Sara F is a lash wizard!! I’ve been getting lashes on and off for several years at different salons and she does the most perfect and beautiful sets I’ve ever had. She always takes her time, makes sure I’m comfortable and that my lashes are clean and healthy.

Allie did a fantastic job with my lashes. I have never had lash extensions before and Allie walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I left feeling beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about The Lash Lounge. Holly is truly incredible at what she does. I work in a formal environment so my lashes need to be almost natural looking while still giving me all the joys of having lash extensions (no need for make up wooo!!!). This is a tall order and Holly is able to walk this line perfectly. Shes is a master lash stylist. She is always able to change it up when I want to try something new, while giving recommendations for my desired look. Even though Ive only ever seen Holly, everyone coming out of this lash salon looks amazing. The stylists all seem very professional and all appointments start out with a consult so their client gets exactly what they want. Even the waiting area is beautiful, and reception always offers you a water. This is fantastic right before needing to lay down for an hour to get a fill. The lash stations are very comfy and come with a pillow for under your knees and a blanket if youd like to use them. Again I cannot recommend this place or Hollys services highly enough. I wish I could give The lash Lounge 6 stars.

Alexa takes the best care of my lashes. She and Tonia are so talented! I started with a regular fill and switched to a hybrid - perfect combo of definition and natural look. I love that they last a long time - very few fall out and they last right through the 2 weeks - and that I can pick up products to maintain my lashes right in store. The monthly membership makes it easy to keep my lashes looking great all month long. I would highly recommend!

I first tried Lash Lounge in November 2019. I took advantage of a special they were running for a classic set. I guess I was expecting a different outcome - and thus left a tiny bit discouraged with my experience. **However** after writing the salon, the owner, Jim reached out to rectify my concerns. He went above. and. beyond. in every way to make sure I not only felt righted but that I had another opportunity to get a different outcome the next time around. And that it was! I worked with one of their highly reviewed stylists and got a volume set, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It came out beautifully. Originally, I wasnt intending to become a regular customer, but the professionalism and goodwill shown on behalf of the stylist and owner have convinced me otherwise. She originally worked with me to get me signed up, explained the pricing clearly, and upgraded me to the monthly membership.Allie has been completely transparent with me about her level of experience with eyelash extensions and what to expect. I started going here after going to a not so great lash place. The lash lounge studio is also really well maintained. They have snacks and coffee for guests and it’s so updated! The beds are comfortable and they have a great music selection too. I wish the lashes looked a little longer or curlier but definitely still planning to go back

Ive gotten my lashes done several times and Ive never gotten a sore red eye and a scab from the technician ripping off the tape to fast. Also, I asked for a cat eye and ended up not getting anything close to what I asked for at all.

I’ve been getting my lashes done in Boston for years, and since I’ve found Holly I won’t go anywhere else.She is a perfectionist and is super careful to place the lashes the proper way so your natural lashes don’t break or tug when they grow out. She is also faster than anyone I’ve ever been to. She can apply more lashes in 50 minutes than most people can do in an hour and a half. She talks you through the process so you know what she is doing each step of the way.Lashes are not something to mess around with! If you are thinking about getting them go go Holly. You will be happy you did!

My lady was Holly and I Highly suggest you see her!! My lashes came out so full and I feel like nothing is on them... light as a feather!! I purchased the entire kit and Holly explained in full detail how to use.. She also made me feel very comfortable and for that I am grateful because I can get a little anxious especially trying to sit still for an hour. Overall I will be adding this to my beauty routine... I just did my Lashes today, its been 6h and couple felt down already.Im very disappointed how little Lashes they put, it took less than an hour for first time,i feel like if one more lash fall off Ill have a big gap there. I have been going to the lash lounge for two months now I see Alexa and I can’t say enough good things about her! The lounge itself is super clean I absolutely love that they have little blankets for me to snuggle into while I get my lashes done. But back to Alexa- she is an absolute doll- so polite, professional and just a great conversationalist (even if I sometimes fall asleep in the middle of chatting, I’m a busy girl and get few naps in my life!). I love everything about this place, the fact they text me reminded for my appointments, all staff is super friendly, once again CLEAN and of corse the absolute wonderful quality of my lashes. They also offer memberships which help with the cost. Eyelash extensions can be dangerous if done by the wrong people, but let me tell you, this place is amazing!!!!! Absolutely love Lash Lounge! For context, Ive been going to a top rated Boston salon for the past 2 years and was becoming unsatisfied. I felt that the glue was far too heavy, my lashes were becoming weaker each visit compared to my other girlfriends who went to different salons, and their hours were 9-5 so Id never be able to go after or before work hours. I finally came across Lash Lounge because of the after work week hours! I love your texting service so I could chat during work and then make it to my appointment in time during the work hours. Now for the service, Ive been seeing Alexanderia and she truly has been amazing and does an incredible job. The glue isnt hard on my lashes, shes super professional, and my lashes stay on even during long summer runs/work outs. Shes always super sweet and timely so I feel that I can get in and out and feel great about my lashes. I also LOVE your monthly subscription program, it makes the upkeep easy because the price is affordable for what you get and again, the hours work so I can go after the workday vs. sucking up time on the weekend. I love Lash Lounge and definitely found my new spot! Thank you :)

My daughter and I visited Lash Lounge for their services and it was the worst experience at a business. I personally run a business and provide services for the community, and I know for sure that the way they treated my daughter was unacceptable. Lash Lounge has inexperienced employees that dont know how to treat a customer with respect or how to do their job. We went twice to get my daughters lashes done and on both appointments, the ladies were rude and very impatient. First visit, they couldnt do her lashes, but asked her to return. The second visit, my daughter got one eye done and when they werent successful doing the other eye, they asked her to leave without a solution or an apology. During the process, she had several girls over her talking to each other and ignoring that my daughter is laying there. After asking her to leave, they turned their backs and didnt even say goodbye. The lighting is too bright, the atmosphere is tense and there is one girl that will not shut up and talks through the whole process. Not a relaxing place at all, but you would think it is with the way it is set up. As a business woman, I dont support businesses like that and I personally told Alexa, who is one of the employees. Lash Lounge should not be in business since the owner doesnt show any leadership and the employees are very inexperienced. After this happened, we checked their reviews and God, they get the worst reviews over any other business. I dont think they will be in business very long with so many unhappy customers. What business would let a customer leave unhappy to the point of tears and with only one eye done; not offering a solution or fixing the problem. The worst customer service experience to date. They dont even deserve one star.

Ok, here are the pros:-the salon is clean-the technicians seem knowledgeable about the condition of my lashes and had recommendations regarding length, etc-convenient locationThe cons:-very expensive. I paid $129 for the membership which gave me 2 refills per month (which actually means per billing cycle I learned)-the refills themselves dont really look like refills. There are other reviews that already talk about this and I completely agree. After my appointments, I leave the salon still looking like I need a refill-the quality of the refills. They start falling out almost immediately and I start looking like I need a refill about 3 days later, but unfortunately I have to wait at least 2-3 weeks for another refill due to the billing cyclesI cancelled my membership because I felt like I was wasting my money. Since the cancellation takes a month to process, I still have 2 refills left but Im going to cut my losses because its not worth it. I found another salon thats a little out of my way, but for cheaper and much better quality, Ill take it

A few weeks ago I got an eyelash lift and tint. My left eye started burning and had to be flushed out. I have gotten my eyelashes lifted and tinted before and this has never happened. Some of my eyelashes ended up sticking straight up or sideways. They are also extremely dry and frizzy at the ends. Would not recommend.

My lash technician I have been going to for 2 years is away on vacation for 3 weeks, so I went to the Last Lounge to get a simple fill. I was told by the manager I should have their technician take off my lashes and put fresh ones in place - stupidly I agreed, big mistake!!! Whatever she used burned my eyes slightly and I was told to go wash them with water, which I did, felt a bit better. Honestly that should have been my red flag. The technician then proceeded to apply fresh lashes. This typically takes a good 1-2 hours, it took 2. When she handed me the mirror to view the results, I was beyond disappointed. I might have has 2 lashes on each eye. I had more on my eyes when I walked in. I told the manager I wasnt satisfied, she agreed and she asked another technician to place more. This process tool another hour. And once again when I looked in the mirror I didnt see the result I was hoping for. My technician applies lashes bold and I get so many compliments from folks all the time. This was defiantly a bad discussion on my part. I typically do not write bad reviews however; I thought it best to warn other woman since their full set is $235! To the reply I got from the manager below, I MOST CERTAINLY DIDNT HAVE GLUE from my last technician. You proceeded to take the lashes off, BIG MISTAKE on my part. I never cursed at you or anyone else, just goes to show how extremely UNPROFESSIONAL YOU ARE!!!!
