I came in here with my wife to upgrade our phones both rahat and kushi were so s helpful and we were able to get $700 off just for trading in our phones. the best service we ever had at an at&t store

I came in here to upgrade my phone and buy a few accessories. The staff were so helpful and kind, they really took their time to make sure I received the best promotions available. This is now my go to place for all my phone needs. Best service and staff in town!
I don’t typically leave reviews but the service here was fantastic. I came in worried about upgrading to a new phone because I didn’t know whether or not all my information would transfer, but both employees were able to help me out excellent customer service!
Quick, and very friendly atmosphere Jordan and dayQuan were very helpful I had to stay a little bit after closing to set up my new phone I kept apologizing for keeping them they were happy to do so I had a very willing spirit had a wonderful trip.
IF I COULD PUT 0 I WOULD!!! WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC AND THERE ARE SICK EMPLOYEES COMING INTO WORK. I will never EVER COME BACK HERE. NOT TO MENTION THE EMPLOYEE WORKING, WAS CLEARLY SICK- but WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?! I am now worried SICK FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. I am a high risk for getting Covid and not surviving from it. YOU PEOPLE SURE SHOW HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS PANDEMIC AND PUTTING CUSTOMERS LIVES AT RISK!!
It was great Experience. I though switching from T-mobile with same number will be difficult. But Rahat at AT&T made it really easy for me. On top of this he was able to give me a $700 off on my new Iphone 11 Pro. Really happy with the service.

Recently been to this store, had a very good experience with this AT&T store Rahat the store manager is very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and listens in detail to the customers request . He works very hard to maintain a very good relationship with the customer and gives 100 % from this end . His staff is also very helpful to the customers request .
Avoid at all cost... they charged me for activation what was illegal!!
I came in here just to pay and bill and the staff here was so nice, they noticed I was paying extra and saved me money on my bill! And also walked out with a new phone gave me a nice promotion and they took they’re time set set my phone up it was quick and they answered all my questions thank you Rahat and Cheyenne will be recommending friends to this location .
The male employees seem that they don’t have a clue of what they are doing. I went in the store to purchase a new phone and have my old phone trade in .After the new phone is activated . The sales person told me to take the trade in phone and bring it back the following week. After coming in the following week he said that the phone is not charging good. The phone charged up to 3% for 10 minutes and he told me that the phone was no good. That he is not going to take it.
My phone was stolen, Rahat & Cheyanne were immediately concerned made sure I had as much information as possible, assisted me with filing my insurance claim, and helped me upgrade to a brand new phone which I’m very happy with would recommend for anyone in need of courteous customer service.
I walked in and the atmosphere was very friendly and customer service was very good. They communicate as I had to wait my turn. I heard the rep being very attentive to the other customers so I certainly didn’t mind.Ronak was informative on other service and got me what I needed really fast.

I am very disappointed with this AT& T authorities store, I wish I can give them negative review.The person he called him store manager lack of experience and responsibility, does not know whole plan details or scheme, they can sign off any plan and change in few days.You can search on company website instead you ask them and read your own.Never go this store for purchase or new plan, completely waste of time and money you realized in few days.I do not like give anyone negative comments but I would like people aware.
I wish I had an option to give less than 1 star. This location doesnt only have unprofessional staff but they will make you feel how less important you are to AT&T. They are an expert liars and just want to make a sale. The new management is one step ahead. They will abuse you if you are in the store and blame you for buying from old management and virtually make you feel lowly. I have made numerous trips to this store for selling me phones with false information. I visited this store and last experience was just horrendous where the guy was virtually howling and said their job was done after the sale. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I would give them a zero star rating but google doesn’t let me do that. These two employees just didn’t seem like that they wanted to work or something. The guy came off with a big attitude and the girl was just on her phone the whole time while I was asking questions. I feel if your working at a phone store or represent AT&T these aren’t the people to do it. Someone should take responsibility for there actions and fire them.

Worst time of my life. Never had a worst experience than this. I go into the store looking to switch over from Verzion and this man says there aren’t any promotions. So I called AT&T and they told me to they have a buy one get one free offer. These people who work at this AT&T store should learn how to talk to customers.
Words can’t express how awful the employees are at this store. I hope someone from upper management shows these employees how to treat customers and how to handle themselves with some good customer service. That all I got to say.
This store is a joke! The same manager that is making claims to correct issues left from the previous manager has also made the same empty promises. It has been months with countless visits to the store just to be told the manager is not in or they will call me back and no call. Now my emails are being ignored. Save yourself the headache and do not shop here.
Ths place has horrible management. Today I wanted to purchase a iPhone s max with iPhone watch but the sale guy was so into his personal phone that he was never paying any attention to what I wanted to say. So I walked out of the store. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one to feel like this buy the employees.
There has recently been changes to this location and the employees that are mentioned in the reviews are no longer with the company. Please give them a second chance. It will be worth it.

I had a scary experience at this location. There was this guy by himself, no other employees or customers. I was there to upgrade my plan. He took my ph# my email and when came to payment, says he cannot take cash??? And when I questioned why he couldnt say it at the start or have a sign saying that, he got all abusive and asked me to leave. He even started cussing. I really wanted to call the cops, but my hsbhusb just wanted to let go of the incident.All these positive reviews, have to be about someone else being at the store or made up.

One of the worst customer service you will get in this store. I preordered a new iPhone from this store and they gave the store shipping address as delivery.My iPhone arrived on the 1st day of the launch - and the next thing you notice that the iPhone was taken back by FedEx because the store was closed.And here goes the excitement of having a new iPhone on Day 1 in drain.And to add to frustration, FedEx tried to deliver for an additional 3 days and every day the store was closed without the owner caring about notifying us.The day this store was open a college kid who was in the store said that the owner has gone to Texas to attend a marriage. Wow when we wasting hours following up with ATT and FedEx how to get the iPhone.I had to follow-up with FedEx multiple times to get the phone delivered to FedEx store so that I can pick-up from the FedEx store.I have filed a notice of dispute with ATT and waiting for their response considering the amount of hours I spent to get my iPhone.Beware folks before going to this store. Hope this review helps.
Some of associates did not know their job.
Just went to look into purchasing a new phone and the store hours say open until 8.Its 630. Lights are on inside the store but literally seems no one is there. Doors were locked and not even a sign up explaining the inconvenience.

This store employees are terrible, walked in and wanted new lines and the employees didnt want to help. They seemed uninterested and RACIST, will not go back to this store again.
These people are extremely rude. I was going there to put a new sim card in my iphone. when I arrived there, they told me to pay 15 bucks for a sim card. I decided to let him take out the sim from my old phone, cut it to fit in my new phone, and put in the iphone. Then apparently I get told that my phone isnt unlocked and that the sim card wont work. Now I dont have a sim card for my old phone and he is making me pay 15 dollars to replace something he did. (break the sim card) moral of the story is do not go to this STORE

Go anywhere else then here. Had been an AT&T customer for 10 years and the nonsense coming out of the employees, that I have to be an account holder to access my wife’s account. I went to then another store and they helped me out. Never going back here in my life.
