Giving 3 stars because the store was beautiful and well set up. When I walked in the Caucasian gentleman looked up at us and kept his head down. When another Caucasian walked in he got up quickly and greeted him, and as we were leaving he was just staring at us rudely.

Dennis is amazing! I came in for a washer and dryer set. Within 30 minutes I was in and out with AMAZING appliances and a GREAT PRICE! This is my second time purchasing appliances or furniture from Dennis. He is knowledgeable and friendly, so it will surely not be my last purchase with him.

The prices are good but the service sucked. We were told if we paid extra for the couch protection they would put it on before it left the store that was a lie. Not to mention when you buy from here they dont deliver what furniture store dont deliver?!🤔 so that was a hassle because we had to get our own truck. The store manager Nicole was pretty helpful when picking out or helping suggest the type of furniture to go with. However the man who loads your truck in the back of the dock. Was some rude hill billy with no home training...he threw the mattress right on the truck hitting me with it and just walked away because he didnt like the way my husband parked. If I were you I would think twice about this place I can see why they are always empty and desperate for reviews.

Knowledgeable staff, very friendly, great prices on all appliances and furniture. Julio is a fantastic employees that was able to provide plenty of assistance without any pressure tactics. I’ll definitely be back.

Julio was great in helping us decide on an upright freezer. There was a feature we were not sure what it was for that was listed and he admitted he didnt know and looked it up. I love the honesty. Our freezer is just the size we needed.

American Freight in Sparks was there for me when I was desperate for appliances at the last minute. I had placed an order for my appliances through the Home Depot months in advance before I closed on my new home. The week that my appliances were supposed to be delivered, I got a call from Home Depot saying my appliance delivery was going to be delayed by 2 months!!! I went to 5 other stores in town before visiting American Freight. As soon as I walked into the store, Dennis approached me and asked what he could help me with. I told him about my appliance issues and he assisted me immediately. I was able to get everything I needed and I even saved money. When I was paying for my purchase, Nicole made sure that everything was going to be delivered the very next day!!! The level of customer service that I received from both Dennis and Nicole that day was beyond spectacular. Because of this experience, I will continue to give American Freight my business, and I will definitely be telling everyone to go and check them out. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to restock the sofa and loveseat combinations that I wanted. Takes too long. I would have bought the floor model had they offered me a small discount or free shipping, but they dont do that according to the sales person. I guess Ill have to look elsewhere. I recently purchased a home and needed a refrigerator, washer and dryer. I found American Freight to not only have the best deals, but Kathi, was most helpful offering info on the appliances. Ted & Eli, who delivered and set up the appliances, were kind, professional and clean. Ted suggested I get a technician out to reverse the positions of the Water Levels and Rinse Options. Lane, took the time to discover the decal on the machine was printed incorrectly and is trying to correct the over site for me.I highly recommend this business for purchases, delivery and support!

This is the worst place to shop!!All the appliances are furnished and they say they are new!! I bought a refrigerator, the ice maker wasn’t working, I went to the store and told them about the problem, and they said, too bad, you didn’t buy the extended warranty.They never said it was used.I will never buy again in this store!!

The staff is always very helpful and the prices are pretty good for just a couple of scratches considering what other stores are asking for. The staff is always very informative with the products they sell and the warranties are definitely worth it. It is a shame when people get upset at the store for not having something there when they “see” it on the website even though it clearly says where that product is located on the site. Overall though great store and employees, love shopping there for appliances.

My first time going here and it was a wonderful experience. We found a fridge and were able to get a warranty for it for cheaper then anywhere else. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Two days ago we bought a washer dryer combo unit. We paid to have it moved to the second floor. When we hooked up the machine it immediately read error message de2. We have not had a chance to use it once. Called American Freight hoping they would send a technician out to our house to fix it. They told me I didn’t pay for the warranty which was an additional $300. If I had known I was buying a broken machine I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. They need to do a better job of checking their products before they sell them. Now I’m expected to come out of pocket to repair a brand new machine I just bought two days ago. If you are purchasing from this vendor insist they plug the machine in to prove everything works before you take it home. I will update the review if they contact me and make it right.

I went to Sears Outlet to purchase a patio set that was advertised and right in my price range. Not seeing the set on display, I asked an employee where it was. After speaking to several of the employees, I was told they didnt have the patio set, nor have they ever had it. Being very angered and frustrated of the time and gas I had wasted to go there, I asked if they would substitute a patio set they did have for the one advertised. They did call another person for me to talk to that indicated they would only take $50 off the price of one they had. That was in no way near my price range. I left with nothing but a bunch of BS and obviously a staged ad to get people in the door. Hoping they spend more money than they can really afford. Shame on them. 😤

We were looking for a washing machine. They had one we liked, but it was overpriced, especially since it was dented on the outside. The sales person was not a very friendly or communicative fellow so we left fairly quickly.

I had an appointment to unload at 9 am, I got here at 8am. I was given a door right away. However, I decided to help them out by moving to another door, an outbound door so they didnt have to move the product, dishwashers that I was delivering, all the way to the other end of the warehouse. It is now 4:10pm and Im still waiting.

Its sucks as usual. They advertise 50-60%off then when u go to the outlet its marked 60% off. But they must do like a huge mark up on it first cuz the prices after 60% are still way outrageous...500.00 for a twin mattress. Thats after 60% off....ya rite. False advertisement. Fraud

I purchased a 27 stacked washer-dryer (MET3800TW2) at this location in January, 2012.In-store: Received good service, despite the fact that I was clearly there to spend as little money as possible. Was helped by very nice and knowledgeable person (Michelle Burrus). Was pushed a bit at purchase for additional warranty, but not obnoxiously so.Delivery: As scheduled. Deliverymen were appropriately careful with the appliance itself and with my house (didnt track dirt, didnt bang into doorways or furniture, etc.). Did a good job getting unit into small laundry room.Product performance: No problems in two and a half years of ownership, even though at least once early on I overstuffed the washer unit (with a full size comforter). All normal household laundry, plus extra for elderly pets.Would recommend/do business with again.Four stars instead of five because I have no way of knowing how they handle problems, since I havent had any.

Wow, just went to buy a dryer and noticed lint in the trap. Was told by L that the person yesterday K, who told me this was a floor model and Not used was wrong. I had asked specifically. I walked out as you should....Unbelievable pressure to sell their extended warranty especially to the point of untrue scare tactics. Be wary!
