I bought a Samsung Fridge from them. They were helpful from the start. After some negotiation they gave me a great price. When I had a minor issue with the mid drawer of the fridge, they sent me a technician free of charge and the owner Dave called me directly. I recommend checking them out before you buy from other places.

The very first time I coming to this store it was kind wired to be here, but even the people started aproching to me their it was very nice and very friendly and I got a refrigerator and my second time I got a washer and dryer and let me tell you Alexis Covarrubias it’s the best vendor and friend because today we got another washer and dryer for my daughter apartmentI really recommend this store and look for Alexis Covarrubias.

Good customer service. Not a lot of brands to choose from. Mostly Samsung refrigerators, which I wont buy. Lots of Samsung available, because they cant sell.

Initally, this seemed like a really good deal on some appliances I needed for aa rental. However, after 4 1/2 months of use of a counter depth, name brand refrigerator stopped working completely. The owners absolutely refused to help in any way. After the 30 days, you are completely on your own. After failing to call me back, the owner politely but absolutely refused to assist in any way. Refused to arrange a techician, refused to refund, refused to give store credit so I could get another refrigerator and refused to leave it there for easier access for repairs since I live 35 miles away. This is a very difficult area to get repair techician. Because of this, I will not recommend buying from this store. Go somewhere else to ensure you will have that expensive appliance working for you a long time. These owners will not back up their items beyond a very minimal period. This is not acceptable to me.

I would recommend everyone to go through them. I compared prices and they are lower than anyone else. I bought 2 fridges, washer and dryer all great brands back in February and they all still work like new. Friendly staff and helpful in helping us find what we needed even when it was very specific, highly recommend 👍

The workers are really nice

I spent most of the day shopping for appliances for my rental house in sparks. i hit all the big box stores in the area and clearly some have a scratch or ding but most where new just out of the box. but there pricing was amazing matter of fact not even close to the big box stores. they all had factory warrantys and i saved about 50% Thanks Jess. I will be back.

Did some price shopping today..... I’ll never be back. Their price on a popular Maytag washer was $714.95 with two major dents. I found the exact same model at RC Willey BRAND NEW for $649, they also had one on clearance for $599.I had recently purchased a Samsung fridge from RC Willey and paid $1799- same exact model with huge dents at Action Home Appliance $2200 and some change.They charge for delivery, RC Willey does not. No extended warranty available at Action.What a scam.... maybe some items there are a good deal, but after shopping several items today they are basically charging normal retail.FYI- I spent well over $5000 at RC Willey today, I told you I was going to buy a whole kitchen plus a washer and dryer. Yet you still stood firm on your over priced dented up washing machine. Your loss- big time.

Alexis is very helpful without being pushy. Lots of great inventory here, so I will be back often as i refurnish my kitchen and laundry room.I could go spending crazy here.

They were very nice as people we picked the dryer we wanted paid for it everything as they put the dryer in my truck they told me theyhad to change we picked because it had a mark on the front and told me I had a different machine and serial number and when I registered it put the serial number that was on the machine we had when we pulled it out of my truck it was dented and messed up I took it straight back and I wanted my money backThey gave it to me but things seemed sketchy when they tried to switch machinesMAKE SURE IT ALL ADDS UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!
