Our old managers TSD Rentals started using these guys about a year ago to replace our stove and now a dryer for the 3rd time. The Appliance Store came in and replaced our heavy duty, self cleaning, auto cook-timing range with a low budget, do nothing, half broken one. We had to call them back 5 minutes after they installed it to fix the broken door and put back on the rubber that literally fell off when I opened it. The next day we found ROACHES living under the hood with nests of eggs!!! Thank God my husband took care of the infestation. We also started using Terminex every 3 months since then to be extra sure. So 5 stars to Terminex and -1 for the appliance store.

Took a freezer in for repair. Very nice man. Only took a day to fix my freezer which is working great! Price was decent too!

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!!! Our landlord bought us a refrigerator from here and with in hours of it being in our home we saw roaches coming out of it, we removed it from our home immediately, there has to be a ton of eggs in this refrigerator. All the roaches we found were babies so there is definitely a nest (s) in the fridge. To keep your home free from these pests DO NOT buy a refrigerator or anything from this store. ALL THERE STUFF COULD BE CONATAMINATED!!

My landlord called this company out 3 times so far to fix my dryer. I told the repair man that the heating element does not work. It only stays on high and burns out after a year. so this time after replacing the same part for the 3rd time, he wrote to my landlord I shoved the dryer all the way back causing the dryer to break. Not only did he lie to my landlord, they now want me to pay this exorbitant amount of over 205. It would be cheaper to buy a used dryer.

I came here a couple days back looking to replace my old fridge, and I’ve got to say, this has been one of the best appliance stores I’ve been to! The products all looked to be in a good condition, and there was a variety of brands.

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. Strongly warn against buying from this store. I purchased a used fridge from this store, took it home and plugged it in and it immediately leaked water on the floor. Called the store and they told me they would not come pick it up. I went to the store the next day and they told me they would only pick it up if I paid $200 cash. The guy took my money, did not ring it into the register and did not give me any receipt. They did pick it up but I had to call and remind them.

Avoid! These people scam you. Bought an item from them and they gave me a warranty, which wasnt cheap for a used dryer. Dryer broke immediately after warranty ran out and they said they would take a look at the repairs and possibly honor the warranty due to timing. Guy came out, seemingly uneducated about dryers. The guy took the whole thing a part, and turns out, he couldnt fix it. Told me it was an expensive electronic board. I watched him as he took everything a part because he was a bit sketchy. Didnt let him out of my site. I saw what the problem was. A slipped seal. He put it all back together and told me it would cost upwards of almost $300 to fix it. I said I wont pay it. He left. Didnt even put the vent back together. Tried to get me to sign an empty invoice. Tried to justify absurd additional charges to his 2+ hours of taking a part my entire dryer. Tried leaving without giving me a copy after I forced him to put a number on the paper.When he left, I pulled the dryer, fixed a liner, and fixed two other problems he caused with the drum and vent. Took about 12 minutes to do all of that. Dryer works perfectly. These people are now charging me $85 for the service call and $35 for secondary charge. I refuse to pay it after they broke it even further. I didnt even use any parts. Just a screw driver, a ratchet, and a an IQ above my age. The mexican/hispanic/chinese (hard to tell with his accent) seems to be the owner and he WILL steel from you and say vulgar things to you. Avoid this place. They dont care about their reputation and they are only out to destroy your equipment in order to fake that it needs expensive repairs/parts. He says I will be paying him his service fee. I will go to court before I pay this thief a penny more.There are other places in the Reno area that offer used/new dryers for the same rate as these idiots damaged used ones. Avoid these people. They dont need your business. They need to go out of business and learn a lesson. Or get arrested since what they do is technically illegal.

Just purchased a refrigerator from this store not 8 hours ago. Was promised that it was in great working condition. Here I am not even half a day later cleaning out a flood in my kitchen. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STRAIGHT UP LIED TO. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

They do not stand behind their appliances. Blamed the problem on the customer. A simple fix of $5.46 in parts would have been all that was required. Instead threats and accusations was all that was offered.
