I got rear ended in my 2020 Honda pilot and brought it here. They were incredibly helpful and did a fantastic job but they also did great with customer service and driving me home and picking me up when the repair work was done. Customer service was excellent and I can’t say enough nice things about their quality of service.

Turn-around time on my car body repair was great, and the work was good. I am a happy customer.

Brought my vehicle in here after hitting a deer and taking it to another local body shop (was in and out 4 times total and still had lots of issues and they now refused to work on my vehicle and scammed my insurance) Basney did an excellent job and went above and beyond. Basney just finished body work on my car, not only did they do an amazing job fixing the damage, they also cleaned the car inside and out! I definitely didn’t expect that, but what a nice surprise!! I had a minor accident that involved denting my lift gate and shattered by back window. They were very professional and reassured me that they would get my car fixed and looking like it never happened. Took a little longer than I liked, but the results are amazing! I can’t tell where I was hit and my back window looks brand new. They even vacuumed out my whole car in case of stray glass shards.

My experience was one to remember. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dennis the shop manager was very knowledgeable, and very helpful when it came to what needed to be done. I have been to many other body shops in the area, and can honestly say that this is one of the best places to bring your car. From start to finish the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I am very pleased with my experience. My Honda was in a minor accident. Basney Collision was very professional and friendly. Heidi kept me updated throughout the process and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf.

I have had two accidents in two months!I went with Basney Collision Center both times....very professional...their manager even took it out for a test drive to make sure it was running perfectly. They stayed late on a Friday so I could have my car for the weekend.I hope its along time before i have another accident but I will use Basney Collision Center again if I do.

The Carlins know the Hurleys from our neighborhood. When a deer attacked our new Chevy Redline Traverse we decided to give Basney Collision Center a call because Chad Hurley is a leader there. We are glad we did! Heidi was our point person. She is delightful! Confident, reassuring, and very proactive with her communication throughout the repair. When I asked her if they where pros at repairing Chevys she did not hesitate with an enthusiastic YES! When we went to pick up our vehicle it looked like new! When I thanked the body shop guys for their work they responded with words you rarely hear, Thanks, we love what we do!

Took about 5 weeks to get my vehicle repaired.

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get an estimate and get my car fixed by this place. It took a week to get an estimate and I have yet to hear back from these jokers.Mismanaged. Terrible service. I went to Gurley Leep instead, they told me to bring it in tomorrow and Ill be on my way with a rental.My biggest issue is the rest of Basney is wonderful. Bill and Juan have no customer service skills.

Service at the body shop is a joke for the standard expected from an auto dealership, talkless of one associated with the BMW brand. My advice to any reader needing their service, is to drive to a nearby town and seek out a proper service instead.
