This guy is nothing short of one of the best mechanics in the business. I cant say enough good things about this place. Prices are reasonable and very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jeremy thank you for your service. This guy has worked on my vehicles a few times and doesnt take long to figure out what is wrong and fixed in no time.

THEY STEAL CAR PARTS BEWARE! After a week of not hearing about my car I pop up to get my car and see whats going on they tell me its my timing belt. The lady at the desk was giving me the run around saying they still wasnt sure what was wrong with it it could be more than the timing. I then have it taken to veldmans where they tell me my whole timing belt was missing and they dont know how it was even possible for my engine to not be messed up. VELDMANS did an amazing job. I will be getting a lawyer no telling how many other car parts they have stolen from others

Went in for an alignment, they told me that they could but it wouldnt be right unless a whole lot more things were fixed. They were were very honest with me about what needed to be done.Very professional, a lot of people would just have done the alignment and taken my money and say nothing else about what might else needed fixed.

Ask them to fix problems on my vehicle they say oh yeah well get to it come to find out it is rigged and then stops working putting lives at risk for $290

I have to be honest...my Experience with Froggys was not a good one. First of all most automotive repair shops are shady but a few are great. I decided to give Froggys on Western Ave in South Bend a try. I took my vehicle there for a brake line repair for the left rear wheel...after 1hr and $200 later I was told to pick it up. The job they did failed 25 minutes before I even made it home...scary when your brakes go out in traffic and since it was on a Friday they didnt open again until Monday. I contacted the owner through FB (and the only reason they get 2 stars) and he surprisingly called me back and assured me that it would be taken care of. I returned on Monday only to be blamed that I unscrewed the fitting that they repaired...that was absurd. After arguing it took them 5mins to tighten a fitting that they didnt tighten enough to begin with. That just reminded me that there are still more shady shops than good ones... GOOD LUCK! 😔

My Buick Ranier was brought here to have a transmission line replaced. I was charged for a hard line and labor come to find out they did not replace the the part they charged for me instead they put a hose and clamp on which was not the appropriate fix or what I was charged for. When confronted they would not refund it. Since the line continued to leak my transmission is also now having problems associated with not have the appropriate part fixed. We will be contacting a lawyer since their incompetence has now costed us a new transmission.

They did great work and where willing to work with you on a time line . If you need car work done go see them.

Where are the HONEST mechanics located because its definitely not at Froggys Automotive care... what ever Froggys Automotive Care tell you please make sure you get it in writing because JEREMY (so called mechanic) is a BOLD-FACED LIAR to cover his own butt... God will handle him way better than I can...Yall just lost a VERY LOYAL customer because of him not owning up to what he said... Although the owner reduced my unexpected bill, the BBB will also be contacted.

For floks that are on a budget this is the place...55 bucks for an alignment....come on u cant beat that. Most places charge between 70 to 90 dollars even more @ some places. Prices are worth the wait. Good jod people.

It was a great experience, I needed a tire and it was fast work!

I have a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer I took my car here on Monday because my car was making a clicking sound and shaking really badly before I took it there I drove up to my parents house my dad said it had something to do with my all wheel drive he knew that without looking at it just by the sound it was making when I pull it up.I took it to them DC Tire and Auto I told them what was going on with the car and that I would like for them to fix my muffler because it was loud they did not fix my muffler they did not fix the clicking problem they put a new Hub on my car said that was the issue charge me 307 dollars for that they got ready to give me my car they pulled it out it was still making the clicking sound they tried to change the other Hub saying that that was the problem before they could do that it took four of them to notice that it was in the all wheel drive gears that was causing the problem they charged me an extra $225 told me itll be done the next day and it was not they did not even order the part cause me to miss my first day of work and my muffler is still loud I will never refer anyone to him and I will not ever give them my service they do have ass Jobs and dont even check to see what the actual problem is they just go under f****** with stuff but before I took it up there for this problem I had them put a transmission in for me and it was leaking I did not even check to make sure that the leak was fixed I took their word for it but I will not ever refer them to anyone ever.

My first time at Froggys, been with DC for years. Prompt and on point. Also familiar with some of the mechanics and they are already familiar with my vehicles. Thanks for serving me. I did have an issue with several employees, including Kyle at the front desk and a couple other employees that came in. I was already in the shop they came in I made Kyle speak. The other two lokked me in my face and didnt say a word. When they all got in the back and mouths were filthy.They could be a little more people friendly.

I have moved to South Bend and had to find another place for my car. I had an emergency awhile ago & pulled into FROGGYS. They took care of me immediately and I was hooked! Being a single woman Im always leary of OVER CHARGED. I am now waiting for tires put on my car! Friendly, funny & great services!

My wife took her car there to get a tire repaired which they repaired but they didnt lift the car correctly which resulted in damage to the door which had to be replaced. And Cody lied about handling it but kept giving us the run around but its okay the company will answer in court and to our insurance. My advice is there are certified auto repair shops less than a mile away from them so please avoid them at any cost.
