Lindsey was so very helpful to pick out frames and fit correctly. Lindsey also helped me when I picked up glasses. My nose bridge is small and the nose pads fit very comfortably.Lindsey is very knowledgeable and efficient

I can not say enough great things aboutEyemart! Upon entering I was immediately greeted and was told to sign in and I would be taken care of shortly. I only waited about 15 minutes. Lindsey took excellent care of me. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses (you know how that can be) she was not pushy nor did I feel as if I had to hurry and pick one. She is very professional and is very knowledgeable in what she does. The entire experience was just amazing. I did have to go back for a slight adjustment the following week. Again, the same exact greeting upon my arrival. This time Josh was helping me. He was just as awesome as Lindsey. He too was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. You could tell he genuinely cared. And I must add the price is also great. I will never go anywhere else. They are the BEST!!!!

Let me start off by saying Joshua is awesome and knows his stuff! He helped me so much. After I purchased my glasses, I got a text saying my glasses were ready in 16 minutes! I couldnt believe how fast they were. I am 38 years old and have been wearing contacts since I was 16. I only wear glasses if my eyes get infected from my contacts. My pair of glasses are so old so I got a new prescription.I went in Eyemart Express and signed in. It took them just a few minutes to help me. The place is very clean and they are all so nice and welcoming and very professional. I will definitely be back.I dont care much for glasses and feel I look goofy in them. Joshua asked me what my favorite color was and I said purple. I said I probably wouldnt like purple glasses though and guess what I got? Yep, purple glasses. And I love them! The brand is Quill and they feel so good and fit perfectly. I am going to start wearing glasses more because my eyes need a break from contacts after 22 years. I am going to go back and get another pair soon. Eyemart has tons of frames to choose from and super fast at making them! I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

After breaking my glasses on a Saturday with no true backup plan, I was lucky enough to find a doctor to get me a new prescription, I went to get new glasses and was told “Just so you know, our lab is closed, but we should be able to have them done early Monday”. No problem, I knew it would possibly be an issue. After speaking with the associate and picking out frames, he then assured me they would be done that day, as they had the lenses and frames in stock. Well, 2 pair of glasses in 30 minutes is by far the best thing I could have asked for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will DEFINITELY be shopping there from now on!

My family and I will definitely be using this Eyemart Express location for all of our eyewear needs! Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by all of the staff. It was such a welcoming and inviting environment. I was able to quickly and easily find a pair of glasses that complimented my face! On Thursday, July 8, 2021 my husband and I both went to this establishment to get our glasses made. When I arrived at the store there was 12-15 people waiting to either pick up their glasses or buy some. I thought to myself that it was probably going to be a big mess. It was near the end of the day and there was three people working with patients.We were met by Christa, who was very professional and friendly. She assisted both of us in finding our glasses and fitting them. She did a great job and both of us are very grateful that we had her help. I will definitely return and spread the good news about this establishment.

I went to David. Bercher for my eye exam. Than went to eye mart to get my glasses i got by focas, trans lens, and scratch proof lenses. Worse set of glasses i have ever owned. I have worn glasses my whole life. The lenes are a mess. Scratches all over the lenes. Little round circles right in the middle of each lens. I have been wearing.my old glasses instead of the new glasses i got from Eyemart. I have every pair of glasses i have ever bought some from the 70s and 80s. None of them have scratches and the mess that is on this pair. I am 65 years old and have not seen anything like this before. From DAY. One. A mess. I do not miss treat my glasses because their so expensive . This is so sad!!!

Awful experience. The place was filthy and Completely understaffed. Had glasses on the shelves upside down and broken. the manager didn’t really want to help anybody and decline THREE calls while we were waiting to be helped. She was very rude especially to people trying to spend money. She made rude and racial slurs towards customers and jokes about them to her workers. Wouldn’t get your prescription filled here I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to vision works and received superb customer service. They even apologized on behalf of eyemart express.

I bought and paid over $500 for a pair of glasses. I noticed one of the lenses starting to crack and the crack progressively got bigger. I took the glasses back to the shop and was told that it was stress cracks d/t the type of lens I ordered. They said I would just have to buy a new pair and they recommended me to pay for a different frame. Because they would not make it right, I decided to go to another Dr. I was told that the reason for the crack was that the lens was made too big for the frame and the company I bought them from should have stood behind them. After paying what I did for the frames, I will NEVER deal with them again.

This is the best place that I ever been to getting my glasses done. It only took about an hour and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’m going to tell all my friends and family about this place. This place is AWESOME 👍👍

I was a new customer...Never went to this store before- got 2 pair of glasses at a great price... HOWEVER-They messed up the lenses by making them too strong, I had to go back when I arrived for a remake the staff was very rude, they can’t handle “rush hour”. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I explained to the lady that I needed a remake as it was their mistake on my lenses and she said I’d need to wait and took other people ahead of me that we’re picking up. I will never get glasses there again.You are better off going to lens crafters or WALMART!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She even had the other associates to help me, with their opinions of the style when I couldn’t decide. They were all friendly and helpful.They had to go get the manager, Missy I believe, from outside smoking, for approval on the amazing discount, which took her a couple of minutes to come inside and didn’t seem happy to be there. Other than the manager seeming unhappy it was a great experience.

Service was fast and courteous. Once I picked out my frames and lenses they were able to apply my insurance quickly. After that they made the glasses in less than 15 minutes. Id highly recommend getting glasses here, especially if you dont want to wait weeks for your glasses to be made.

The minute I walked in I was greeted with a,”Welcome to Eyemart!” by an employee. Was promptly helped. After my purchase was made, they told me it would be 2 hours. I was impressed at that time frame. I went out to my car and was finishing listening to a podcast and 17 minutes later, I received a text that my glasses were ready. I went in and they were crowded but only waited about 10 minutes from walking in to getting my glasses. I am thrilled at the great quality and reasonable price of the lenses and frames, and the friendly, prompt, and courteous employees.

I walked in 25 minutes before closing due to my work schedule. I was expecting to get some dirty looks because no one likes a customer who comes in right before they’re about to close.I was immediately greeted with a “Welcome!”I was told where the men’s glasses were and to let them know when I’m ready. I was not pushed around or given any dirty looks.When I was finished I got the pleasure to speak to Donovan. Wow. Professional on all levels.I told him my situation and explained to him that I didn’t want to be spending a lot of money due to me not having vision insurance. He told me what each lens cost and gave me a recommendation without any pushing or making me feel like I’m just “another” customer.As the paperwork was finishing up we also then realized that we had the same birthdays. HahaAll together, wonderful experience. To be honest. I will be going to Eyemart Express from now on.

People were nice but.... went in hoping to get four pairs of glasses progressive lenses on a new prescription for $79 each as advertised in preparing for a road trip next day.At the end of six hours only one pair was ready, the pair that I wanted lenses replaced in my own sports frame while I bought three new frames with progressivelenses. I was charged $179 for the lens set in my own frame, $79 for the odd pair in their frame and another $79 for the last 2 pair in their frames. Total =almost $340 instead of $160. The other pairs were ready when I returned a week later.

Great local solution for eyewear. I know a lot of people are buying online but this is my 3rd pair of glasses from them plus I’m helping employ people in my local area. Don’t complain about everything shutting down if you don’t buy locally.

I was welcomed when I walked through the door at the South Charleston, WV Eyemart Express & was added to the sign in list to be taken in turn. I was given time to look at the beautiful styles & designs of the glasses & sunglasses. The associate gave me suggestions & their opinion & I appreciated that. I chose an eyeglass frame from the Success Collection & have received several compliments. The sunglasses frame needed to have full coverage in all directions & to be wider at the temples because I’ve suffered from chronic migraines since my early teens & can’t wear regular glasses during that time. My choice was from the Runway Sunwear Collection. I am thrilled with both of my choices.Thanks Eyemart Express.

They advertise 1 hour. They had everything in stock but I was told glasses would be ready in 2 days. I had the same experience a few years ago. So I have been there twice and they have never lived up or honored their advertisement. They also pushed their high end lenses only to find out they would have to order them and would be another 14 days. Will never go back.Follow up after your suggestion to contact customer service:Well I called Customer Service as suggested at 8:07 am and got a recording advising normal business hours were from 8 to 5. I waited until 8:30 am and called back got the same recording and advised me to leave a message. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

The store did a great job! I love my new glasses! The only issue was the time it took! There VERY busy and did not have enough people working. I waited an hour and a half to be seen and 2 hours to pick up my glasses.

I was treated so well when I went in this store to get glasses. Joshua not only helped me find the perfect frames but explained why some frames that I liked would not work well with the bifocal lenses I needed combined with the type of work that I do revealing the reason to me I was having so much trouble with my old glasses. Joshua measured everything perfectly so when I picked up my glasses no adjustment was needed. Great experience with buying new glasses.I was not able to get my glasses the same day so I had to go back the next day to pick them up but they were perfect when I got them.

As a senior citizen i needed help in selecting a stylish frame choice and Joshua explained all of my different prescription options. On many levels he was an answer to my prayer... he was both professional and personable. Josh, Thank you for making my day brighter. I really am still smiling... :)

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from this location. Stephanie greeted me pleasantly as soon as I entered the location. Stephanie was attentive to my needs and helped guide me through the entire process. I gave her my budget and she helped me find glasses to fit my budget. I have always had a good experience, however, I went there on a Saturday around 2pm because there was a crack in my glasses. I was told Monday they would be ready. They are not around the corner from where I work. I chose them because of same day service only to be told we close at 5pm. Which is fine. But the same day service is conditional so not really convenient. This happened twice. If I wanted to wait I could go to Wal-Mart. Never going back. Will livewith the tiny crack.

My experience was great!!!! Stephanie was the lady that waited on me. She made me feel right at home and gave me one on one attention, which I appreciated dearly. If it wasnt for her I feel I wouldnt have gotten the service that I did. When I went back in to get my glasses she spoke to me and recognized me right away. Set there for over an hour to get glasses for my 12 year old son and still walked out of there without glasses. My son missed time with his Maw Maw that he doesnt get to see very often and was very upset. I heard them telling people behind me that it would be a 30 minute wait and I told them they better correct that and stop lying to people because I was in there for an hour and still didnt get waited on. Will not be back!

Fast and friendly service, even when there are several customers in the store and all the service employees are busy taking care of a customer they take a second to greet you when you come in and let you know youll be taken care of as soon as possible. When they do get to you they do take care of you and inform you of all their specials. Cant beat their prices and quality is just as good.
