My go to spot for all my video game needs. First time at this location and was greeted right away. I forgot the persons name but he was extremely helpful. Cashier, really didnt interact I guess he was too busy talking to the customer at another register. I do recommend this store.

A good place to buy and sell video games. I used to come in here a lot more than I do now because I download more of my games than get physical copies of them. That said if youre big into having the game in hand this is the place to go. They also have a small selection of collectors items but nowhere near as big as a place like FYE. In all, not a bad place to go to for video games. They dont give you all that much money for your old games, but they have to make money I guess. Always trade in for the most value.

This is by far the best GameStop in the area. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The games and accessories are almost always in stock and ready to pick up when reserved online. (I love that feature) Also always willing to share upcoming games that you may be interested in or ones that you may have missed but you should try and check out. There are no long waiting lines and even on release dates you are in and out of there. The store is just well managed and staffed.

Great customer service and helping me trade in my consoles quick and easy

Went on black Friday the place was packed but the stuff 2qs able to keep the line moving and help the customers.

The cashier kept trying to up sell items I knew I didn’t want (which I get is their job). However he kept scanning the different items onto the bill and forgot to take one off and charged me for something I didn’t want/get. I didn’t realize until I got home. This is the second time I have to return to the store after a mess up. Last time, they forgot to put the game I bought into the case.

Nice gentlemen who work there. Never to crowded when we go.

GREAT STORE.... LOVE THE ANIME COLLECTABLE FIGURES ! SELLING ANIME AND OTHER TOYS WAS THE BEST THING THEY COULD OF DONE. You can go on line to get it them cheaper. YES...there a bit pricey BUT for the walk in purchase its worth it!

Pretty regular gamestop with kind employees.

This is no longer my go to gamestop. I called yesterday afternoon in regards to the GOW release and asked if I need to pre-order or to buy it or can i just come in. I was told I can just come and buy a copy. I get there and then Im told they cant sell it to me until everyone comes who pre-ordered. This makes no sense to me. Shouldnt they know how many pre-orders they have vs their stock and know how many they can sell to non pre-orders. Anyway I called another in Watchung and was able to pick it up no problem.

Its your standard gamestop experience the staff is mostly helpful and friendly and they usually have all the current games in stock. But like any other gamestop i dont recommend trading in your games and hardware because they give you almost nothing on trade in
