Started dealing with these people about a year ago looking for fleet solutions I was pulling in their direction from another vendor and Wayne Michigan, theyve been on top of everything I need with my trailers and trucks service wise John is always friendly anytime I stop in to check in on them see how theyre doing and they are very punctual. Can be happier with the service they provide

We noticed that two of the tires on our trailer needed to be replaced before we headed back to California. We called one place and they told us to call Best One. We did, they got us in the next day. We just had to tow the trailer in to them. They had the tires mounted and we were out of there in 20 minutes! And they didnt try to sell us two more tires for the trailer.

Horse trailer breaks went out and had some grinding coming from the wheels on a trip from MA to IN. Got us in right away, replaced the trailer breaks and repacked the wheel bearings and had us on our way in one day.Great service.

I was supposed to get called back to set up install of two worn parts but they never called. I had to go in to get scheduled. Tires already wore badly from lack of timeliness.

Highly recommend these guys. We blew a tire on our trailer, and had severe wear on two others. They got us in right away, and had us back on the road in no time.

Brought an RV tire in with a screw in the sidewall, obviously tire had to be replaced. Got me in and out in about 15 minutes, service was exceptional!

What great service! Kids and I were on a road trip from Chicago to Toledo when the car signaled low tire pressure. So many turnpike exits were closed! 😦I Googled for a reliable tire service shop and ended up here... at 15 minutes till 5pm on a Friday. No worries. They found the leak I told them we heard, and repaired it. Easy peasy. Likely a piece of metal from the road construction.Im really thankful.
