If I could give zero I would. Do not go to this store horrible stock and staff. Sell you whatever and tell you anything just so they can make a little commission. Dont go to this store. Mater of fact everyone should leave Tmoble and go to Verizon. There company has gone down hill after there merger. Also might be some confusion on whose actually the store manager apparently West who claims hes the boss is not. Some guy thats never there says he the manager. Haha its a joke. Will be calling corporate.
Horrible service. Staff are horrible as well. Dont have stock of anything. West, Miguel, and the rest of them. Not knowledgeable about product, will sell and say anything. They do make commission on sales

The older black lady, wouldnt tell me her name, never knows what shes talking about and is always rude when I walk in. Shes given me false information everytime I walk in. Always has an attitude. And its the only tmobile store in the nearby area so I have no choice but to go in. Shes awful. Sprint being bought out by Tmobile has already been hard and shes just making it worse!

Went to the Somers Point location to get a replacement screen protector. The salesperson must have had a really important call because she answered the phone while helping me and totally disregarded my needs. She asked her caller to wait one second- told me to fill out this form on her iPad to get the replacement screen protector mailed to my house then went back to her conversion.She needs to be trained on customer service!

As far as cell phone stores go, this one is by far the best. Ive dealt with Verizon (POS) before moving to T-Mobile 4 years ago. Ive only had one so-so experience with someone whose no longer at this store. We have had to deal with a T-Mobile store in Glassboro and hubby and I both felt like we knew more than most of the employees there. Somers Pt store is different... theyre knowledgeable and helpful. Please note that if everyone working there is helping someone, it may be a while before they get to you. Thats because they really take care of the people theyre helping before going to the next person. If thats the case, just go next door to Starbucks, grab a coffee or shop in one of the stores in the complex for a half hour. It usually clears out by then.

I live in Margate and travel the shore points and spend a lot of time in Linwood and Egg Harbor Township. I have been on T-mobile for two months now and have not had any problems with the service at all. I found Eric and Ellen to be extremely helpful with all my concerns with switching from AT&T.

I went into the store several months ago and told the salesman I advised him I knew nothing about Apple iPhones. I had came to the store to purchase the brand new iPhone 6s one iPhone 6s in rose gold and the other one was a iPhone 6s Plus. He advised me they didnt have the rose gold. I told him any color would be fine. I paid somewhere in the area of $300.I took both phones home and of course had a little bit of trouble figuring out the new operating system.About 2 months later I ran into a friend with a 6s and I asked him how to use the selfie flash, and he took my phone to show me. Within minutes he told me it was not a 6s it was a 6. I called the store and told them and they said it was out of the buyers remorse, as did T-Mobile customer support. The boxes have a picture of an apple on them no description of the model. I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of because I knew nothing of the product and I personally think they were trying to get rid of the old inventory . Sincerely Will McCann.
