This store is horrible!!! Never enough cashiers or none at all!! I was just told by Eric that I should ring up myself because I didnt have but a few items. If Kroger is giving me a 50% discount Ill do it. Why would I give a company, that makes huge profits my free labor for a service! Does this store have a manager? Do they care?? I guess Ill drive to the Publix.

This floral department is small and has very few house plants compared to others in the area. I was disappointed on the lack of inventory in potted plants. The fresh cut flowers looked decent though. I would definitely go to a different Kroger for my floral needs though.

If I could give no stars I honestly would. This Kroger is ALWAYS out of stock of something!! Front end employees need to be train on better customer service!!

Can never find what I need in the store anymore. I find potato chips in the chip aisle, great. If I want another flavor its 7 aisles down and even that moves like the staircases in Harry Potter. It just makes me want to throw everything down and leave.

One of the best Krogers around. But I still have to ask why would management find it necessary for a sign like this when everyone wants to ensure a clean and COVID safe environment?

The cooked food is always over cooked dry and not appealing... Needs to do better.

The past three or four times over several months, every time I have gone to this Kroger the women’s restroom has been absolutely Disgusting. There is constantly urine all over the toilet seats in all three of the stalls, and toilet paper and paper towels on the floors and sometimes stuck To the seats. the store over all is very nice & so are the employees, but the bathrooms are inexcusable & need to be taken care of, at least on a more consistent basis. Granted, Im aware that a lot of this issue lies solely on the customers who make the messes, but I still think there needs to be much more attention paid to the state of the bathrooms throughout the day.

Always always OUT of something!! Has nothing to do with covid. The person ordering doesn’t understand how to forecast. The ONLY reason we keep going there is the pharmacy manager, Kate Lewandowski, and staff. Stock the shelves!

Store closed 30 minutes early. Management okayed it. Seen him locking the front doors and no one told customers where to go to get out. Which is very dangerous if a fire had happened and all the doors were actually locked because the young man Chris had to open the door to let people out, Kroger would be in a lot of legal trouble. Chris told a woman if she goes out she cant come back in. She just wanted to get a basket he told her there werent any but we clearly seen it and he let her get it. Another employee went outside and told people they were closed when the sign on the door, online, and the young lady announcing it was clearly saying 7pm. Another employee asked Chris why he was turning customers away, he said he was told to and that employee stated you know better than that. I get it its Christmas Eve but guidelines, rules, and safety are still to be followed. Ive come to this same Kroger close to closing hours have never been turned away and have never seen others turned away even when I know they got about 2 minutes to get what they came for. But to see management ok with actions like I witnessed today is terrible. It was far too many people in the store to lock it down the way I seen him and some of his staff do on tonight.

Clean store, pleasant and helpful staff.

Typical Kroger but this one is arranged In a unique floor plan that is so different than most of the others in the area making it more difficult to find items. Plus it was remodeled and rearranged recently (relative to the lockdown as I had not been shopping at this one as much since) making it even harder to find my way around. The worst thing is they now have nobody working there that even cares that we shop. Deli worker was rude and it was in the store’s stated hours to be making items but he refused. And just walked away and kept on doing whatever he was doing when asked.I would NOT recommend this location. If you want to shop at Kroger there are many others around. Skip this one.

Very Rude cashiers and definitely needs training on how to be in customer service industry. If i was still the old me, Ms Taylor (Cashier) would have gotten slapped for laying my receipt down on the counter after a $250 transaction. I have been delivered and talking to the manager is what i did. Hopefully she changes her attitude or she will be there forever

Just moved to the Snellville area, my family and I decided to go to Kroger to get groceries for the new house . Great selection, superb customer service, big, clean store . Definitely returning !

Amanda is wonderful. Among many things, she is warm, compassionate, generous, smart, and caring. She has been negatively reviewed by someone who is obviously ignorant. This has hurt her feelings and mine. Ive been given the gift of knowing Amanda from the day she was born. I am her VERY proud father!

Always enjoyed shopping at this location. It was convenient, prices were good, staff was always friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago was blindsided by their new complete renovations and “improvements”. Corporate has taken a store that was a pleasure to visit every Sunday morning and completely ruined what they had. Their new layout is so confusing and mind boggling that after speaking to a few staff who can’t figure it out either, and being told this “process” would continue until October, I will unhappily take my business elsewhere. When I first saw signs of updating, I thought “oh, good, things need a little freshening up”. Then after a few weeks only to realize it was getting worse. Whoever they’ve hired to relayout a perfectly good store needs to be fired. The store resembles an oversized dollar store now. It’s obvious they want customers who want to run in and out to pick up something, is guaranteed to be lost for an hour. The always friendly employees whom I spoke to said they’ve not had any positive feedback at all. It’s a shame really. I thought when this project began, it would be an improvement. Now it looks like a hot mess, Oh, and I’ll never be thinking “gee, I’d like to pick up some sushi from the Kroger Sushi bar”. That’s one of the big “improvements” that’s coming to my neighborhood Kroger. I’m sorry to tell management, Kroger will never be Whole Foods or Costco. It’s Kroger. And I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

Nice store. Produce could use some help. Found a lot of brown lettuce and the shelves had quite a few holes. Overall I like the associates, they were very helpful and nice. My cashier was awesome. I will definitely shop there again.

Friendly and helpful staff! This store just had a major remodel. Even though some customers complain about their inability to find items they need, employees and management show where to find products and how to navigate through the store. It must get exhausting having to show where things are instead of the task they were on, but they are extremely accommodating. ****The fuel center is going to open soon, and I cant wait! If youre looking for the natural foods section, look for the leaf on the aisle description signs!*****

Tried to get a loaf of bread sliced today. There was no one in the bakery and the guy in the deli section, having no customers, did not want to do it. He paged the baker who never showed. After 20 minutes, I asked again and he was just shrugging his shoulders. I asked for a manager who eventually came and exclaimed, I got here to slice a loaf of bread, are you serious? We have only one person working! When I asked whom I am supposed to get to slice bread, she said it was not her problem. The deli guy was kind of hanging out there, so he came to help with the slicer. I do not want to comment, just presenting the facts. I hope it is not a norm there, because I usually dont go to that particular store.

The cashier “Amanda” needs to learn how to speak to customers. I went through her line she didn’t say a word to me through the whole transaction. There was a little old white lady that was next in line. After she finished checking me out she made sure to speak to her. Hmm... I wonder why... “Amanda” needs more training and to learn manners. 6/16/2019 I’m pretty sure this is not how Kroger wants to be represented. Treat all customers with the same courtesy Amanda!

As someone who has been here before and loves the place I was very happy to go through Amandas line and she was wonderful, she had the best smile and did her job perfectly. I think what some of you have to realize is that that stuff is tuff and saying stuff to her like that only makes it worse, I appreciate Amanda and how she can work through the negative comments that some of you put and continue her job because some of us have to get the 🍞. Therefore I conclude with its never hurts to put yourself in someone elses shoes and see how something is gonna them and think about that before you publicly shame someone

Amanda is always one of the sweetest cashiers whenever Im there. She seems a little shy and reserved, but she is never rude. Maybe if a customer is being rude and hateful towards her, I can see her being quiet and wanting to say as little as possible to keep the customer from causing a scene, but she would never be outright rude to a customer.

Lovely store with a large selection. This is certainly one of the more upscale Krogers I have seen.

We tried the Kroger pick up service and it was terrible. We waited over an hour. One girl was doing most of the work paying attention to specific clients (in terms of race) even though they showed up later and where not even in the pick up line.Our order was missing over 7 products that we had in our list. Had expensive things we did not order. The quality of the vegetables chosen was terrible. Overall not a service you want to try, especially in the Scenic Hwy (Snellville) Kroger.

I recently bought chicken quarters on two separate occasions that smelled terrible. Liz at customer service attempts to give me a refund excluding tax.

Horrible service. I placed an order for 2 large veggie platters, 2 large fruit platters & 2 bone in wing platters within 24 hours. Today at 7:30pm was my pick up time and Pierre seemed to already have an attitude. All I did was show a copy of my order and he said verbatim “I know” and I said do u know when it will be ready and he said “7:30pm”. It was already 4 minutes to 7:30pm. So I’m standing here and watch them chop away at my platters which was clearly not complete. NEXT TIME PIERRE, IF ORDERS ARE NOT READY AT THE TIME YOU SAID OR ON THE PICK UP SHEET - SAY SOMETHING!!!!!! LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW SOMETHING. SAY IT WILL BE ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. Horrible experience and I will NEVER ORDER PLATTERS FROM HERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW. I also asked the young lady who took my order - no cauliflower and guess what I had on both platters? Cauliflower, but i guess that’s my fault for not checking my order.

This is as good as a convenience store can be. Good food options, fresh produce, breads, vegan prepared foods, post office, most anything you could want or need. the employees are great, most of them have been there for years. We are very glad this store is close to home.

This is a big Kroger so we found everything we needed but at times it takes a while to navigate the store. The cashier left to check a price for three minutes. Other than that, it was a good visit.

The stores need to be making people put their masks on. I see countless amounts of customers walking around without masks on and right in front of your employees and they are neither denied entry nor are they told to put a mask on. Quite frankly it’s alarming to see in a store where people are going to get food in addition to it meaning they be employees are being lazy and not doing their jobs.

People at meat counter were absolutely the worst. 4 people there and I was the only person in line. I waited 10 minutes before they would even ask what I wanted to order. Then, I asked them if they would take my order and Lisa replies in a snotty way saying ....”well if you give us a minute we will.” Completely rude and unprofessional. They had plenty of time to visit amongst themselves, but no time for a customer. I’m not coming back.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted and thought the prices were very reasonable. Thumbs up! Well organized and good location!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I witnessed an employee, Travos(sp?)being very kind to another employee, telling him how good his work was and what a good job he was doing. Other employee was named Ricky. It is wonderful to see a store where employees care about each other and treat them with kindness. Good job!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is also well stocked and the service is quick and friendly.

Worst experience ever today! Christopher in the meat department is very rude and doesn’t appear to know what customer service is or means. Ask him a question, he responded with an attitude. Then he ignores you and makes customers wait as he complete paperwork in front of them. Horrible!!!

My wife usually shops here, but today I decided to stop in grab a few things. shelves were stocked nicely and staff was friendly for the most part, until i went to the deli section to grab some cold cuts, the guy behind the counter i believe his name was Pierre never said hello just “what do you want” and made me feel like i was bothering him. While he was slicing up my order the phone rings and he walks over answers the phone. Not once did he take his gloves off to answer the phone or changed them when he got off or even when he continued to slice the meat. He never bothered to think should i change my gloves in order to prevent cross contamination. Word of advice Pierre you should always change your gloves, they always do at publix. I may sound a lil upset but I cannot understand why you did not change gloves and you expect me to eat what you sliced. Other than that I enjoyed the 10.00 i saved and the other workers were very nice.

Our favorite chain grocery store. They were out of Mortons Lite Salt...how can that be? Everything else was good as usual.

The people here are very nice, but I dont like the store layout. The bread is in the back of the store and the clearance shelf is small. Shelving runs side to side instead of front to back so you have to go to the back of the store to see down each aisle. And last, the exit doors are quite a ways from the entrance doors so there is no convenient place to park and it confuses people who may be picking you up. But the store is clean and has plenty of parking

This Kroger is very good about managing their inventory. Most items are always available. Great staff and managers. When lines are long managers open and operate checkout to keep customers from waiting to long.

The layout of the neighborhood Kroger shows two distinct phases of design oh, and you need to be aware of which one youre familiar with when you walk in to either. Otherwise you find yourself staring around in complete disbelief that youve walked into the right store.

Been going to this Kroger for 32 years. The deli department is awe full. Even before the Reno. Very slow and three people behind the counter. 4 customer waiting. Only one employee waiting on customers.

Kroger gives you the best prices on the name brands, sometimes unbelievable prices. Service is better than at say Aldis or similar.Wine selection is usually pretty great and the butcher shop and fresh fish area is usually pretty awesome.

I went in to quickly grab a birthday ballon and flowers for my bestfriends birthday. NO ONE was in floral I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Finally an associate JAQUELINE from district asked if I needed help. She wasnt familiar in floral or how to use the helium tank so she tried to find help calling others on the intercom. No One came. She said she wasnt leaving me til I got help. After about 8 minutes a young man HUSO from produce whom was not even on the clock came to help. Had it not been for their efforts of going above and beyond to get me what I needed I would have walked out extremely upset. So Shout out to them for caring about what customer service is all about. I hope they get the recognition they deserve from KROGER store 483.

They suck now. Used to love them been shopping here for years. Prices keep going up and then they put a sticker on it like its on sale. All the people seem rude now. Seems all the nice ones dont work there anymore. Went the other night at about 8pm when I got off work and all the registers were closed except self checkoutI had done an entire shopping trip and had to ring it all up by myself and there wasnt room for everything. I could see if it was 11 or 12 but they stay open until 1 so closing all the registers as early as 8 seems a little ridiculous. It was kind of last straw for me. I doubt Ill be shopping here much anymore.

Awful. Worst Kroger anywhere. The prices constantly ring up higher than the shelf price. Last night one item rang up $2 higher. It took forever to get it fixed. Manager is not concerned with customer service at all. Avoid this location.

I ordered ONE thing and He couldnt remember my order, and to add to that There was no one else there.... Also There are so many flies in your display case its disgusting....
