I went in looking for a scrub. I walked over to the section that looked like it would have what I needed and started looking around but a tad overwhelmed with what to choose. Thats when Lexy came to my rescue. She asked if she could help me and I told her what I was looking for. She started to show me all the scrubs; what was in them and what they were like (fragrance & feel/consistency. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly. And I just wanted to let her know that I really appreciated not only her help but her kindness. I love the scrub that I ended up choosing. And I loved Lexys enthusiasm in helping her customers. And I ❤ that they are switching to all vegan ingredients in their products 👍👍

My favorite store hands down. The employees are always helpful and sweet. Whatever my question, they always have or find me the answer.The products are amazing and honestly put others stores to shame. If you havent gone in, please do! You dont even know what you are missing....

The lady working there today was so rude to me. I was just trying to smell the product, and she climbed down my throat. Claiming it would cause COVID to spread. I was looking to get my boyfriend some great stuff for his birthday. I went to Bath and Body instead. Can’t stand rude people.

Amazing products!! I have such sensitive skin (even products for sensitive skin still effect it) and all the products here only help my skin! Ever hurts it. Even the makeup, can sleep in it without irration. Staff know a lot and allow you to test a lot. Full refunds too!!!

This store is AMAZING! The staff are always so willing to help and the manager is fabulous. Has been so helpful in figuring out different products and is just amazing. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I hadnt been to any Body Shop locations other than those in NH. I visited the Portland Maine Mall and received the same service I had experienced.The employees were pleasant and offered help if I needed any information about products.
