I have ever dealt with, HANDS DOWN...As stated above she got me in and diagnosed very quickly...From the time I pulled into the lot (12:00 noon yesterday) until complete and on the road (3:30 pm today) (27.5 hours) she was able to diagnose, bake my DOC and Manifold gasket. This included sending someone to a few different parts houses in order to get me back on the road.The Body shop Mgr. (sorry forgot his name) even gave me a ride to the hotel so I wouldnt have to wait 2+ hours for a shuttle...The customer service at this place was phenomenal even by a regular shop standards, moreover for a Dealership....THANK YOU ALL FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE....

WOW!!!What incredible service I was given from the service department. They go above and beyond for their customers! We had a driver break down with an air leak, they were able to get our driver diagnosed and repaired all within 2 hours! If our trucks ever break down, again, in the South Bend area this will be our go to spot!!!!Thank you, so much, again, to the service team!

They are always nice and friendly, usually fast. But they could have solved my issue with my auto start temperature by explaining to me the use of a couple buttons VS me having to put it in the shop multiple times. Luckily another driver helped me out. But they could have easily walked me thru it.

I have used this company multiple times and it’s always been a hassle! Never get my trucks back when promised. Takes forever to get quotes back for needed work. I have been waiting on a body shop quote from Jimmy for over a month and keep getting the run around! Can’t even get him to return my calls! Would not suggest using them to anyone!!

Staff was friendly enough, but could have been more helpful with estimates. Bad news is there are no shuttles to motels. Good news is a good diner across the street.
