Ellie is the bomb dot com and she helped me get the perfect henna for my hair. She rocks and the henna is great too!

The sales associates here are on some sort of power trip. I love the products but honestly avoid shopping here due to the way they talk down to you, and won’t let you just shop around without pressuring you into buying a certain product. Annoying

Came here because I love scrubs that are without chemicals. I was greeted by an incredibly pleasant woman who worked there. As luck would have it the coffee scrub I bought in Rome was here, which I didnt realize was a lush store when I was at the Rome train station in Italy. She was super helpful and even told me about some of the other great products they have. Between the the bath bombs, scrubs, masks, among other things, I knew I wouldnt remember everything they had. I got this great little booklet with a list of their items with my purchase. This woman made all the difference in my shopping experience and I would recommend whether youre a woman or a man, to stop in and take a look at what they have.

I fell in love in at this store......literally, the women here were so helpful with an abundance of knowledge in the products. Along with the variety and cleanliness of the store. Stephanie was super helpful on suggesting some products for my skin for the colder months to help retain the glow and moisture. I will definitely stop back in !

The best experience I’ve ever had at a Lush store

The staff here are so accepting and friendly. As a man shopping for myself at Lush, I dont feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The staff at this particular location were extremely helpful, particularly the only girl that was there when I went who had very short hair (on the receipt is said staff # 2013737). She was doing an amazing job at keeping up with the amount of visitors entering the store and making sure that they were sanitizing their hands or washing them at the test sinks. Even with all of the commotion, she still managed to help me find a bath bomb that I liked! Props to her for going above and beyond.

I really like Lush in general and this location rocks. Everyone here is super chill and very helpful! I get easily overwhelmed and this place is over stimulating as hell! to make it better its in a mall... The people who work at this location are so calm and fun it makes it really easy to shop here! also A+ for their shampoo bars and limited packaging!

Stephanie at this location was very kind, charismatic, and helpful! She explained the story behind a lot of LUSH products and told me all her favorites and why. She let us keep some samples of products we were unsure about, but I didn’t have trouble finding plenty of things I loved!

So Im going to be honest, I never buy bath bombs, and before coming here I thought it was a waste of money. Anyways, one of the employees, I dont remember his name, offered to show one of them in one of those bowls they use. And literally I put my hand in it and it was so so soft. Also the employee was extremely nice and helpful, and knowledgeable, so it made my visit really awesome. You guys were able to turn someone who had no interest in your product, to someone who will definitely be your customer in the near future.

Man or woman Lush is the place to get your bathroom essentials. Everything in this store smells amazing and generally lasts as long or longer than what your using now. Ask for samples and see how amazing it really is.

Amazing, all natural handmade products with untold amounts of scent variety. Clearly labeled vegan or vegetarian, extremely low waste store. A staff member will speak to you within fifteen seconds of walking in the door. They really want to show you stuff so hang on, but theyre incredibly friendly and everyone knows their stuff. Highly recommend the red henna hair dye, will never use anything else!

Awesome place. This location is not the pushy salesman like other lushes can be. Very attentive and willing to help if needed.

The staff seem to know less and less about the products theyre talking about and push more for sales made out of consumer ignorance than anything. A lot of their stuff is overpriced as well, and if NATURAL is your thing, youre better off buying from other retailers.

The shampoo bars are the best. I literally only buy those. The staff was super personable too.

I went in recently with some acne problems and dry skin - the associate that waited on me (I wish I could remember her name!) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. She listened to me explain my issues and suggested a few products to use in conjunction with each other that might help. Its only been a few days but my skin feels so much better. Another associate also talked my boyfriend into trying some beard wash - I think Ill buy him some for his birthday! All in all amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, and wonderful products :)

Small lush store, but they seem to have everything! when something is out of stock (has only happened once) the employees are super helpful in letting you know when they will get that item back in stock

The staff at LUSH at the Maine mall are amazing! Theyre always helpful, nice, and never pushy. They always help me find what I need or just chat with me.

We go here all the time and always leave laughing with smiles on our faces. Tonight in particular stood out, as my 4 year old with special needs was excited to pick out mommys baby a bath bomb. The girls were so generous and went above and beyond to make my little man smile. Thank you all so much, and we will continue to come!

Its very expensive. But I do love their products. And I love that they are not tested on animals. Though some times the staff their make me mildly uncomfortable. Haha

Everything in this store smells like a urinal cake. Its terrible. I recommend going here and buying their goods if you want to smell like stale pee.

Going to the store is a fun expierence. They will give you a niced sized free sample of one of there natural skin care products. Something from Lush makes a very nice gift for some one. They have lots of pre-wrapped packages.

I made an account just so I could write this review. Was in the store on sunday 4/29 ;first, the store was so tidy regardless of the fact it was kind of wild in there . Second, myself and my husband were helped by Destiny, and we absolutely LOVED her . She was so well educated on the products and beyond helpful. Being pregnant im super nervous about what products I use and what is in them but destiny seriously knew every single ingredient, And made me feel so comfortable picking out some goodies to take home. Not only did she know what she was talking about when it came to the products but she was truly kind and caring. Also she got my husband to agree to a facemask by helping him find something he liked. THANK YOU DESTINY ❤️

I went to lush in the mall the other day with my sister and we have both been to lush many times. There was this bowl of dirty water on top of a cabniet for testing bath bombs and under there was a visible bowl of bath bombs. so we were assuming that you were supposed to test out those bath bombs in a bowl, Some of them we crushed anyway. there were no signs and we have seen people do it before so we went ahead and put a bath bomb from one of the bowls into the water bowl to test it out and then we went to checkout to buy one of the sex bath bombs and one of the ladies said did u put a bath bomb in the water and we said ya and then she started freaking out and everyone was looking at us. The bowl of bath bombs that we put one into the water was for demonstration but we didnt know that and they were like freaking out and ya i understand now  it was for demonstration and they have to keep track and we only put one blue one in and it was the only blue one so they shouldnt be freaking out that much about it and they should be more clear and put a sign. Anyways, the stuff was wayyy over priced and the bath bombs were very drying to the face.

The products are awesome but the employees are way too overbearing and try pressuring you into buying things. A bit annoying. If I have a question I will ask.
