Horrible after six attempts of calling I went in and they didnt even get product for a new release.. just a mess.They Never have pokemon tcg.. they never answer the phone even if they are standing right next to it with no one in the store .. I know because I called while he was standing behind the counter. He just let it ring while he was on the computer. Pure laziness and lack of customer support.

I enjoy shopping here. They are courteous, and keep a clean store. I found some really good deals, and I would recommend them strongly

I like how GameStop has items that you can’t find at any other store. It can be a bit pricey but you can also find some cool items on the clearance rack. Gave it 3 stars because every time I come in this store, it has a weird smell.

This Is A Must Go To Store If You Havent Already, The Store Itself Is Going Through Major Changes And Will No Doubt Be A Key Asset Once Again To The Gamers Market.

Are they closing this one?? last time i was there, the shelves were lacking like they were closing the place.

This GameStop location is top-notch and quick with transactions! Just expect alot of people in the store because of Covid-19 and limit quantity, messing more people waiting, but once you get up the front, youll be done in a jiffy!

Stopped through to pick up a discounted game first thing in the morning and the shop keeper was busy rn away with shoppers. He showed me the discounted area in the back of the store and I was pretty impressed with his professionalism.Definitely will shop this location again!

Cole is a amazing employee! If you go to this store ask for him he will give you his best advice/opinion and guide you in the right direction. Also ask him about a good pizza restaurant hell tell you about that too I travel from Benton Harbor to this store just to enjoy the company of the employees. One thing I do disagree with about GameStop policy is that if you open a new game you cant return it ! Bummer

My child considers this a destination. The workers treat the cash register as body shields to hide their obvious boredom. The prices in this industry amaze me still, but there is no real choice for gaming. So, my kid is super happy it exists. Not just sorta happy, SUPER. I wish I felt better about it, how they acted, how it is laid out. Each one kinda has that independent record store, I put stuff wherever I want vibe. It could be a lot worse.

Usually have what Im looking for. Its a pretty good store with very nice staff that can have the almost same amount of game knowledge as you. Just kinda hard to find a Switch their when its in stock :/Edit: switches are now more in stock! Nintendo over stocked them so they should usally have one. Also the store gets arranged every now and then.

Out of the four locations around here I like the 933 location the best. The Ireland location is not bad, but it seems like they are less organized. The customer service is good, but can be better depending on whos there the day you go. As with all Gamestop stores, they need bigger facilities. Sometimes, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is terribly hard to navigate through the stores.

Dont think I can really write anything negative about gamestop. Lol

The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and know a lot about what they have, the only thing i wish they had more of is the older systems and games

Better than the store on the north side of south bend or the stores in miahawaka

AMAZING customer service. I returned a PS4 controller because I was unhappy with its quality( I got it with the system, and the rubber was coming off the left stick). The manager, (I think, named Dan),hand to God, pulls a new one off the shelf and starts opening it up. Im a bit confused, so I ask, Wait, is that a new one? He says, Yep, Im gonna give you a new one for the trouble. I dont think Ive ever gotten such great customer service anywhere of this quality. I think I have a new favorite store.

Good store just greedy. Resident evil 4,5,6 are 21 something for used. 20 for it new.

They absolutely never pick up the phone and on top of it the voice mailbox is full, why even have a phone? And I can 100% attest to the person who says their is a homeless guy loitering in there, I know exactly who you are talking about. At least 4 times Ive seen him sitting on the floor and I feel bad for him, but he literally does smell up the entire store and Ive walked out due to the smell at least twice because it was THAT bad.

I got a game at game pre owned ... so i was thinking well they check if the pre owned games work so i bought nba 2k14 and once i started playing it started freezing and the announcers of the game started talking in the 3rd quarter even doe i was in the 4th with only 1 minute left into the game and i look at the disc nothing but scratches and i have the game for about a month and it keeps on doing the same ... to all employees check the games when people are going to trade them in
