My wife wanted to upgrade her phone so we stopped in the Verizon store in Somers Point and they had several Galaxy models in stock. After Ronnie explained the differences in each phone my wife made her selection and she left with a new phone.When she went to the Northfield Verizon store a few days prior they had no stock and told her it would be a month wait at least.Overall, there was a big difference in customer service between the 2 stores with Somers Point far superior.I would recommend this Verizon store for an overall better experience.

Needed to update old phones. Andrew, the sales rep, was absolutely terrific. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I purchased 2 new phones, a smart watch and a tablet! We love our new devices and the watch is a real time saver at work! Plus it counts my steps. The tablet is perfect for drawing digitally and we will definitely be back to work with Andrew. My husband and I went to the Somers Point Nj and both purchased the iPhone 12.. Ronnie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist us- especially showing us how to work the new phones!! He took was extremely patient and so professional!! His customer service was above superior and we were to thankful that he was our representative! We both work in the customer service industry and he was by far the best of the best that we ever encountered in any Verizon store.. We hope to only deal with Ronnie if we need to purchase more items.. The entire store was very clean and had a nice atmosphere! Ronnie is a gem!

Can’t say enough good things about Verizon’s salesperson Ronnie. I had an archaic iPhone and I stopped in last June and he said he would call me when it was time to pre-order the new iPhones. He did as he said and made the whole process super easy. I purchased the pre-order and he made sure I didn’t lose anything from my old phone. Best experience I’ve ever had with buying a phone. I definitely recommend this Verizon location - and salesperson Ronnie.

Nothing but high praises for the representative who accommodated us.. Khiry is patient, honest and knowledgeable about the phones and services. Was so impressed, brought my husband to have his phone upgraded ( he told me he didnt need one, HA), AND bought a new IPAD.

My original story here want good but made a turn around. I dont suggest the pixel phone or any of the iPad cases but when it comes to service, Khyri is the man to go to! Always super helpful and doesnt stop until you are completely taken care of, excellent representative, the only reason I keep going back to Verizon.

Today i received Outstanding Customer Service from your Wireless Consultant Jason Miller. He did a superb job selling me a new phone and setting it up. It was a most difficult task due to Verizon not being able to locate passwords or pin #s for my account. My old cell phone was in bad condition. The touch screen was not able to take commands. This required hours of patience and continued endurance to accomplish this feat. I have had a few other experiences, yesterday at a Verizon store in Egg Harbor Twsp., NJ on Tilton Rd for example was unable to hep me in anyway. They of course were able to sell me a phone and tell me how easy setting it up would be. Of course this was not the case. A few frustrated hours later I returned the phone to them. I was very unhappywith their service or shall we say lack of service.Today I went into the store in Somers Point expecting very little and left very very pleased. Jason Miller was determined, and very patient in solving the problems that existed. He is a Stellar Employee and I recommend him and your store in Somers Point, NJ highly.Thank You.

He gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision about new phones for my kids and made sure I knew every step to follow to get them set up quickly and easily for my not very patient teenagers. Went to this store to see if they could help me with a data usage problem. Three techs could not figure out the issue on my android phone. Their conclusion - you have an entry level phone. You can get a refurbished phone with your insurance or buy a new phone for more money each month. Now mind you they sold me the phone less than a year ago. I went home and called Verizon directly and the woman over the phone directed me in less than two minutes to the menus where I could see which app was eating all my data and turn off the background data. Solved the problem that three techs could not. I wont go to this location ever again.

Jordan helped me cut my business phone bill in half by shifting to Verizon wireless for mobile, call forward, credit card processing. He came to my shop to personally deliver &insure all equipment was set up & functioning properly. I have never experienced such wonderful personal customer service. I think everyone has a Verizon customer service horror story. These guys will change your impression and set a model for customer service that few other big utility services can hope to match. This is always my family’s go to Verizon store...until today. We has the most condescending, pushy, inappropriate sales person named Chris. I needed to purchase a new phone however because of his attitude and unprofessional comments during the sale, I refused to purchase the case andscreen protector there. Didn’t want to give him any more commission than I had to. He didn’t seem to like that and the commenting only became worse. Had I not needed the phone pretty quickly I would not have even purchased it there. Very condescending towards women.

Went in to add my dad to my plan... From the time we walked in Doug was happy and ready to help. He was super helpful transferring my dads information from T-Mobil to Verizon. He even asked how I liked my phone (7plus) while we were waiting for things to get processed. I will definitely be back and asking for him for any future purchases or trouble I may have. My dad and his girlfriend just went into the store to switch to iPhones for the first time they charged him $50 for a glass screen protector and took his girlfriends money to transfer the data from an android to an iPhone but then threw them out of the store because it was time to close before they could transfer data unbelievable worse customer service ever...

Recently purchased a IPhone 11 from Verizon in Somers Point. We had many questions regarding the operation of both phones, Stephen Kargbo answers all our questions. He was very competent and patient and we will tell of all our friends about Stephen’s service.

Ronnie and Dawson have been amazing! They always have time for the customer. I feel this is the best kept secret. Other VERIZON wireless stores do not give the customer the time of day. I went to another Verizon store and they would not even transfer contacts. Somers point VERIZON has been so customer service friendly and they really appreciated me walking in, even though I was not buying a phone they were so happy to see and help me. This is the store everyone around Somers Point should go to if you have Verizon Wireless.

Went in in August to ask about the new iPhone. The salesman completely lied to make a sale. They do not care about their customers and only care about sales. Take your business to the Verizon store in Ocean City for a chance at honesty.

I upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago and upgraded my sons phone the day after Christmas. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because they usually have 2 people working. If a few people are in the store expect to wait.
