Call grape road store they couldnt see me that day theyre only accepting appointments due to staffing issues but the South Bend store was taking walk-ins went to the South Bend store they didnt have the tire that needed to be replaced made an appointment at the grape road store you get the picture other than that good prices decent tires okay service theyre busy you have to wait a little bit I suppose thats really a good problem for them you want your tires faster youre going to have to pay more they might not do as good of a job probably wont be as friendly

Wonder, professional, atmosphere. Courteous, and the customer service is exceptional. They took care of me in an hour or less. I had a nail in my tire...they plugged it free of charge. They are one of the exceptions... because everyone else is jacking prices through the sunroof during a pandemic. Thank you for thinking of your customers first during this time were all dealing with✌🏾🙏🏾💯❤️☮️

While driving across country we picked up a screw in the center of our tire. Discount Tire employee Braxton quickly determined that it had not embedded in our tire. We were quickly back on the road. Thank you Discount Tire for having such a cine employee.

I called around to a few discount tire locations looking for them to put a spare on for me. Skyler was the most polite, professional, & helpful employee that I spoke with over the phone. When I arrived they provided me with the option to replace two of the tires for a great price! The service team had the tires changed in less than 30 minutes & I was back on the road! Once again, received great service from Discount Tire. Regardless of which location I visit, the service is consistently professional and friendly. On every visit they check the tread depth. I always expect them to say my tread is low, but today I was informed of the depth on every tire and told that they were all good. I usually only expect to hear when theyre bad so it was nice to get the positive, thorough update on all the tires. The agent who helped me was friendly and helpful. I came in for a slow leak, my tire was repaired and I was on my way. Another positive experience with Discount Tire.

Had a slow leak in my tire (on a car I bought THREE weeks ago!) but made an appointment, took it in, everyone SUPER nice! Turns out I ran over a small piece of metal - they fixed it, balanced the tires FOR FREE! I never, ever get good news like that. when they told me no charge and that they do tire repairs for free - I reacted as if I won the fricken lotto lol. Will return whenever I need tire help!

I had an appointment set up for 1245. They called me to the counter at 1240. I went because my tire was very low when I went to drive it. I filled it up before I went. They checked my tires and found a small nail in the tire. I bought the tires from them in another state back in 2014. They still honored the agreement so it cost nothing to have it fixed.

Blew a tire while traveling out of state. I tried several other tire stores. Jose worked with me, and that guy is the man! Although they didnt have my exact tire in stock, he made it work. He personally made it all happen. Pulled out the jack and EVERYTHING. I appreciate Discount Tire for working with me, and if this dude ever moves to my hometown, I would hire him in a second, one of the better customer services I have received from a corporate shop. Kudos Discount Tire, and give this guy a raise or at the very least, a bonus!

Called for a price to balance and mount 4 used tires. Quoted 116. Arrived for appointment, price was changed to 136 to include disposal. Disposal should have been included in the original quote. I could have saved more money by going to a local family owned business. They drove the car out and a rim was smeared with grease. I asked the driver what that was. He said it was already there. Then it was from the tire. No it wasnt, I asked him to wipe it off.No vending machines, no wifi, no coffee.

The prices not bad but they could of told me about this long wait time been here since 1:30 and its now 4:45 all Im saying is they could of told me so I could have dropped my vehicle off and left

I got a flat tire on the Toll Road heading to the airport in Chicago to catch a flight. I called and spoke with Nic. Great place and people. Went in for what a thought was something in the tire for losing air overnight. Turned out to be a small chunk of aluminum wheel that somehow broke on the inside of the rim. The staff their was helpful they drove me 15 min away to go purchase a used wheel when they were not obligated to. Thats why I love Discount Tire in South Bend!

I didn’t buy my tires here and they performed the tire repair for free. The guys were extremely nice and the waiting room had cold AC and comfy seats. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I’m a fan of how they’re running the business here. I rarely post positive reviews but felt I had to share this one.

I came out of school to find out I had a mostly flat tire, I took it to discount tire, where I got my tires last fall. They took a quick look and found a nail in it. They replaced my tire with a brand new one for free! I mean 100% free! It was very busy when I went in there, but I still was in and out in about 50 minutes. Very efficient, friendly, clean and professional. I will only come here for tires.
