I was assisted by a very nice patient young woman RiRi and the process of transferring an old cell to an upgraded cell was completedIn a professional manner within an hourMuch easier then day prior too I was text chat with 3/4 representatives for like three hours to try to complete the taskTherefore I highly recommend this store.
The staff at the store was very helpful, custer service over the phone sucked, nothing accomplished! If in the area., stop by and ask for Drew Dunbar.....he was very professional and helpful!
Worst experience. I’d give a 0 if I can. They made me wait for an hour before they could attend to me, they cleared up the queue before and after me! No idea why they made me wait for no reason.What’s worse, they’re totally ill-informed of the current plans. 611 gave me a rundown of what plans exist and these guys were giving me another one that would have put me in soup.The icing - they delay the whole thing to come back to me to say, they can help me get the upgrade to the phone or a new line simply coz they had to close the store in 15 min. Like i had asked them to stall for 1 hour!Seriously, don’t even bother going here. Just call 611!
I will say that the staff here is working the hardest that they can, I will recommend the following;1. Know what you qualify for, call customer service or check your sprint account! F,y,i T-Mobile has updated credit classes- you may now need a down payment. If your account has been suspended in the last 12 months, be prepared!2. Bring a valid ID /Be account holder! They scan IDs.3. Don’t bring your entire family, people brought their 8 kids, 3 aunts, and cousins - we are in a pandemic, don’t screw up capacity limits! Don’t put people at risk! Wear a mask!4. If you’re looking for the hottest device, they can’t hold it for you- if you aren’t making it to the store in 5 minutes, pretty sure those counts are irrelevant.While we were there, we got lucky. However the lady behind was was waiting for 2 hours! Their computers are behind, slow and full of issues. Don’t huff and puff crying about the wait- it makes you look like a Karen/Kyle!Treat sales staff with respect, or go online / best buy!This store was great!
I Bought Phone from store, Guy explains me i I buy warranty and Glass Gard, both, next time if i brake my glass, i will get free one every time, After couple of weeks, i went back to change cracked glass gard, Guy Name (Armando) refuse to change and told me to go to other location available, in Shopping Mall, and then he told me to leave, and He called, cops, big tall guy Cop said me if I’m not satisfied with T Mobile i should go another store.,,,, what a Great Service by Tmobile, (Mr. Armando ) said he owns this store and he’s the 1 who makes rules, Clap, Clap, T Mobile sucked

I went yesterday, November 2 to get my phone screen fixed. It took literally two minutes for the employee to take my phone to see what the phone tech would say and to come back with my phone and say it cannot be repaired. He then handed me a phone number to call in order to get a new phone. I was extremely upset due to the fact that the insurance wanted me to pay $275 for a new phone. I got no help from them. Meanwhile, I decided before paying for a new phone, that I should check Apple. With Apple Care+, they fixed my screen for $30! I added it upon arrival and left with a new screen protector. Cancelled my insurance with T-Mobile.
I called a day before I came into the store ..I was told false information...the employee there look like he didnt wanna help me at all...I just wanted to add a line soon as I got in I was told the electricity shut the computers down...my think is if the computers is shut down why is the store still open???he just didnt wanna help me and I hope its not cause of my skin color so disappointed...I paid 30 dollars Uber wit my son along just to get refused service...

I am giving 1 star as there is no option to give 0 star.Please avoid going to this store if you have any other option.Even if you have to drive 10 more miles to go to another store, I would recommend doing that.I had an issue last week when I tried to port my number from T mobile to Sprint.I went to this store 3 times to get some help in this regard.Each of my visit, the associates in the shop would tell different silly reasons and they wouldnt help me.They have zero knowledge.They even said you cannot move between sprint and T mobile as they both are now merged which obviously is not true.I am so frustrated with their support, not just that they didnt provide any solution, but none of the associates in the store even tried to help.Worst customer service ever!!!!
I will start off with my general experience getting set up through sprint was an absolute nightmare. Purchased phones on site, they were sent without sim cards causing phones to not operate, and because it was a transfer of service previous providers phones were in active during the set up process. after numerous phone calls and attempts to resolve I went to the nearest location. This one. Initially the manager Brian was very kind in helping resolve all the issues that entailed. In fact left very happy and had resolution. ....THEN the bill came and it was not pretty. My bill came to almost $150 over what was stated to me. Then again the numerous calls to sprint and endless hold times to try and resolve, out to the store for help. Complete 360 from my first encounter. Brian was not in, and tried explaining to the man who supposedly was the assistant, was rude, and said I had to call customer service. After explaining I was told to come in he said he could not help me, now mind you he did not even go as far as to look into the account. I stated I was going to call customer service again while I was in the store, and he replied : you go ahead and do that : He went on to the next customer, when he was finished I waited to discuss again, and he looked around the cubicle and smirked?? Another customer was waiting and he said Ill take you sir. The other customer awkwardly stated oh no he was first its fine. He then looked at me again rolling his eyes at me and said to the other customer oh no Ill take you first. With that the appalling anger and disgust that had penned up at this time I stood up abruptly and left. I immediately called corporate to file a complaint against this individual.So again here I sit again waiting for some sort of resolution and help to my concerns. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SPRINT 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Lingo. It has far been anywhere near that.This entire process has been nothing but a, nightmare, a headache, and a lot of my own wasted time. I strongly recommend thinking twice about dealing with this company, and this location.
Ended up going to this location due to the terrible service at the East Brunswick location. Wanted to preorder the Note 10 plus. Paid off one phone. Upgraded and upgraded note 9. Fast and simple service. Store is farther than East Brunswick but staff was far more knowledgeable and helpful. Guess Ill be going back there from now on.
Giving one star as there is no option for a zero star. This store location has reps who won’t treat customers with respect. One would get an idea that employees were forced to deal with customers out of no interest within minutes of interaction. If sprint needs to expand their footprint and customer satisfaction, they should improve the store location staff attitude.

Horrible customer services. The man helping us didn’t act like he cared nor wanted to be there at all he was be little me and my family. Smart remarks kept walking away mid conversation rolling his eyes and on top off rushing us because he was impatient I suggest never coming here I plan to switch to Verizon due to this horrible services in sales 3/8/2019
Slow with customer service
The story rd is easy to locate. I went to get the sim card which 2 other stores denied to give it to me. This employee knew exactly what I wanted. I was out in 10 minutes. Great..
The store is very slow getting you in and out. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly, but some of the employees are rude and we feel they dont really care.
I came in today for an upgrade, Ahmad’s customer service was great. He was so kind and helpful he answered all the questions I had and I would come definitely come back to THIS store.

My husband and I walked in with the intention of getting his new phone. We sign in and waited over an hour! but as usual we were pass over for someone who just walk in. Even after an employee came to us and ask us the reason for our visit we explained we wanted a new line and she proceeded to inform us they where busy and it would be a while. As current sprint customers we are extremely disappointed in the lack of service. Because of this experience we might now consider another carrier. For lack of poor service.Sincerely disappointed customers.
Not at all customer friendly / lack simple courtesy: makes me doubt my decision to switch to sprint:Visited on Wednesday December 4th 7:45pm, check-in kiosk not working there were 4 employees chatting but none came up to ask/say hello. Sprint mailed wrong sim with my phone. When I stated problem, response was we do not have that Sim type. No courtesy even to ask if another store had it, instead gave me a number to call (when my phone was not working), I tried to call from. A store phone they deliberately kept increasing music volume of music speaker near me (I had my kids with me hence did not feel safe to argue) . In contrast other Sprint store at Menlo park (had to drive 30min) solved my problem by just replacing Sim# in system.
Assistant manager is very disrespectful, and needs customer service training. He will never become a manager with that attitude. Dude it’s only a cell phone store, everyone has one, be thankful someone came to your location over the hundreds to choose from.

Poor customer service. I asked rep what was the difference between paying cash vs credit for a screen protector. I was told it was because he had limited cash and could not produce change for large Bills. I told them I had a S8 and mistakenly left off plus. I had already paid cash for S 8 and i wanted a refund as they had none for S8 plus. I was told they could not refund me cash and would have to mail me a paper check, that would be recieved within 5 business days. They were very nonchalant about it even though I asked in the beginning what was the difference between cash vs credit. They said it was my fault for giving wrong model. My phone was sitting in front of rep the entire time during transaction other Sprint offices look at phone and dont blame customers for something they neglected to disclose. There are better offices dont waste your time going to this one. I unequivocally do not reccomend this store.
No help when it comes to phone service/support. Assistant Manager says, All we do is buy/sell phones. Its worth the drive to go to an alternative store for better customer service and assistance.

We went and asked for new sprint SIM card and the lady sitting over was very mean she started to blabber that I am only responsible for mobile repairs I don’t find why you guys are coming and checking with me about SIM cards. I don’t know if she had minimum common sense she would know how we will be knowing who is sitting where. There were not even any sign boards . Disgusting!!
Slow and understaffed.
Was a clean store and easily accessible via the Hadley Center right next to the Movie Theatre. I had just recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy that worked with Sprint, so I was switching networks and was a little worried. However the guy helping me made it very painless and I was in and out with a fully set up phone in less than an hour. They even called my old provider to cancel and to keep my old number. Was super easy. Its a little more a month than Im used to paying but I have Insurance as part of the deal and free Hulu.

After coming to this store to get my iPhone 8plus, my faith in humanity has been restored as their amazing employee, DESTINY DOZIER, served me with the utmost respect and courtesy. She was extremely nice, (not to mention beautiful........ I mean, come on, those nails and hair -- YES GIRL -- its as if she goes to a Kardashian/Jenner salon). While here, Destiny synced ALL of my contacts and pictures, and even helped me find the PERFECT accessories!! She made the process extremely easy and this store should know what a quality employee they have on their hands. If it werent for Destiny, I would have had to RE-DOWNLOAD all of the pictures of my dog in order to see them. BUT NO, Destiny was right there and knew exactly how to transfer them to my new iPhone. She truly cared about the important and valued photos on my phone, and even asked if I was to sync my contacts -- because she reminded me that it is okay not to remember all of my friends numbers!In addition to Destinys amazing customer service, and superior knowledge of technical assessories and devices, she made me feel respected and valued. She even asked about my day (in a way that made me truly important) and we spent minutes talking about latest life events. While she knew exactly what she was talking about regarding my device, and was entirely accurate and efficient with my purchase, she was extremely helpful and I value her service. If I could, I would have tipped her immensely, but unfortunately I spent too much in this store. As such, I hope this review will be my payment to her swift and efficient help.To continue, Destinys upbeat personality and bubbly atmosphere made me feel happy and refreshed. While it can be quite stressful to spend money on a new phone and accessories, she reminded me that its okay to treat yourself every now and then! This was an amazing reminder as I am sometimes very hard on myself and am resistant to allowing new gifts and gadgets. Destiny reminded me that it is okay to splurge, and I owe it to myself with all the hard work I do!Thank you, Destiny. You are an amazing contribution to this Sprint store. They are the worst. This is my second time going into this store and having to call customer service on how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful they are. I had a scheduled appointment that they did not honor and after making me wait 30 min, The Manager ARMANDO was rude and figured he would try to prove a point, because he was annoyed by my inquiry on why they do not honor appointments made online, by deciding not to help me and have me wait for another rep even after I sat and watched him help 3 other people. Did I mention that he wasnt doing anything when he had me continuously wait for someone else. My opinion, they need to get a new professional team in that store. Overall, all I wanted to do is pick up a phone I ordered and paid for online. It took all of 5 min to take care of me when I was seen. Again this store is terrible!!! Me giving them at least one star on this review is still too much.

Ive had couple bad experiences with this store. Have come here twice to take out couple leases. They were understaffed both times and I had to wait for one rep to attend me, even though I saw more than 4 employees. The same rep helped me both times. Took almost an hour because he kept helping someone else. Overall I avoid this store due to unwelcoming staff, lack of customer service, long waiting time.
Asked for help that to a woman who says she charges 75 to $500 to look to your phone and diagnose any problems decided to leave
Only 2 employees working. It was a very long wait to return the headphones.
They add insurance charges to phones without informing you and charge restocking fees and wont waive the fee for any reason even if item purchased the same day. Called Sprint directly and they took care of it for me. Dont buy anything from this store without questioning every charge! I wont be back and neither should you.

Worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I was being helped by someone who walked off to help someone else. I asked another associate for assistance, and she refused to help me. Go somewhere else, this place is terrible.
