday season but there were too many products with items missing from them.Imagine purchasing a gift set only to get home and find an empty box! If me being a customer were able to discover this issue so easily within 5 minutes of being in the store it seems that the manager should be doing more to control this issue. There’s clearly a problem with shoplifters at this location.

Don’t ask the “specialists” for help unless they’ve helped u before. A lot of them just try to tell without understanding what you really need, BUT the employees are still super sweet and the products are always great!

Very nice store. Was greeted when I walked through the doors and felt like the employees were generally kind. I only purchased one item, since I’m not a beauty guru, and was told by the cashier that I had to provide my phone number in order to return my product in the future. I almost believed that nonsense which is totally untrue (I’m pretty sure it’s unethical to tell customers this fallacy).

They have a clean store. The employees are very helpful.I once got home and realized that the sales person helping me had put a tester tube of makup that was empty into my bag and it was also on my receipt. I actually did want the product, so I took the tester tube the box it was in AND the receipt back to the store, explained what happened, let them see the receipt and they helped me get a for sure new tube of the product.I will say that on Saturdays they are usually very busy, especially during prom season, so take a little extra patience with you on those days. The only thing they need some improvement on is their checkout part of service. Their checkout line can take up to 5 sometimes 10 minutes, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, no matter what season it is.

Not my kind of store. In addition to what seemed very high prices, service was not great. There were four employees in the store when I was there. One was helping customers on the floor, one was at the register. The other two were doing their closing jobs (taking out trash, etc). I understand the inclination to hurry out the door as quick as possible, but there was a ~10-12 min wait for customers in line, with half of the employees doing work that is normally done after closing.Pretty annoying.

My first time there, the staff were so friendly and several of the staff were on the floor looking to help customers which is nice. The layout is easy to navigate both by maker and similar products. Even checking out was pleasant. The staff member was welcoming and could tell it was my first time so walked my through their reward program and signed me up. I dont spend much on beauty products but this will be the store I go to from now on.

I needed to get lashes applied for an out of town wedding and had a GREAT experience with Dominique at the Benefits counter in December so decided to come back to the store for a new set. Unfortunately Dominique was not there so the young lady at the benefits counter directed me to make an appointment with another employee . Little did I know the employees worked for the salon and not the Benefits counter which had totally different prices. When I returned for my appointment I was passed off to yet another women named Madison. This is only my second time getting lashes yet Madison provided little guidance on various styles. She applies the lashes and I asked more than once if they would last at least a week and she assured me they would and supposedly “sealed” them. They were very pretty but There was a white dot on one and when asked Madison said it was from the (black) glue. Later I discovered the dot was actually the sticky part of the packaging. At checkout they attempted to charge $45 for the application which was never quoted or posted anywhere. All I saw was the $15 price at the Benefits counter. Madison said it was because I said I wanted them full which wasn’t true because I didn’t even know what that meant. They ended up reducing the price and Madison said come back if they start to fall within the next day. I should have known that was a bad sign but again, I’m new to the lash world. At this point have had multiple clusters fall out in less than 48 hours of getting them despite taking all the precautions(no water, no sleeping on face) and now have to pay again to rectify this situation two days before the wedding. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED is a huge understatement and I’ve already told multiple people NOT to come to this store for lashes

Kirstin does my eyebrows and she is absolutely fabulous! I actually call her The Caterpillar Exterminator! She is also just a basically nice person and someone I would miss if she ever left!

I just had a wonderful experience in the Snellville Ulta. I am usually quite overwhelmed when I come in the store with all the products and different make-ups. I keep my head down, grab my bare minerals, and get outta there. Today, as I was looking at the mineral foundation, one of the consultants just happened to walk right by me and I stopped her to ask a simple question on why the foundation colors now have numbers on them. That led us to talking about me wanting to go chemical free with my makeup and skin care. She showed me some amazing products and gave me so much great advice on what to put on my face and what not to! I ended up spending $90 when all I came in for was mineral powder. 😁 I feel like its going to be totally worth it and she turned me on to some great natural product lines in the store that I can come back to. I think her name was Liz. She had blonde, medium length hair. I hope I got her name right! I am so thankful for her taking the time to talk with me! Great customer service!

Went in to Benefit counter had my eyebrows touched up, shaped and filled in. Also brought some products that I love for brows. I didnt have an appointment but was able to be squeezed in. Dominique did my brows and they look amazing. Loved the atmosphere there could definitely find a use for all the items they have in there. All of the staff was friendly and tried helping me to find some skincare products Ive been searching for.

I love this makeup store. They have a huge selection of makeup products and skin products. I bought some of my Juvias Place makeup from here.

I went here to get my hair and makeup done before homecoming. I had the salon manager do it and every girl working there was so sweet and they do whatever you ask. I showed pics of my hair and makeup and both turned out better than the photos I showed. My makeup stayed on through 90 degree weather for over an hour, dancing for 3 hours, and in the hot tub for 2 hours. If you have a formal event, I highly recommend coming here! Price is totally worth it!

I like coming here for my skin care and cosmetic needs. They have a very large selection of items and their prices are very reasonable. I was disappointed to learn that they stopped caring the Elizabeth Arden visual difference skin cream, which was my favorite. I havent been able to find anyone else who carried this. But I do love their Christmas packages they put together and their gifts they give for your purchases.

I had a pleasant experience while at Ulta beauty. My friend came to visit me from New York and she needed to get her makeup done and I took her to Ulta. She was impressed by the great job the girl did on her face.

Nice store! Didnt realize what all they offer. I thought it was just makeup which is why I never went there. I ended up going by for a friend and found it was much more than makeup. They sell cologne, hair care products, and have a full service hair salon! The staff was helpful and pleasant.

I had gone to another hair salon for years and I asked for highlights and ended up a blond, (I have dark brown hair). I walked into Ulta and Danielle fixed my hair beautifully! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to see her consistently and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend.

So, every Ulta does not carry the same merch, this one did not carry a third of what I needed. Then a lady at the counter was asking so many questions about products and then changing her mind a while a line of us were waiting. The lady checking her out should have gotten someone else to help instead of making everyone wait on her to finish shopping. I was not impressed by this store and cant wait to get back to my home store.

This Ulta location had a Glo-up recently and its probably the best thing to happen since sliced bread. The staff is helpful, outgoing, and if they dont know something they will direct you to someone who does.*Just break down and spend the money on the Living Proof Dry Shampootreat yo-self, you deserve it

Ive wasted a ton of time and gas driving to this store on multiple occasions just to find the item(s) I specifically came for are completely out of stock. It happens consistently enough to make it seem like theres a stocking or theft problem at this store.The manager(?) could possibly a refresher on customer service skills. Throwing up arms and loudly declaring that I was out of luck and Ill take the next customer in the same breath isnt great business practice.

Bad customer service, saved me a trip from going to this location. I called to make a makeup consult appointment to possibly purchase a new makeup brand and was put on hold for more than 15minutes and no one came back to assist or to schedule a appt for me. I will try another Ulta beauty location with better customer service especially when it comes to answering phones and scheduling simple makeup appts.

Honest&true: not my 1st time @this location just havent cmp a review til today (no particular reason) probably good that I didnt, past visits havent always been great. Anyway, today! the customer service was excellent. Im going to name drop: Meghan and Haley were cheerful, knowledgeable!, super helpful. Ty wasnt as cheery (but you cant expect everyone to be-maybe not her personality) but she was super professional and went out her way to assist me!! The ladies were wonderful and I was so pleased that they knew their products and all ladies had great recommendations. If today was demonstrative of how future visits will be Ill definitely keep coming back.

Kirstin is the only person on this Earth that I trust to do my eyebrows. If you want to have person who actually cares about your eyebrows GO TO HER!!!! I basically just have squiggly lines for eyebrows and she gave me a whole look. She’s genuinely the Divinci of eyebrows. I’ve been going to her for few months now and her work has just the best. Top of the line Customer Service.

Although it can take a while to check out, this location is always kept orderly. The staff are always willing to help you find what you are looking for and/or to offer other options. If something is out of stock, you can still purchase and they will mail it to your home.

I love this cosmetic store. Its usually well stocked and they have several cosmetic reps in the store. There is a salon in the back. They carry perfume for men and women along with endless hair and nail products. There are cosmetic lines from expensive to Ultas own brand that I have used many times very successfully. Their brands have a great price point and work well. Love to just go in and browse for a while. They also have a points card and you get a free gift on your birthday if you have the card. Well worth signing up!

Love Ulta, but NOT this location. The store was unorganized and their customer service is horrendous! I walked around for about 5 minutes and couldnt find anyone on staff whod even make eye contact with me. Everyone was pretending to be far too busy. I left my shopping bag FULL of items near the sales rep and walked out. The location near Mall of Georgia has excellent customer service and is now my GO-To Ulta location.

I came in this place expecting it to be a disaster by the ratings of this place. I was wrong. I got my brows done by Kirstin, the girl at the Benefit brow bar. Words can not describe on how much talent this lady has. I will never let anyone touch my brows EVER AGAIN! If you need someone that actually cares about your brows, please go to Kirstin. Kirstin, the lady at the brow bar is a magician. My brows have never looked so good. Needless to say, she will be the only one I go to for brows. She was also very knowledgable about products I had questions about and made me feel like a valued customer.

Very helpful there when daughter needed makeup for an event. But they are ridiculously expensive. Like nearly twice the cost of the same product at department stores. Doesnt make sense. Works for people who need different brands and dont want to go to multiple places. And that have deep pockets.

Stay away from the hair salon. Do not under any reason go to this salon. I had the worst experience of my life. 1st I made apt for roots, toning and cut. I sat down with the stylist and went over everything. My roots are dark and I have thick hair. She bleached (most would do a highlight) my front and top 1st and not the back and under so my face framing and roots was white. When then washed out my hair and toned. After washing the toner no conditioner she said she wanted to dry my hair to see the toner color on my hair (again no conditioner). As she describes to me what she is doing she days in a rude tone do you understand me? I said yes. She then said you speak english. I was like yes I just explained what I wanted you to do. Her reply was oh I thought you were Russian. As she dries my hair it looked horrible and extremely dark. I told her I didnt like it and asked how to fix it. She said I can make another apt for hight lights. She refused to do anything.She said it would become lighter with wash. I asked her to wash it out then which she did. She washed my hair. Then told me she had another client and would not be able to cut my hair. She didnt even brush my hair. She literally kicked me out with no brushed hair cut and horrible color job I mean horrible. The manager was suppose to call me 2 days later. I never heard anything. The worst experience and customer service ever. Ulta get your act together.

They stylist I had ruined my hair! I dont know what Im gonna do now! The way she cut my hair I cant straighten it because it is uneven and frizzy and she destroyed my curls! The sad thing is I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair n she butchered it! I told her I wanted to keep my length when she turned me around n I saw my hair in the mirror I wanted to cry, she took about 10-11 inches! I warn everyone to be careful at this salon! Its been a few months n my hair still hasnt recovered! It might be years before my hair is healthy silky n beautiful again! The products she recommended made my hair oily so I stopped using them right away! Please be careful! :(

The makeup artist was ask to do a facial to mske sure l get the right blend of makeup. She point us to most expensive line of makeup in the store. When ask for a less expensive brand the woman pointed us to another makeup artist. Then she apply the makeup so hard on my face and l look at her and she did it so fast. The brush brittle was all over my shirt. I will not be returning to this location.

There was ONE visible employee with a HUGE line who was irritated when asked a question about a product in stock. She never called for help and basically told me if you dont find it in the mess, you are out of luck. The store was in complete disarray, products needed were out of stock, and nothing on the Ulta wall, which I needed items from, was where it should be. I will NOT come back to this location. Very disappointed as I am a loyal shopper to the Ulta brand and would expect the store to at least have their own brand stocked.Edited to add : Had I been helped, I would have considered other brands/shades, but I chose to leave empty handed and take my business elsewhere.
