What a great experience with my glasses. I went in to have my reading glasses adjusted and the Manager of the store was able to not only adjuster them perfectly, but also made me feel like a valued customer. This is a great store and very well managed.

While happy to finally get an appointment I waas apprehensive approaching my eye exam. Obviously, staff was following newly implemented covid19 safety precautions. Still they remained fast and friendly enough to put me at ease. The Dr. answered all my questions and preformed a thorough eye exam, then took my info to reschedule what needed to be postponed(?? guidelines suggest waiting to dialate eyes.???) One Glasses and contact lens prescription later I left wearing a pair of contact lenses and a satisfied smile.

Called with no answer after 2 1/2 minutes of ringing a guy answers and says he dosent take my insurance. I call my insurance and they inform they they do so I call back 9 minutes of ringing he answers again and tells me I need appointment then hangs up again. I call back and the phone is off the hook so I assume he dosent want my business 🤬2/14/20 6:23 pm. Would love for a manager to contact me
