Ive been with T-Mobile for over two years and have not had the best experience with them. Yesterday I walked into this sprint store and met Carl. He was very knowledgeable on getting me the best plan and phone. Best part of it he was able to cut my previous bill in half and upgrade me to the IPhone 6s. If you looking to switch over to sprint you need to headed over to the Sprint store on 933 and see Carl. Thank you once again.
Worst customer service ever! They will fast talk you into getting something without telling the WHOLE truth. Then when you call the managers to complain they will treat you like youre a burden!
The agent signed up things I never agreed to...very disappointed.
The current manager at this store is completely disinterested in resolving any disputes with Sprint. We had a problem where an employee made a mistake that resulted in the extension of our plan without our authorization. Sprint makes it impossible to resolve issues and basically has the attitude that you are locked into their contract, so they will not help you. AWFUL company!

Walking in, the stench of cigarette smoke was powerful, something I had not experienced indoors since the 90s. Coupled with this, the service was unhelpful and my problem was not resolved, only to be fixed in 5 minutes at another local store.
