Love these folks Brooke and Jordan are always on point and have a great selection of tires and a price that you cant beat with a stick!! I recommend diamond tire to all!! I was told at closing time on a Saturday that they had 4 tires I needed, but they couldnt hold them as it was a first come first serve policy. I was told showing up at opening time on Monday would ensure I got the tires. I took time off work and showed up Monday morning at opening time, only to be told they didnt have the tires. Needless to say, I was very upset. Then Jordan offered to buy two tires of the same model out of his own pocket, not knowing I needed 4 tires. Jordan then found 4 similar brand new tires and sold them to me at the same price as the 99% tires I was told would be available. Their communication sucks, but Jordan was AWESOME!!! Jordan deserves a raise and a promotion.

These guys are amazing!! I have come here for replacement of tires, twice for a mail in my tire. They are always quick and they have always been very nice. The price is always affordable. This is my go to shop. I would recommend them to anyone. Please try them out!!

These guys seem to be pretty cool. I hooked them up with 50 free tires from a disposal I did for a company. The guy who helped me unload them was very helpful. I didnt intend on selling them to the shop, but was offered a free repair in the future if I ever needed it. Very cool of them!

Been here 3 times, each time was been a pleasant experience.First time I had some cheapo used tires put on to a commuter car. Price was great.Second time I had them put new mud tires on my truck. The staff are very respectful and friendly. Ive had them replace tires on one car using some of their used tires they sell, and they just patched up a hole in my Jeep tire for $16, and I didnt have to wait. And they even cleaned and shined up all my tires!

We found this place online with tons of great reviews so we tried them out. We had a flat tire then the spare went flat and the closest place was Burt Brothers downtown. They fixed the flat for free but didn’t mention the big bubble in the side wall that was very obvious. So we left and set out to find another shop. We went to Diamond yesterday about 9:30am, the young guy working there helped us immediately and even found the exact same tire with similar tread wear for a great price. We also had an issue with locked lug nuts because the dealership couldn’t find a key to them. He took them off and put on the new ones we brought in for no charge. Super fast, super nice, and super prices. This is why we’ll continue to choose local shops over big chains every time.

Came here to look for tires on my 2015 F250, and the guy was honest with me. Told me, I have at least another 2 years on mine. Mine where still at 7/32 on front and 10/32 on rear. Had them rebalance them and they did a good job. Really good price on tires, new and used

You just dont find this kind of customer service very often anymore. I had to get trailer tires and they had a great price on 2 brand new ones. From the moment I had called I could tell I was going to like them best. They were great!! Every single one of them!

7 years later, quality has gone down. Great staff but the “new tires” I just bought were beat up and had corrosion from rock salt after a thorough cleaning. Diamond tires provides great customer service/satisfaction with the services they provide unlike these big corporate chains in the area. I’ve gotten my tires here which they’ve quoted me reasonable prices. What really stands out about Diamond tires is they have competitive pricing but still provide top of the line service. I ran into a situation where I went to Jiffy Lube looking for a quote to change my rear set break pads & rotors when they quoted me a bizarre number. I hesitated to work with Jiffy Lube so I called Diamond Tires & they gave me a better quote plus more. I thank Diamond Tires for their services & saving me extra money.

I came here a few days ago to get a set of tires for my Lexus. I needed some ASAP as my tires were pretty bald & I had been calling around with no luck as nobody carried the tire size I needed. Called Diamond Tires and the man that answered was very polite and had me bring my car over to see what he could do for me. To my luck, they had my tires at a great affordable price, they were able to get me in & out of there QUICK, and they were professional and SO FRIENDLY! They also have a nice quiet waiting room with a TV & refreshments and toys if you had a little one. I’ll be coming back and would recommend anyone come here!!

After a friend told me to call these guys for used tires I did and they had a matching set of 4 with 50% tread left on all 4 of them which is awesome because my Honda Pilot is AWD, it seems like the tires are newer than that. They were only $160 installed with tax included, what a steal!!! Its rare to find a matching set of 4 used tires but Im glad I did and so glad I didnt spend $500 on a new set of 4, I highly recommend Diamond Tires and will definitely look to them in the future.

Had a screw in my tire. I work nearby so had them fix the tire, they broke my tire sensor, they denied it was them, I watched them struggle trying to get my tire off on their machine. Talked to the manager and he didn’t look like a manager type and he said my light was already on from what I told him, I told him my light was on which notified me off losing air. I aired up to 40 psi to get to work and my light turned off as it should. They don’t take responsibility for what they did.

I had 4 tires to install and called to see if they could get to them on a Saturday afternoon. Jordan told me that they were not that busy and could get to it pretty quickly. When I got there they took my information and got to work. The employees working were hustling and finished the job pretty quickly but apologized for the long wait(even though it wasnt that long). The employees that I interacted with were both very friendly and seemed to be doing a good job. Torqued all the lug nuts down with a torque wrench and took time to clean the tires and wheels after they were done.Found the place online just by the high rating and I was looking for a place that could install them that day. The building and their facility isnt nearly as nice as some of the national tire chains but the price was great and so was the service so I have no complaints. The prices on the used tires they had for sale in the lot seemed more than fair and their install price was excellent so if thats what you are in the market for I would give them a shot.

These guys rock! They have a good inventory of used tires. Their service is always really good. They have a nice waiting around where you can watch TV and help yourself to a cold bottle of water. Theyre open 7 days a week until 6 or 7:00 p.m.. Great place to get tires!

Diamond tires has been terrific for my tire needs over the years. They are trustworthy, competitive, and worth the drive for me. Ive purchased 3 sets of used winter tires over the last 6 years from Diamond Tires for three separate vehicles for a fraction of what Id pay for a set of new tires. The tires had 90% + tread left, and have lasted at least two seasons thus far.I know they are in an out of the way place, and dont have a fancy facility, but they genuinely do a good job there. Would recommend to anyone.

Really great customer service over the phone and in person. Car was taken care of very quickly and I was only getting two tires for the front but the employee mentioned the tires in the back had better tread and could move those to the front for no charge. Nice warm waiting room. When turning into the building area dont be fooled (as I was) by the building off the road with the Diamond Tires sign, it is just to point out you have the right section. The actual shop is down the drive just a little bit on the right. Ill be going back for any other needs that come up.

I had a great experience here! Came in to replace one tire which was pretty quick while we waited in a nice waiting room complete with refreshments. Then they cleaned ALL of our tires for us when they were done which was a pleasant surprise. So nice and so friendly, well definitely be back!

Awesome customer service. Got a flat on the highway which made my tire unfixable. Nearby stores were going to charge me over $100 plus installation. Places were closing soon and I had to drive too far for a donut tire the next day. I called Diamond and asked if they had my size tire. They told me a few different available tires with their tread percentage and price. I asked if I could come in and they said they had shut down their compressor already. I offered to come in the next morning but they insisted on firing it back up and having me come in right then. When I got there they were very friendly and quick. Offered a free tire repair for as long as the tire is repairable. ended up being only $45 for a tire with 85% tread and installation. They did have 100% tread tires available too for not too much more. Will definitely be back when I need tires.

I love diamond ties and I have been here 2 times now and I plan to come back. They are quick and fast. They know what they are doing And they are also very kind and good with people. Not to mention you save a ton of money for good tires! I haven’t had an issue with anything! The waiting room has air conditioning. Great people. Always helpful, good prices. Recently got a great price on four used tires. Owner almost always on sight working hard to make things right for customers. Honest and up front about what they can do for you right away. If they see any other issues they will let you know right away. Not sure of all services they can do but they offered me a brake job (definitely needed) cheaper than anyone else in the valley. Will get my business for all future needs. Great place and prices for tires. Purchased tires for my two vehicles already and haven’t had an issue with any of them. Great selection of tires from new to used ones. New tires have warranty and they will cost you half the price comparing to other stores that are overpriced. You can find good brands, such as Yokohama, Nexen, sumimoto, etc... I recommend this store to anyone that want to pay real price for good quality tires. Diamond tires keep it up the same way, with great customer service.

1st real snow storm of the season and they were slammed with people wanting 4 winter tires. They took each one on a first come first serve basis and worked through them in nasty wet cold weather quickly and efficiently as possible. They have a comfortable, well stocked waiting room and even though the wait was long, they kept things moving along.

Every staff is kind, honest, and quick. Ive visited here a couple of times for a tire change and to fix leaking. They have been meticulous and nice. Jordan (hopefully I spelled it right) especially has saved me not once, but twice with a reliable and fast work (My car tire got flat whenever I had an important event). If you ever need Anything that has to with tires go to this place! Kurt and Jordan were amazing! We got a flat on our way home and didn’t get there until 5 minutes before closing. They didn’t even flinch when We pulled up needing help and they went above and beyond for us even tho it meant staying late. Been doing business with diamond tires for years. Prices are always the best and the level of service is unmatched. Bought a set of tires for my truck with 95% tread on them for 300.00. New are 175.00 each. Need I say more...If you want to over pay for tires and get low level customer satisfaction go to the big chain tire stores.
